The place is right in front of Laurier Park, which is a Montreal highlight. It is also close to trendy restaurants, bars and shop on Mont-Royal Ave. and Laurier Blvd. It is a calm neighborhood, so you will be able to sleep well at night, but there are vibrant places to go out to just a few minutes away.

Please be mindful of other residents in the building, as it is a quiet neighborhood.

There is a parking spot behind the building, if you have a car. Please let me know if that is the case so I can arrange for you. Otherwise, public transportation is very accessible (Laurier Metro is a short walk from the apartment), and you can also use Uber or Teo Taxi (Montreal's "local Uber").

The entire place will be yours to use. There are no common areas in the building.
