Zetland is an inner-eastern suburb of Sydney, NSW, Australia about 4 kilometres south of the CBD, in the local government area of the City of Sydney. The East Village shopping centre is very modern and has Coles Groceries, butchers, fishmonger, bakeries, cafes, restaurants etc. There are also many nearby parks, with some that are leash free for dogs. There are also basketball courts, bbq areas, a library and several children's play grounds.

It’s worth noting Sydney does have a tropical climate, and so there may be a few bugs about in any property you stay in - nothing that would negatively impact your stay though!
Transit
Zetland is an excellent suburb for transport. TRAINS are at Green Station which is 1km away and would take about 12 mins to walk there - or about $10 in a taxi or uber. Green Station also takes you directly to domestic and international airports. BUSES TO CITY are within 3 min walk from apartment and TAXIS are 5 mins walk away - approximately $25 to get to airport in 10 mins. CAR SHARE - Go Get is a car-share company and has many cars available in Zetland within walking distance.

Jun 27, 2019Hi, we all had a great stay at the place was perfect for our stay. Our dinner unfortunately fell through on new years eve but the kitchen was so good we were able to cook a nice dinner for ourselves. The only down fall we had was how hot the apartment got. We thought the apartment was air conditioned but were a bit disappointed with the small mini evaporative cooler as it did little to nothing to help with the heat around the apartment. At minimum it would have been nice to at least have a fan in each room to help sleep at night. Apart from that our stay was great. Thanks for having us.
Jun 27, 2019This place was perfect! Very nice, large space great for our family to hang out if we had no plans in evening. Area was quiet, buy also livrky if that is what you were looking for. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Great place for families with young kids or young adults! Thank you the great stay!

Jun 27, 2019The location of the property was perfect, close to everything and nice quiet area. There is no air-conditioning system in the house, and the host provided fans but that did not do the job as the house got really hot and we all struggled to sleep at night. The 2 occasional chairs in the living room was an interesting design and slants to the front so was very uncomfortable - we were 6 adults and the living room furniture couldn't accommodate was all comfortably.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was just as described. It was bright and spacious with plenty of room for three couples. The location is perfect with easy access to Sydney airport and the CBD and with a good shopping centre nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is safe, green and attractive. Dealing with Casandra and David prior to arrival was very easy with prompt responses to my questions. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019Beautiful apartment, close to a large Coles. Take a good coffee at the coffee shop on the entrance of the shopping mall. Apartment is well equipped and offers a lot of space. Neighborhood is perfect and Green Square station is about 10mins walk and offers fast transport to the city.

Jun 27, 2019As a family of 5 we have enjoyed the spacious and nice apartment. The parking lot at the garage and its location makes it very easy and convenient. There are also a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and playgrounds just walking distance. Communicating with David was easy and would just suggest they have a closer eye on their outsourced cleaning and maintenance to be sure everything is cleaned and working prior to guests arrival.

Jun 27, 2019Casandra and David's flat is in an excellent location. We loved having the flexibility to take the train, or to drive from the location easily. The proximity to the East Village Shopping center is also a great convenience. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the kitchen to be well stocked. We also loved the patio grill.

Jun 27, 2019Very short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes (great coffee) and Coles. Being from the country, I was surprised at how quiet the streets was at night. I enjoyed the walk (12mins) to the station and getting the train into town.

Jun 27, 2019Great place to stay - Casandra and David had everything organised for us and communicated everything very well. Very easy check-in and check out. Central to shopping centres, restaurants and public transport. Uber into town approx $20, which was very easy.

Jun 27, 2019很糟糕的入住体验,房间和位置还行,但是房东不负责任,没有及时回应,一共入住4天3晚,第一天买了一袋食物晚上烧,煤气灶头却坏了,跟房东反馈,房东说明天上午来检修,让我们用BBQ炉子,第二天等了一整天,没有任何人联系来修理,房东只说抱歉,却没有任何行动,要等到第三天才来修理,BBQ也没有液化气无法使用!房东也只会说不好意思,很不负责!房间里面 硕大的蟑螂有好几只看见,很可怕!
Jun 27, 2019Fantastic apartment and location. Very spacious, modern and clean. Very prompt, clear communication at all times. Cassandra and David went out of there way to buy a travel cot for our six-month old too, which was greatly appreciated. Very useful having the underground car park too. Would definitely recommend this apartment as a great base from which to explore Sydney.
