Unfortunately wa Í forced to skip my Porto trip. Therefore it was not possible to enjoy her hospitality. She was very caring in advance to me. My sense telle me that it would have been very comfortable with her. The period was paid by me in front. Maybe later I get a chance to catch up.
Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed my stay in Porto. Great city toi explore and get lost. The accomadations with Eulalia were great. I do have somewhat of a different diet than most and should have mentioned it to her in our emails. She is a very nice individual and very accomadating to her guest. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Her home is realy nicely done with some of her beautiful paintings decorating the walls. She speaks both Enlish and Spanish. I was very happy with my overall stay with Eulalia.
Jun 27, 2019I really enjoyed staying at Eulalia´s place. She is a very open and warm hearted woman who made me feel at home in Porto. I loved our conversations on English, French, Spanish and Portugese ;-). The room with the sleeping couch is really nice and you have your own bathroom. It is important to know that Eulalia has a lovely dog. Eulalia even offered me breakfast and shared her dinner with me when I was there. I would really recommend staying at her place which is also next to the metro station "marques" and a direct bus line to the train station and the beach.

She has a really warm personality and likes to have conversations about different cultures and also talk about the beauty of Porto. She helped us a lot to discover the beautiful places in Porto and she invited us for a homemade dinner, which was delicious! And Fiona, the dog, is such a sweetie! We spent some nice time together, chatting about art and poetry -she give me some good advice about Portugal litterature, and the most important things to visit in Porto. It was honestly important for her to have me a good stay - and I had! Her house was lovely and very clean, Fiona (her dog) is so cute. It was a pleasure to stay in this warm house, thank you for all!

Jun 27, 2019I'm happy to have met Eulalia. She is a wonderful woman: warm, open, creative and beautiful. She is also an excellent hostess. She made every effort to make us feel comfortable and at home, and to acquaint us with Porto and the Portuguese way of life. Her puppy Fiona is still a bit young and playful, but loves to get massages :-p We enjoyed very much our time with Eulalia!
Jun 27, 2019Eulalia is a very hospital, fine and tidy woman. She forms a perfect team with Fiona, her young and enthusiastic dog. We stayed for a couple days in one of the rooms of her appartement, which was a perfect base for exploring Porto. And we hope that Eulalia will soon start paiting again.

Jun 27, 2019I spent 5 nights in Eulalia's home. The location is fantastic. I could walk to all the areas I wanted to see. Very central. My room was really comfortable and large. Eulalia is very warm, friendly and generous person. She made me feel very relaxed in her home and gave me lots of helpful local advice on where to go and what to see. This is the best expereince I have had usng airbnb. Eulalia is a wonderful person. Her home is gorgeous and very clean. Every morning she provided a fantastic breakfast. Lots of variety of food and always laid out the table to look beautiful. My stay with Eulalia and her cute dog was a special expereince and a highlight of my holiday. I highly recommend Eulalia's aprtment. Thank you Eulalia !!!
Jun 27, 2019Mi estancia en casa de Eulalia fue genial, es una anfitriona perfecta!! Su casa es muy limpia y bonita, tiene muy buen gusto la verdad!! Mi habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Eulalia me dio siempre muy buenas indicaciones y consejos sobre cosas a visitar de Oporto, que por cierto es preciosa!!! Tiene una perrita cocker Fionna que es una pasada de cariñosa! Además se puede ir andando a la zona histórica del Rio perfectamente en 15 minutos. Por tanto recomiendo la estancia en casa de Eulalia a todo el mundo!! Gracias Eulalia y Fiona!!!

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia was a great host; she was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was really nice, especially Eulalia's homemade jams, which were absolutely gorgeous. The room's description was accurate and I found it really cosy and harmonious. Sleeping in such room surrounded by books, music and paintings could only be relaxing and peaceful. The neighbourhood was good and peaceful, with a few restaurants and snacks' places really close by. Walking distance to central Porto. It was a great choice and I certainly recommend Eulalia's book's corner as a pleasant and relaxing choice when visiting Porto.
Jun 27, 2019Eulalia was wonderful! She was kind enough to let me drop my luggage off earlier than check in and even gave me directions into town. The room was exactly as pictured and the bathroom is beautiful. Fiona, Eulalia´s dog, is a curious little puppy that you cant help but fall in love with. Eulalia prepared breakfast for me on both mornings which was a lovely surprise! Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay! Although, I do recommend bringing earplugs because the room faces the street and can get very noisy at night!

Jun 27, 2019Je viens de passer un bon moment à Porto, et des bons moments avec Eulalia qui m'a préparé des sorties très sympas (découvrir le fado, prendre un verre au 14me étage de l'hôtel D. Henrique, découvrir porto by night à pied...). Eulalia a un très bon goût. Les objets sont choisis avec beaucoup de gout, idem pour la décoration de l'appartement, et sa cuisine car elle m'a invité pour déguster sa recette perso de bacalhau! Elle a un art pour rendre les choses et la situation agréables Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps pour discuter sur divers sujets, notamment la philosophie qui la passionne... Jun 27, 2019I want to thank Eulalia for our nice and comfortable stay in Porto. Her flat is extremely clean, full of light, books and pictures. The atmosphere there is really creative. During the night it could be a little bit noisy in the room if the window is open, but it depends on your habits. We live in a quiet district, so as I said it was a little bit noisy for us :) Eulalia prepares simple but charming breakfasts. She also respects guets' privacy and leaves them alone during their breakfasts in her living room. At the same time she is very easy to talk with. So we had several wonderful conversations about literature, travels and Porto, of course. Eulalia also has a dog - young, friendly and really sweet Fiona.

Além de bem localizada, próxima do centro da cidade e dos meios de transporte, a casa é bonita e bem decorada, inclusive com suas pinturas interessantes. O quarto é grande e confortável, e tive uma casa de banho só para mim. Fiquei hospedada ai por seis dias e já sinto saudades da sua convivência e da Fiona. Quando voltar ao Porto quero me hospedar novamente em sua casa! Um grande abraço.

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia is a nice person who takes care of her guests, the room is big and full of her art. She is an artist. She makes good breakfast :). I was feeling sick and Eulalia took care of me. She has a beautiful bathroom. And her dog is so awesome she will need your attention :). The neighborhood is quiet 10 min walking to the center. The sofa bed is really comfortable.

Fiona wants your attention but she is really gentle! Eulalia's place is clean and tidy, the sofa bed is also very comfortable. Several minutes walk from the metro. I like this place!

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia is very kind and caring. If you are visiting Porto and need just a room for the night, it's ok, and for this price her place is great. It is a bit far walking from the center. 20min and the neighborhood is not really glam, but if you are a backpacker or student you'll be fine. Eulalia is a very nice lady and her dog is very energetic and lively.

Elle a été de bons conseils pour les visites et a fait l'effort de parler français. Le lit est étroit pour deux. Attention aux futurs visiteurs, nous ne pouvons pas accéder à la cuisine.

Não há problemas, seguindo as regras. Foi tudo agradável. O bairro é tranquilo e há um metrô próximo. Muito boa a experiência, recomendo.
Jun 27, 2019Eulalia ist sehr freundlich und nett. Sie ist auch äußerst hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Alles ist absolut sauber. Auch ihr Hund Fiona ist ein nettes Geschöpf und sehr verspielt. Ich kann jedem der in Porto ein Zimmer über airbnb sucht empfehlen bei Eulalia zu buchen. Es gibt von meiner Seite aus überhaupt keine Kritik, alles war perfekt. Ich hoffe, dass ihr Zimmer wieder frei ist, wenn ich das nächste mal nach Porto fliege.
Jun 27, 2019It was a pleasure staying with Eulalia for the brief time I was there. She was very accommodating and we had a nice chat over tea and biscuits and playing with her adorable dog, Fiona. She even walked me to the train station on the way back! The room was just as shown, in a really lovely apartment which was very clean and comfortable. I also had the use of my own bathroom. I'd definitely recommend staying with Eulalia :-)

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia war sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass wir uns bei ihr wohl fühlen. Auch ihr Hund ist sehr freundlich, wenn auch sehr lebhaft und verspielt. :) Eulalia konnte uns gute Tipps für Porto geben und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir hatten das Bad sogar die meiste Zeit für uns. Das Bett ist eher für eine einzelne Person geeignet, als Pärchen und für den Preis aber absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

The apartment is at walking distance from the city center and is a few minutes walking away from a main metro station. She even surprised me with a nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019Eulália es una anfitriona excelente. La comunicación previa funcionó estupendamente. La habitación es amplia, el sofa cama muy cómodo y el baño de uso privado. La estancia da a una calle con algo de tránsito, pero con tapones se descansa bien. Eulália tiene dos perros muy juguetones e inofensivos, pero como no acceden a la habitación no fue un problema. La casa está próxima al centro pero en un barrio residencial, por lo que la ubicación resulta muy conveniente para hacer turismo.

We had some nice chats. She recommended some great Portuguese writers and poets to me, and she even gave me two of her paintings as presents. I really enjoyed talking with her and was deeply moved. Jun 27, 2019The room is cozy and charming. The private bathroom is right next to the bedroom and beautifully decorated. I think the way Eulalia describes herself and her space is accurate (the dog is jumpy, so don't go if you don't like dogs, and she really means it when she says to close the doors qu (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) etly). We had a bit of a miscommunication in terms of my arrival time, but I think it was okay in the end. When I asked about breakfast (which she lists), she just said no, which I was disappointed about, but I was a very last-minute guest so maybe she just wasn't ready. The location is pretty good and the apartment is light and airy. She seems like a cool, interesting person, and I would have enjoyed chatting with her more if time had allowed.

I truly enjoyed the dinner she cooked for me during the Sao Joao festival! Her dog Fiona is lovely too, a beautiful addition to such a warm house! I would totally recommend Eulalia's house. Portuguese Eutalia foi uma excelente anfitriã. Ela me fez sentir como se estivesse na minha própria casa, minha estadia foi aconchegante e confortável. O espaço que ela oferece é muito bonito e privativo isso foi tudo que estava precisando para meus primeiros dias no Porto. Ela tem sido muito gentil me dando dicas preciosas e informações sobre os lugares que eu devo visitar e também tive o prazer de apreciar o jantar deliciosa que ela cozinhou para mim em comemoração ao Festival de São João. E também não posso deixar de mencionar Fiona sua amigável cachorrinha para completar todo o aconchego. Eu recomendo totalmente a casa da Eutalia.

Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately I didn't knew Eulalia because she was not there. Some friend from her received me and did the welcome there. He recommend me a lot of places and things to do there. Very nice person. The room is like in the pictures very confortable and clean. The only Problem that it has, the room is in front of the street and It was very noisy. If you can't sleep well, maybe would be a very big problem. I couldn't sleep very good my last night to noisy for me. Everything that offers is there and I enjoy very much the few days in Porto.

La zona es tranquila en un barrio no turistico, el piso esta muy limpio y bien decorado. Lo único si eres muy sensible al ruido mejor llevarte unos tapones a pesar de eso estoy muy contenta de mi estancia en casa de Eulalia y repetiría sin duda y recomiendo este alojamiento a gente que le guste las experiencias autenticas y que no se asusten en caminar un poquito.

Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay at Eulalia's place! It is about a 30 min walk to the Lello Library and about 45 minutes to Riberia and the metro is about 10 min away! I didn't mind walking but at night it was tiring after a full day of sightseeing. I loved the bright room and beautiful art of Eulalia. I didn't get to talk too much with her but I appreciated her warm welcome and lovely dog Fiona :)

Der einzige Minuspunkt: das Zimmer liegt zur Strassenseite und es ist daher zeitweise etwas laut. Insgesamt auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen!

Also, Eulalia gave me advice on visiting Porto that was very helpful. The neighborhood was pleasant, largely residential. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to connect with public transit.

We both had communications challenges and so we did not start off on the right foot. For me Eulalia has a lovely spot and I think it is a good place for those who are looking only for a place to sleep and plan on being gone for the whole day. I love walking - and its a 30 min walk to the centre and am sure that with public transit would be much closer.

She also a environmentally conscious people, so when you live in her place please cooperate with her and be respectful her house rules. : ) When I need help she took me there where I need to print out my air ticket, even just close to her place she still care. Also she gave me some disposable perfume that was really sweet, cause she knows I'm traveling can't carry to much liquid. I love it !!!! About her place to center just 20 mins by walk will arrive in center. 10 mins walk will arrive metro it's very convenient. About her place it's really comfy, relax and stylish. everything you need she already offer. You just need to come be relax and visit the city!!! She replied to all my messages straight away, showed me how to get to different places, how to navigate public transport, and what to check out in the city. We had some nice conversations and I tried some amazing wine from Porto. Her dog Fiona is also amazing and friendly. The flat is a short walk or bus ride away from the centre, very nice and spacious, and located in a very relaxed neighbourhood. Would absolutely definitely recommend staying with her!

L'appartement est bien placé il faut juste faire attention lorsque c'est la première fois que l'on va au Portugal car les appartements ne sont pas nominatifs sur les boîtes aux lettres et si vous êtes tête en l'air comme moi vous serez surpris et aurez peut être un petit peu de mal à trouver. Porto est une très belle ville tout aussi belle que Lisbonne (malgré le mauvais temps). Bonne continuation Eulalia

The room is nice and cozy. On top of that I had a chance to meet the cute dog that lives there too. All in all it's a very good place to stay in Porto.

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia 정말 친절했어요. 나쁜 후기 남기신 분도 있던데 저한텐 정말 친절하셨고, 아침에 일어나서 나갈 때랑 자러 갈때 대화도 친근하게 잘 나눴어요! 일단 영어를 좀 하는 분이니까 편안하게 숙소 이용하실 수 있을거예요. 숙소가 센터에서 걸어서 15-20분 정도 떨어져있긴 한데 센터보다 조용하니까 좋았구요, 방이랑 화장실이 참 예뻤어요. 소품들 배치가 인상적이었고, 침대도 푹신하고 좋았습니다. 추천해요!!

Eulalia is very friendly and gave me a very detailed introduction of the area and recommended places to visit. Eulalia has two dogs so you would need to consider that if you are afraid of or allergic to dogs. Otherwise, I would recommend staying with Eulalia.

Eulalia e stata molto disponibile e si preoccupava ogni sera che andasse tutto bene, sia nelle grandi cosi che nei dettagli. Jun 27, 2019Estive apenas por 2 noites no Porto e o que posso referir e que atendeu as expectativas. Pontos positivos: a casa e exatamente como nas fotos, um ambiente de cultura, aconchegante e excelente para descansar, alem da proximidade de pontos importantes. Outro fator que destaco e faz muita diferença em comparação com outras hospedagens que ja estive é a disponibilidade e rapidez que a Eulalia responde (muito rapida e atenta as mensagens, isso faz muita diferença). ASPECTOS DE ATENÇÃO: aqui nao e nenhum problema em si, na verdade informações ja podem estar no anuncio mas e importante reforçar: vc nao terá acesso a cozinha e nao pode comer no quarto, a proprietaria pode acessar seu quarto durante a hospedagem porque ela mantém itens pessoais nos armários e estantes, você deverar programar corretamente um intervalo de no máximo 2 horas para fazer o check-in, o banheiro é compartilhado com a proprietária para banho e não possui tranca, o sabonete oferecido para banho pode ser em pedra e ja utilizado pelo hospede anterior. (Esses pontos no meu caso nao foram negativos, a Eulalia foi muito transparente quanto a eles, no entanto chamo atencao pq sei que para determinadas pessoas sao pontos mais sensiveis) por fim, super recomendo.

Jun 27, 2019Eulalia es una anfitriona increíble: educada y atenta, pero en la medida justa para respetar, la independencia del huésped. Su casa está muy limpia y cuidada, la zona es tranquila y nada ruidosa. Se llega al centro caminando en unos 15 minutos, algo más si vas a zonas más alejadas de la Ribeira. De todas formas el camino es cuesta abajo y para volver, en caso de estar cansado, hay líneas de bus que dejan a 200m de la casa. Creo que es una buena opción, ya que está cerca de la zona turística sin meterse en el bullicio, ideal para descansar tras las excursiones por la ciudad. Para mí la experiencia ha sido perfecta, tanto por la anfitriona como por el alojamiento. Repetiría sin duda alguna.

Mon voyage à porto a coincidé avec une forte hausse de température, mais Eulalia etait tout le temps disponible pour offrir le meilleur de ce qu'elle peut et m'aider à retrouver de la fraicheur dans son chic appartement. Elle etait vraiment tres attentive et au petit soin..j'ai beaucoup apprécié losqu'en sortant, qu'elle m'a proposé de m'offrir la crème solaire car il y avait un temps très ensoleillé ..ainsi que tous les conseils qu'elle me donnait pour garder ma chambre fraiche. douche et toilettes très propres, un lit confortable et un acceuil chaleureux dès le premier (Website hidden by Airbnb) ne demandais pas plus pour me sentir chez moi..et donc je me suis senti vraiment comme si j'etais chez moi. Je remercie infiniment Eulalia pour chaque geste de bienveillance et sa bonne humeur, et je recommande vivement son appartement pour ceux qui cherche à passer un sejour inoubliable à la magique ville porto :)

Une personne très intéressante,j’ai aimé nos discussions et mon séjour chez elle. Et ses chiens, Fiona une petite merveille qui demande toujours des câlins. Je recommande vivement.
Jun 27, 2019A szoba nagyon kellemes, szép, tágas és a könyvek miatt nagyon jó hangulatú. A konyhát nem lehet használni, de a környéken és a belvárosban sok olcsó helyet találunk, ahol a reggeli kávénkat megihatjuk, vagy ebédelhetünk. A fürdőszoba tiszta és gyönyörű, látszik rajta Eulalia elegáns stílusának nyoma. Reggelente kicsit hangos az utca az autóktól, de amúgy nyugodt, csendes környék. Eulália nagyon kedves, kifinomult ízlésű, művelt hölgy, aki mindig szívesen beszélgetett velem, és nagyon jó tanácsokat adott a város látnivalóit illetően. A kutyái is nagyon aranyosak, barátságosak. Eulália lakásában otthon éreztem magam.

Jun 27, 2019I would not recommend this place is anyone. My experience there was not a good one. This woman was very hostile and rude before I even got there. She had a poor attitude and almost ruined my time in Porto. I dreaded coming to her place in the evening for fear of be accosted by her mean and rude behaviour!:(:( and to top it all off she accused me of stealing a carpet. Which is just an absolutely ridiculous accusation. I feel like she might actually being loosing her mind in her old age. I’m very sorry this review has to be so negative my dear but you brought it on yourself with your poor attitude and mean behaviour. I’m sure the review you left about me is very nasty and full of falsehoods just like you. That being said I wish you good fortune in the future and I’ve already forgiven you and forgotten you. Goodbye!!!!!

Jun 27, 2019It was such a pleasant experience to stay here. The room was so nicely decorated and classy and the bathroom quite elegant! Eulalia was so friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Also her two dogs were adorable! Good location, near to the centre and to the main train station

I really loved staying there - the bed and room were nice, bathroom stylish and clean, location is good for people who like to explore cities and Fiona, Eulalia's dog, is the cutest little thing! Very thankful for hosting me and recommend this place to future travelers.

I will always remember this time, I felt so comfortable like at home. Everything was perfect!
