The studio is located at the begining of the neighborhood, near some places worth visiting, like Copacabana beach, Cervantes bar, Sugar Loaf, Cláudio Coutinho road, Aterro do Flamengo Park and the downtown area. It`s just 8,5 quilometers away from Santos Dumont airport and 10 quilometers from Novo Rio bus station. There`s a subway station 500 meters from the studio. It`s an area where it`s very easy to cach a taxi and get on a bus to every part of Rio.

O apartamento é muito confortável e tem tudo o que precisamos para uma boa estadia! Também é muito bem localizado, a poucas quadras da praia; há supermercado, agencias bancarias, restaurantes, metrô muito próximos do apartamento. O proprietário também é muito atencioso e sempre disponível. Imóvel super recomendado!
Jun 27, 2019Excellent and well situated apartment, only two blocks from Copacabana beach. The building has 24H security system. The place comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 double beds. Street noises are not a problem since the apartment is located at 6th floor and the window has good acoustic insulation, which is excellent when you want to rest after spending your day having fun at the beach. Also, you will have TV, Wifi internet connection and a potent air conditioning system. The kitchen is well equipped and allows your to prepare your own food if you wish. In case you want not to wast time cooking, there are great restaurants nearby. Decoration is modern and make the ambient even more cozy. Negotiation and deal was a pleasant experience since the owner is quite respectful and a very kink person. For now on, this place is my favorite to stay when I am in Rio! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Excelente apartamento e com ótima localização, há apenas duas quadras da praia de Copacabana, em um prédio com segurança 24H. O apartamento hospeda com muito conforto 4 pessoas em duas camas de casal. Por ficar no sexto andar e com o ótimo isolamento acústico da janela, nem dá pra ouvir o barulho da rua, o que é ótimo quando se quer relaxar e descansar depois de um longo dia de praia e sol! O conforto não para por aí. O ambiente ainda conta com ar condicionado super potente, TV, internet Wifi e uma cozinha completa para que você prepare suas próprias refeições. Se não quiser perder tempo cozinhando, existem ótimas opções de restaurantes na região. A decoração em geral é de muito bom gosto e moderna. Por fim, a experiência de negociação e locação foi muito tranquila e o proprietário foi extremamente atencioso. O local já é o meu favorito para hospedagem no Rio de Janeiro!

Jun 27, 2019Excelente localização - algumas quadras da famosa praia de Copacabana; mercados, farmacias, restaurantes...tudo muito próximo. Portaria 24hs e muito atenciosos. Estúdio super charmoso, espaçoso e equipado. Completo! Rafael foi sempre atencioso para qualquer dúvida. Excellent location - few blocks to the famous Copacabana beach; supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants...everything really close by. 24hs reception and everyone really friendly and helpfull. Lovely studio with great space and well equipped. Complete!! Rafael was always extremely helpfull and nice whenever there was a question.
Jun 27, 2019Achei que o estúdio ofereceu o que prometia em sua descrição. Aconchegante, próximo à praia, boa localização para o transporte publico (onibus, metro, bike rio). O ar condicionado funciona de verdade, o que é muito importante para ficar no Rio de Janeiro. Estava em ótimas condições de higiene. Gostei muito.
Jun 27, 2019Acabo de voltar de uma estada de 4 dias e foi tudo perfeito. O apto estava super limpo e as roupas de cama/banho eram praticamente novas e estavam lavadinhas. É bem iluminado e a umas 3/4 quadras da praia. O ar condicionado é novo e bem potente - fundamental para o verão carioca. O Rafael foi super atencioso e deu várias dicas de turismo na cidade. Pretendo me hospedar no apto novamente quando voltar ao Rio. Recomendo! ............................................................................ I stayed at this flat for 4 days and everything was perfect. The place was very clean. All the towels and bed sheets were practically new. The flat is quite bright and in a walking distance from the Copacabana beach (3 or 4 blocks). Also, the air conditioning was new and very powerful - crucial for the Brazilian summer. Rafael was very helpful and shared lots of tips about the city. I am definitely staying there again when I go back to Rio.

Jun 27, 2019My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week and had a great experience. The place itself is exactly as pictured--a big, bright, spacious, clean studio--and there are lots of little design touches that don't show up in the photos. The location is good, right on the border between Copacabana and Leme, with a nice mix of tourist things (a Best Western is across the street) and local things (supermarket, restaurants, etc) nearby. The metro is a close walk as are a few bus stops that can get you pretty much anywhere in the city. And, of course, the beach is right down the street. Most of all, we enjoyed the experience because of Rafael. He was extremely attentive and helpful, even providing a booklet highlighting essential things near the apartment. We had some issues with our air conditioning one night and he was on the case quickly, finding an electrician immediately and keeping us updated. It was exactly how you would want a host to respond and we appreciated it. Highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Our journey at Rafael's place was great! The apartment is clean and cozy. Its location is good in Copacabana at walking distance from the beach (around 3 min). Moreover, Rafael gave us precious tips about Rio best spots in order to enjoy our stay and speaks English (which is very helpful for not Portuguese speakers!)
Jun 27, 2019Passamos 3 dias de chuva no Rio, por isso passamos muito tempo no apê! O ar condicionado e a internet foram fundamentais e funcionaram muito bem! A localização é muito boa também, algumas quadras do metro e da praia. O Rafael deixou um livrinho com dicas que nos ajudaram muito a passar dias incríveis no Rio!

Jun 27, 2019O Rafael foi muito prestativo e gentil antes de chegarmos ao RJ, nos passou um guia pessoal legal da cidade, telefone de taxistas de confiança. O apartamento é exatamente como o da foto, lindo, limpo, confortável e organizado, embora o prédio esteja em reforma e seja bastante antigo. Muito bem localizado, pertinho de uma estação do Bike Rio e da praia, além de diversos restaurantes, serviços e estação de metro. Apesar disso, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro (durava cerca de 3 min ligado), em função de uma reforma na rede elétrica do prédio - fato que não estávamos avisados previamente, e também problemas de comunicação, tendo que antecipar nosso check out sem estarmos preparados e de acordo com isso - e tendo que matar tempo na rua, abaixo de chuva, para esperar a hora do vôo. Ainda assim, o Rafael assumiu o erro e se dispôs a nos recompensar pelo mal entendido, então, apesar dos pesares, apreciamos essa atitude e acreditamos que ele terá mais cuidado com os próximos hóspedes, pois o apartamento tem muito potencial para ser um lugar incrível para se hospedar no RJ :)
Jun 27, 2019Three friends and I visited Rio for the World Cup and stayed in Rafael's place. Leading up to the trip Rafael helped us plan our travels in Brazil's north coast and offered tips and advice. The apartment is a pretty good size. It was doable with 4 and was very clean. Rafael has a list of things to do while in Rio and was very responsive throughout our stay despite only being in Rio to greet us.

Jun 27, 2019What can I say? Our stay in Brazil was magical for many reasons and this apartment certainly helped facilitate that because of location, location, location. The apartment itself does look and feel much like the pictures show. It is definitely enough space for a bachelor, a couple, or a small family such as we are - two adults and a youngster. If your party is bigger than that, well more power to you, but we wouldn't recommend it. Lol. Rafael's studio is conveniently located on a quiet street on the edge of a busy boulevard, not too far from the beach, public transportation, and plenty of awesome restaurants that are open at all hours for your convenience. Unfortunately, the building itself is undergoing repairs so the entrance and lobby look shabby, water pressure is low at times, and the electrical grid is very, very temperamental. However, the staff in the building are really pleasant and helpful and Rafael was accommodating and supportive. We were a long term stay - over a month - so we had to suffer through various planned and unplanned power outages that we otherwise may not have endured if we were just in town for a few days. We must mention, however, Rafael did right by us in stepping up to support us in times of need, it was just frustrating to have to deal with these things over time. If the electrical situation in the building gets fixed I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to anyone including families with small children but as a mother, as the place is now, I would say it is best for bachelors, couples, or groups of younger travelers but not for families. The AC cuts out too often, the shower generally runs cool to warm at best, and sparks fly in the kitchen from time to time making it a little less than cozy or charming during this period of renovation. Otherwise the place is very cool, well-decorated, and owned by a well-meaning AirBnB host who I can tell is a really nice guy.
Jun 27, 2019Staying at Rafael's place was great! It was clean and fresh, located in safe area. Copabana, bus and metro station, as well as supermarkets and post office are in the neighbourhood. One cross-street away there is a fruitmarket on Thursdays, don't miss it! If we had any questions Rafael was responding very quick, and he gave us some valuable tips how to spend our time in Rio ;)

Rafael foi atencioso e resolveu de imediato um problema na parte elétrica , que acabou queimando o chuveiro. Além de ter enviado email com dicas e sugestões do que fazer no Rio. Gostei muito e indico.

El apartamento luce igual a las fotos, es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para descansar. Esta muy bien localizado, muy cerca de la playa y en una zona con fácil acceso a transporte público (Metro/Bus). El barrio cuenta con playa, y tiene muchos supermercados, farmacias, además de ser muy tranquilo en las noches. Con seguridad, la próxima vez que vuelva a Río, me hospedare en este lugar.
Jun 27, 2019Rafael is a great host! – he is really friendly and answers your doubts very quickly. He really cares that you fell as at home. The apartment is great, what you see in the pictures is really what you get, airy, clean, very well decorated and kitchen is well equipped too. The location is amazing, just about 2 or 3 blocks from Copacabana beach. Near the apartment you can find good supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, banks, bikes for rental. It is also close to bus stops and subway station. I really recommend you to stay there. I will do this in my next trip to Rio!

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento bem localizado, com fácil acesso às praias da zona sul e ao centro do Rio. Possível se locomover bem de ônibus ou metrô (Estação Cardeal Arcoverde) e também de táxi (com corridas com preços bem atrativos). Apartamento bem decorado, bem ventilado, bem iluminado. O espaço também tem excelente infraestrutura, com utensílios básicos. Vista boa. A poucos metros das Praias do Leme e de Copacabana. Recomendado.

Em poucos minutos chegamos à praia, tem imenso comércio e é abundante em transportes, tanto ônibus como metrô. Adorei a minha estadia! Recomendo a 100%. O Rafael é super prestável e super boa onda. Jun 27, 2019O estúdio do Rafa é perfeito! Bem localizado, limpo, bonito e estiloso, acomoda bem 4 pessoas. Dá pra ir caminhando na UFRJ paia vermelha, shopping e pão de açúcar. Perto de tudo, inclusive do canto mais bacana da praia do Leme. O Rafa foi incrível e me salvou de um hostel caindo aos pedaços. Respondeu tudo super rápido e foi extremamente atencioso. Graças a ele minha estadia no Rio foi feliz. Recomendo MUITO! <3
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento muy bien situado en un barrio tranquilo y seguro a pocos pasos de la playa de Copacabana. Perfecto para dos o cuatro personas. Un poco ruidoso debido a su cercanía con uno de los túneles de la ciudad pero no era un problema para descansar por la noche. Tuvimos muy buena comunicación con Rafael aunque no pudimos dejar nuestras mochilas hasta la hora en la que nuestro avión salía debido a que tenia otros inquilinos que llegaban ese día, y esto nos ocasionó una perdida de tiempo para visitar la ciudad.

É como se sentir em casa, com o Rio à sua disposição... Rafa é uma pessoa maravilhosa que se preocupa com cada detalhe para que a hospedagem seja impecável. Voltarei assim que puder! Recomendo!
Jun 27, 2019Mesmo não tendo conhecido o Rafael, posso dizer que ele nos recebeu muito bem. Passou muitas dicas do que fazer e onde comer no Rio. O apartamento é como vemos nas fotos. Quer dizer, é ainda melhor, tem uns quadrinhos e coisas a mais que não estão nas fotos. Por exemplo, a tv é um modelo mais moderno do que esse que aparece nas fotos. =P O ap é mesmo muito fofo e tem tudo que se precisa. A localização é ótima. Perto do shopping, praia, lugares pra comer, dá pra ir a pé pra vários locais e tem um ponto de bikes do itaú bem próximo que ajuda mais ainda a na locomoção para lugares próximos.

Jun 27, 2019Rafael es un gran anfitrión. No lo conocimos personalmente, pero se ocupó de que nuestra estadía fuera lo mejor posible. Nos dio muy buenos tips para que nuestro viaje sea lo mejor posible. El departamento es muy lindo y se encuentra muy bien ubicado, es fácil llegar desde allí a todo Río. Está muy cerca de la playa y de la vida nocturna, pero es muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias Rafael! Esperamos poder volver a Río y a tu departamento!
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist sehr gut vier Blocks von der Copacabana entfernt gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Bus direkt vom Flughafen in der Nähe des Apartments ausgestiegen. Der Portier hat und reingelassen und mit den 2 Fahrstühlen war es kein Problem mit unserem vielen Gepäck die Wohnung zur erreichen. Dort trafen wir auf die sehr nette Putzfrau, welche gerade ihre Sachen zusammen gepackt hat (wir waren etwas zu früh da). Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos bzw. den Beschreibungen. Dank der Klimaanlage war es immer angenehm kühl und auch den Verkehr von der Hauptstraße vor dem Haus hat man so nicht wahrgenommen. Der Strand ist super schnell zu erreichen und auch Läden und Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher in der Gegend gefühlt. Kochen in der Wohnung war dank Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank kein Problem. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Wohnen, wenn wir nach Rio kommen.
Jun 27, 2019Rafael war von Anfang an außerordentlich bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so schön und problemlos wie möglich zu gestalten. Er nahm vorab mehrere Male Kontakt auf und schickte uns detaillierte Informationen über seine Wohnung und die Umgebung. Auch gab er wertvolle Tips über seine Stadt (Rio de Janeiro) und hatte sogar ein paar kleine Reiseführer auf die Kommode gelegt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch vor Ort. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder um einen Aufenthalt in seiner Wohnung bitten und ihn als Gastgeber 100% weiterempfehlen. Bei unserer Abreise informierte er sich nochmals darüber, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub, eine tolle Unterkunft und ein top Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für alles! Jun 27, 2019Creo que supero mis espectativas. Siempre pendiente por solucionarte por pequeño que fuese el problema, un departamento acogedor, bien localizado la zona de facil acceso, seguro. Cosas por solucionar lo del cable satelital, mas cantidad de canales (QUe no lo pudo solucionar al momento por problemas con la compania, pero estoy seguro que ya lo hizo). Agradecer su gentileza y definitivamente volveria a alojarme ahi.
Jun 27, 2019Muy buen lugar, cómodo y recomendable. Está cerca de la playa y a varios lugares donde poder comprar cosas, comida, medicamentos, etc. Lugar seguro y limpio, siempre con conserje. Rafael siempre está atento y dispuesto a entregar ayuda. Flexible y siempre conectado.

Great location less than 5 minutes walk to copacabana, and a metro less than 10 mins away. Host is also very welcoming with good tips on where to go and where to eat in Rio. Would stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Esta já é a segunda vez em que me hospedo no apartamento de Rafael Barifouse e realmente recomendo. A localização é excelente, a poucas quadras das Praias de Copacabana e do Leme. Fica perto do metrô e tem fácil acesso de ônibus para qualquer lugar. O apartamento é muito bem estruturado, com uma decoração de extremo bom gosto, ar condicionado e uma série de eletroeletrônicos e eletrodomésticos que garante o conforto. Recomendadíssimo.

Jun 27, 2019No hay mas que decir que 100% recomendado. El lugar es perfecto, muy buena locación, conserje 24hrs, departamento precioso, pensarás que alguien vive ahi. Incluye hasta purificador de agua. Realmente muy completo y con sensación de hogar. Luego sobre Rafa, he de decir que sin duda es el mejor host que me ha tocado a la fecha. Preocupado, simpático y detallista. Se preocupó de saber que llegásemos bien, nos envió tips para la ciudad muy buenos, gracias a él fuimos a una casa de samba increíble, y una semana después seguimos en contacto. Realmente 100% recomendado.

Jun 27, 2019We spent an amazing time in Rafaels apartment! Remarkably clean and well equipped. It is well located, close to the beach, the metro station and a lot of supermarkets and snack bars. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Rafael personally, but anyway he is a great host! He provided us with many helpful information. We had some troubles with the wi-fi, and Rafael immediately fixed it. We were really impressed by his dedication and kindness. I highl recommend Rafael and his beautiful apartment.

Esta muito limpo e tem tudo que precisa das talheres até pequenos mas importantes detalhes como papel higiênico sobrando. O apartamento fica muito central, bem no inicio da Copacabana assim tem acesso facil para copa e também o bairro Leme. E muito tranquilo e seguro.

Próximo a estação do metrô e de pontos de ônibus que vão para qualquer lugar na cidade. O apartamento é reformado e muito aconchegante.

Jun 27, 2019It was after 2014 the second time that I stayed at Rafaels place. I guess that speaks for itself. Rafael is very reliable, trustworthy and quick in his responses. The apartment is well located, close to metro and copacabana beach. Just be aware that it can be sometimes noisy for the nearby main street Avenida Princesa Isabel. In my opinion clear 5 stars.

Su disposición para aclarar nuestras dudas y para ofrecer soluciones ante cualquier eventualidad te hace sentir acompañado en el viaje y permite, desde un comienzo, tomar confianza en sus recomendaciones. Departamento acogedor y muy limpio, bien ubicado en un barrio turístico. Un aspecto a mejorar, considerable, seria una cama con colchón de resortes, ya que el colchón de espumas a los 3 días ya se siente en la espalda. De todas formas, una gran estadía.

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Copacabana dans l'appartement de Rafael. L'appartement est très bien situé. Le bâtiment est très sécurisé (gardiens présents 24h sur 24, caméras) et deux ascenseurs sont à disposition. Rafael est un très bon hôte qui est très impliqué dans son exercice. Il répond à chaque interrogation et est tout le temps à la disposition de ses invités. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez Rafael ! Nous recommandons donc vivement cet appartement.

Jun 27, 2019Great location - just a few hundred metres from the beach, easy walk to the metro, and very close to a few different bus routes. The apartment is clean and comfy - it's not super luxurious but has everything that you need. Rafael was super responsive and helpful, made everything really easy for us and no problem checking in late after our flight got delayed.

Jun 27, 2019A nice, comfortable, well-equipped flat really close to Copacabana beach. The area itself has a few bars and restaurants but you have to travel a little for the best places. That's no problem though because there's a metro stop less than 10 mins walk. This place is great if you want somewhere nice to crash and you're happy to do lots of exploring. But if you want somewhere where you never have to go far from the apartment that's still near the beach, maybe try somewhere in Ipanema instead. Rafael was really helpful, and answered a bunch of questions for us about how to get around while we were there, even at really short notice. There's a lot of handy info in the flat and he's put together a guide of the best bars/restaurants/clubs too. (Pretty telling that only one of them's in Copacabana though!)
Jun 27, 2019We booked this air bnb studio apartment months in advance and from the beginning Rafael made us feel so welcome giving us tips about Rio. Arrival was easy and he gave us an email with a whole list of tips and a guide to Rio. The apartment is decorated beautifully and is airy and spacious with all you need. Location fantastic very close to Copacabana beach. I would really recommend staying here for a couple or family as there is lots of space. Thanks Rafael for a great stay and time in Rio!

Apartamento limpo, organizado, super bem localizado a 3 quadras da estação Cardeal Arcoverde do metrô, tem mercado próximo, uma feirinha de hortifrutis, farmácias, padarias e restaurantes. 5 minutinhos da praia de Copacabana, e do quiosque que vende ingresso para o Corcovado onde vc vai de van da praia até o Cristo. Vc acha táxi praticamente na porta, ônibus a todo instante e Uber chega super fácil lá. A região é bem movimentada, a avenida que passa ao lado do apê não para dia e noite mas nada que atrapalhe o sono dos justos! Roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas, e um sofá cama mais confortável que já dormi!! Tivemos um probleminha com o ar condicionado no segundo dia, mas foi prontamente resolvido pelo Rafael e sua família, então não tenho nada a reclamar!! Além do AC tem um ventilador bem potente, então quem não está acostumado não passa calor. Rafael foi super solícito via whats em todos os momentos, desde a reserva até o check out. Já estou providenciando minha próxima viagem ao RJ e com certeza pagarei este mesmo estúdio!!

Adoramos nos hospedar lá, apenas nos sentimos um pouco inseguros no primeiro dia pois passamos por um arrastão, aconselho a todos que se hospedam em Copacabana ficarem atentos, porém isso se refere às ruas próximas da praia. O apartamento é seguro com portaria 24 hrs. Gostei muito do design na parede. Obrigada Rafael pela atenção durante nossa hospedagem!!

Esta ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa, y en el intermedio que separaria lo que es Copacabana de Leme. El edificio en si, esta donde comenzaria Copacabana, la Avda Princesa Isabel sirve de limite, por cierto...el ventanal del estudio mira sobre esta avenida amplia, lo cual lo hace luminoso y con una vista muy agradable. La zona es tranquila, y con muchos negocios alrededor. El edificio es tranquilo, y los vecinos muy agradables. Intercomunicado muy bien con gran cantidad de buses. Lo aconsejo !! De volver nuevamente a Rio, seguramente tomaria el mismo alojamiento
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Rafael's apartment during rio carnival 2017 and had a great stay. Location - Safe residential area which is right next to a large row of hotels running down to the beach. Some great food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. Also just 7 minutes to the local metro. We felt safe coming and going from here even late at night. Only thing I would say is that if you can't sleep with traffic noise then this isn't the place for you as it is 6 floors up but on a main busy road in. I'm fine with this living in a city and caused me no bother. Property - 100% as photographed. Clean with plenty of space for two people to stay and having. Shower was powerful and hot enough too. A/C is great and keeps the place nice and cool. Rafael - Great host! Before arriving I asked about having an ironing board and although he didn't have one he ensured one was bought before my arrival. Didn't have to do that at all! Rafael provides a great list of local bars and restaurants which we visited a number of and they were some of the best we visited during our stay. Bar urca after sugarloaf was a great evening, Cervantes provided a great pork sandwich for lunch and Nova Capela was a great traditional place in Lapa. The lamb is great there! During our stay we had some questions with regards to the cooker and shower and despite being away on holiday himself, Rafael was always quick to respond. All in all, if you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment for carnival, or any other visit to Rio for 2, this is a fantastic choice! Obrigado Rafael!
Jun 27, 2019Rafael hat auf alle Anfragen sofort reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und nett eingerichtet. Zwar ist die Unterkunft an einer recht lauten Straße gelegen. Allerdings ist das in Rio vermutlich häufiger der Fall. Außerdem was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar.

Ótima localização perto da praia ,metrô,padaria ,mercados etc. Estou muito satisfeita e quando voltar ao RJ procurarei o apt novamente obrigada Rafael.

Jun 27, 2019Adorei o local, o prédio é de fácil acesso, tem um mercadinho japonês em baixo que ajuda a localiza-lo. Os porteiros são bem prestativos, o local tem bastante policiamento e é possível andar de madrugada pelas proximidades sem caos algum. O Rafael sempre bem atencioso, me ajudou em tudo e com certeza me hospedaria de novo nesse estúdio. Nos sentimos em casa.

Jun 27, 2019The flat is very cozy and nicely decorated. The communication with Rafael works very well and he is very kind and tries his best to make your stay perfect. The location of the flat in Copacabana is safe but also quite near to a larger street. So during the night it is quite noisy. But you'll quickly get used to this. So all in all I can definitely recommend it for this price!

Jun 27, 2019Rafael is a really helpful and "non-complicated" person. The apartment is really good located. You can achieve the Copacabana beach within 10 minuts by foot and you find a lot of supermarkets and drugstores in the neighboor streets. The only problem was the big street which is really noisy. Otherwise we were really satisfied with everything! Thank you Rafael for leting us live in your apartment ;-)

Escolhi este de novo pela sua localização e fácil acesso, próximo a mercados, farmácias, a estação de metrô está a apenas alguns metros do apê, e a praia fica a duas ou três quadras. O estúdio é limpíssimo, super organizado, e bem (Website hidden by Airbnb) certeza voltando ao RJ, fico lá novamente!
Jun 27, 2019Estúdio bem localizado, realmente como descrito, a 4 quarteirões da praia. O centro tem tudo o que precisamos, mercado, farmácia, padaria, frutaria, açaí delicioso.... Não utilizamos o metro, mas a estação é bem perto mesmo. Foi bem facil utilizarmos o Uber lá. Rafael é bem atencioso e rápido em suas mensagens, não me deixando ansiosa quanto a dúvidas que eu tinha, ou alguma dificuldade. Apesar de não ser "culpa" do Rafael, é interessante salientar que bem em frente ao apartamento, tem uma pequena praça em que alguns moradores de rua ficam lá...

Jun 27, 2019The place is great! The appartmemt is really nice. It’s close to the beach and supermarkets, restaurants and the mall. There is also a filter there, so you don’t have to buy water, which I appreciated. We only had a problem with the air conditioning, but Rafael was quick to try to help.

Jun 27, 2019I've been staying in this beautiful studio in Copacabana beach from time to time for the past few years, and this year I've spent several months there–I've pretty much lived in Rio. I keep going back because of its location (safe; near the beach and transportations like subway, city bikes and busses); 24h doorman service; cozy apt with all appliances one needs and lots of art in the walls. Rafael is an amazing (and experienced) host who will be there for you whenever needed–including providing tips on the city's best local spots, from juice bars to hiking mountains.

Son Appart est super bien placé pour ceux qui veulent plage ( 200 mts de Copacabana e Leme) et voir la ville ( tous les arrêts de bus en bas de chez lui, plus arrêts de taxis pas loin, plus métro à 10’ à pied). Simple mais avec tout le confort pour 2 personnes. La relation qualité prix est imbattable. Concierge 24 hs, quartier tranquille, bons adresses des bars pas loins, bref, l’endroit idéale pour les vacances à Rio.
