Neighborhood Overview

Located in Rua Ferreira Borges - near Ferreira Borges Market and the Stock Exchange Palace - our apartments are fully equipped with all amenities. The Cathedral, the Cleric Tower and Ribeira are also a few minutes walk away, allowing you to enjoy a wide range of services, shops and restaurants the historic downtown area offers.

Notes

Starting on the 1st March 2018, there is a city tax charge of 2€ per person, per night, which is not inclusive of the total price and it needs to be paid on the check-out day. The city tax is applied to guests that are 13 (thirteen) or older. The maximum charge per guest is 14€ (7 night stay in a row per stay/ guest).

    Superbe appartement à deux pas du Cais da Ribeira, en plein centre historique, juste à côté du Palacio da Bolsa. L'emplacement est parfait! L'appartement (4eme étage) offre une vue imprenable sur le Douro et le pont Dom Luis, et tout le confort nécessaire pour en profiter. Dommage que l'ascenseur était en panne, mais il s'agit juste d'un détail qui ne pèse pas lourd dans la balance.

    Access to this apartment was very easy as there was no need to meet up with anyone everything was left there for us whenever we arrived (good thing our flight was delayed by two hours) so one was inconvenienced. The condition of the apartment was VERY clean which is important to both of us staying there. The view was the most impressive part of our stay there. It was absolutely breath taking. The neighbour was so close to everything we needed and surrounded by lots of great restaurants.

    L'accès à l'appartement est facile, il n'y a pas besoin de convenir d'un rendez-vous. Situé au quatrième et dernier étage d'un immeuble qui surplombe l'ancien marché en face du Palacio da Bolsa, la vue est magnifique. Les nombreuses fenêtres offrent une belle luminosité et une vue à 180° sur tout le quartier historique. Sa situation est idéale pour visiter Porto à pied. S'il fallait trouver un défaut ça serait l'isolation. Les fenêtres sont anciennes ce qui en fait un appartement légèrement bruyant et un peu humide. Mais ça n'a gâché en rien notre séjour.

    Le vrai plus de cet appartement est la vue et l'emplacement idéal pour rayonner à PORTO. Les photos sont grosso modo conformes aux prestations promises. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de doubles vitrages, les huisseries sont un peu vétustes. Le climat n'était pas chaud lors de notre visite et l'appartement était globalement froid. Globalement, cet appartement est vraiment bruyant. La literie est moyenne (matelas et oreillers). Au niveau des sanitaires, vous aurez le strict minimum, pensez plutôt à prendre votre gel douche, shampoing, serviettes de bains voire même le papier toilette si vous restez plus de trois jours ... La douche ne s'écoule pas très bien si l'on reste trop longtemps sous l'eau. S'agissant des communs, l'ascenseur est capricieux. Les informations reçues pour prendre possession des lieux sont très claires. Vous ne rencontrerez pas le propriétaire. Bilan : ce ne sont donc pas les prestations de l'appartement en elles-mêmes qui doivent vous conduire à réserver ce bien, mais uniquement la vue et l'emplacement.

    Appartement très propre et conforme à la description. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Porto et l’accès depuis le métro est très facile. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

    Flat superb and exactly like the pictures - the views from the enormous windows were perhaps even better than shown online! Flat very clean and in good condition, and picking up keys was extremely easy with clear instructions. Location couldn't be better, right in the centre of Porto with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the river. Would highly recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in Porto!

    The location was great and the window-view was amazing. Parking was one block away and costs 20 Euros per night. Low Cost reserved the parking and proves the cards to get into the lot. There was no personal meeting (garage card and keys are provided in a lock-box in the lobby). This made check-in easy and flexible which is what we needed because we didn't know what time we would be arriving. Shampoo and shower gel was included (another review said they weren't). The only slight complaint is the large bed was actually 2 bed pushed together with a large sheet over them...not so bad.

    Departamento en una ubicación extraordinaria, con una vista privilegiada. Limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía turística. El check in fue sencillo y se encargaron de contratarnos un transfer al aeropuerto. Para aquellos muy susceptibles a los ruidos, en el espacio que está junto al edificio organizan recitales, tuvimos fiesta dos noches consecutivas. De todos modos, nada luego de las 00hs. Volveríamos.

    Very good location and amazing views. Easy communication with the host, easy check in, parking close by (around 20€ for a night). AC worked well otherwise it would get very warm during the summer. Could definitely be cleaner.

    We had amazing day’s there! The location and and the window-view was excellent, exactly like the pictures! The apartment is very clean and tidy. There was no personal meeting (picking up key was easy with clear instructions, there is a lock-box in the lobby), so the check-in was very flexible. Location is right in the center of Porto with easy access to restaurants, shops (nearby is a Spar supermarket) and the river. Would highly recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in Porto! :)

    El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos y todo estaba limpio a nuestra llegada. Esta muy bien situado, muy cerca de los sitios para visitar. Tubimos un pequeño problema con la tele, y enseguida se acercaron a solucionarlo. Repetiria sin duda.
