The neighborhood is a quiet place to retreat to after a hard day´s sightseeing or business meetings, but with plenty of choice if you fancy getting out, socialize, buy supplies,etc. You can enjoy nice walks along the multiples parks of Montjuic mountain,the cactus garden and the many museums around, like Miró, National Museum art of Cataluña, Institut del Teatre, Etnologic Museum, etc.

This apartment has a permit , and is registered in Catalan Tourist Register, number HUTB- (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and appears in the catalan goverment web ((URL HIDDEN) Catalan goverment applies a tourist tax to be paid for the guest, collected for the owner and paid all together every three months. The ammount for tourist apartments is now 2,25 € (it was 0,65 cents but it changed 3 monts ago) per night and per person.

Fantastic location, next to downtown, just a 20min walk. Public transport within the neighborhood is another plus. Three stops on line 3 metro and lots of buses run along Paralell Avenue. Aerobus directly to El Prat airport or bus nº46 stops off conveniently at Plaza España; 15min, by foot, or 2 stops of metro from the apartment. Direct access to Ronda litoral and highway; also, very convenient for business congress, the apartment is really close to FIRA Barcelona.

Basic necessities are provided for; including bedding, bath towels and laundry products, etc. This is a communal building with local residents; living their daily lives and therefore respect must be given with regard to noise and late hours.
