I had a perfect 1+ month stay at Katherine's apartment. The apartment is decorated with very much tatse, very well equipped, centrally located in a lively area but still very quiet, and large per HK standards. It was too cold outside to enjoy the provate rooftop, but the later was definitely large and nice. On top of that, communication with Katherine was reactive and friendly. Only drawback is the stairs to access the 5th floor apartement, but it was not an issue for me. I strongly recommend staying in Katherine's place.
