Neighborhood Overview

Transit
Bus stop is located directly to the front right of the building. Jump on the 333, 380 or 381 to get to Westfield's Bondi Junction where you can find all the exclusive shops or Bondi Junction Train Station. The 333, 380 bus takes you to the City all the way to Circular Quay to the Opera House approximately 30-40 minutes From Circular Quay you can catch the Ferry to Mosman, Balmoral Beach, Manly, Birkenhead Point - Sydney's largest outlet shopping centre.
Access
Fresh quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. 2 folding beach chair are provided. We also provide Nescafe, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits, shared bathroom essentials including Full Size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and body lotion. Guests can also help themselves to cooking condiments, cleaning / washing products, and whatever else is available at the property.

House manual Welcome to unit 20/5 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach! ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: Arrival - Check in time 2pm and check out time 10am. Please contact Anita on + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) hs prior to arriving for check in. She will meet and greet you and show you to the unit. The unit Self Check In as well. NB. Due to the high turnover of our apartment, we might not be able to offer an early check in or late check out. We always try to help whenever is possible. Here’s a little bit of info about the apartment and the local area. Car Parking: We can organise a car space due to availability for an extra charge. Entry of the garage from Notts Avenue, the third garage door to the right. You have to use the red key to enter to the garage, when you facing the garage door the keyhole is located on the left hand side on the wall. When you enter go straight and the car space is the last to the left, number 19. From the garage you can go up to the apartment, you turn left halfway troug

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed a nice ocean view from the window. The apartment is located right next to a bus stop to/from the city, and everything you need - beach, shops, cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance but yet it’s surprisingly very quiet. We enjoyed morning coastal walks to North Bondi and Bronte. Anita provided a few cups of yogurt, milk, butter, etc as well as beach towels and they were all helpful. I highly recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was great for our quick Bondi stay. Location is great; right on main street, but beach side so the noise is not much. Beautiful view of Bondi from window and walking distance from all shops/entertainment and scenic walks. Check-in/ out easy with help from Anita, who also provided us with lots of helpful tips about the neighborhood. Bus to Sydney right outside apartment making for easy access to the other sites. No air-con, but fan and window helped immensely. Great place for a beach vacation in Bondi! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Her communication was proactive and timely; she greeted us with a warm welcome and wished us safe travels upon departure; and she went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the view is amazing, and the apartment is clean and cozy with all the amenities you could need. Anita is a beautiful soul who radiates positive vibes. Jun 27, 2019Anita’s place is very well decorated and perfectly located right near Bondi beach. Wow, the view! There were little touches like the basic food and shower products provided which is great for the light traveler. Anita was very helpful and hospitable, and gave some great tips for things to do in the area. Comfortable bed and very clean. Very highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019What an absolutely amazing find. Anita was so wonderful and accomodating, even letting us check out late and store our luggage for us while we explored Bondi. Check in was easy and Anita was always in touch to make sure we had the perfect stay. The property is stunning, beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate and clean. Anita has thought of every detail even leaving us snacks and toiletries. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly and will be staying here again! 10/10 from us !

A great way to wow visitors from London - access to one of our most iconic beaches. He said it was very convenient, well-appointment, comfortable and well-stocked with thoughtful additions, which was really useful to him. It's very likely we will be booking again.

Jun 27, 2019When we visit Sydney we usually stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. This time we tried booking Airbnb in Sydney. We arrived 11pm at the apartment and our self check-in was so easy. We got surprised that our host Anita prepared cheese, ham, and bread for us. It was a very thoughtful gesture because we were so hungry. She even prepared milk and cookies. Wow, its the first time i ever experienced this in an Airbnb. Her apartment is way bigger than the normal room at Four Seasons.Everything was so clean. Plus the amenities are even better.She even had beach towels prepared and beach chairs. Her bed sheets and towels are high quality. The bed also was very comfortable. We love her apartment so much. Personally, we think its the best we have ever stayed at. I'm surprised that this apartment is not yet in the Airbnb Plus category. Because Anita's apartment should be at the Airbnb Super Plus category. She even has Netflix in her Smart TV. Her kitchen is so complete with all the cooking amenities.She even had pasta for us. In our last night, she even gave us a going away gift. Anita was so sweet and thoughtful. If there was an award body that gives out awards, Anita should be given the Super Super Host Award for Airbnb. We stayed for 8 days. She is the best and her apartment is the best we have ever stayed so far. We will surely be back. A million Thanks Anita!!!!

The sunrise view & ocean view was impeccable and it the best location, right near Icebergs and the amazing Coastal Walk. Anita was an exceptional host. She met me when I arrived early to help with my luggage and allowed me to leave my bags while I explored Bondi until the place was ready. She gave the best tutorial of everything I would need to know in the apartment building and checked in with me throughout my stay. Complete white glove service! Thanks, Anita. I'll be back!

Jul 27, 2019Exactly as described. The location was spot on, the apartment was exactly what was pictured. Anita went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and provided additional information as first time guests to Australia. ie. public transportation. We arrived much earlier than check-in and she allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while we explored the beautiful Bondi Beach. Everything was provided in the apartment. There was no additional stress to locate sunscreen, beach towels, beach chair, even a beach hat was available! Comfortable cozy place, cozy bed, and it was so lovely waking up in the morning to see the beautiful sunrise off of the ocean while sipping a cup of coffee in the comfort of our room.

The apartment is right next to the 333 bus stops on Campbell Parade and one minute from the beach, Bondi icebergs and the Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk. And It has a great view of the beach! Anita was a wonderful host, on time, helpful, welcoming. We had a great experience. We will be back to this apartment and would definitely recommend it to others.

She would check on them regularly to make sure they had everything they needed, and accommodated them at the check-in and check-out. The apartment is beautiful and extremely well located. You definitely can’t find a better spot in Bondi! I highly recommend Anita’s apartment for a short or a longer stay if you want to experience Bondi at its best!
Jun 27, 2019I & wife stayed here for the first trip in Sydney. We really enjoyed days and never forget our memory in here. Room is very clean and all stuff we need are prepared in a room. I think it is ok to bring your personal things like a clothes. And this room has a very nice view of Bondi beach. If you want to have a good memory in Bondi beach, I strongly recommend Anita's room. We stayed 11 days and it was relaxing and enjoyable! It was the perfect home away from home. Anita was the most helpful and gracious of hosts. Located right across from the famous Bondi Icebergs, you can easily get to Bondi Beach and walk the coastal walk to many of the other beaches. The apartment itself is sparking clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you’d need for a great stay. Anita was there to help with anything I needed and gave me a tour around the area showing me the pools and restaurants nearby and the shortcuts on how to get there. Anita was very sweet and extremely helpful going above and beyond to help with both check in and check out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Jun 27, 2019Great location with a nice view. Clean and central to Bondi. It is a part of a complex where other air bnb people rent, and some of the guests were noisy, especially late at night. The walls were super thin. Very comfy bed and big window that allows fresh air in all night!

Anita even left few eggs for me to eat! The location is fantastic. Just next to Bondi Beach or almost ON the beach. :) And Anita was one of the kindest and caring host and she helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely come back here.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was one of the best experiences I have had on Air B&B. Anita has a tidy, organized and comfortable home with the most spectacular views. The apartment sits on the south end of Bondi with direct access to the beach. The building is a little older, but that does not matter when you have a home in such a magical place. Anita is a wonderful host, taking the time to share local information, being always readily available and just a lovely, kind person. The access to the city is super easy, with the bus directly outside the front door. I would never stay in a hotel in Bondi again, as this place is far better value.
