- No noise after 10pm. - Please remember that if the keys are locked in the apartment at some point of your stay or after check-out, we might need to call a locksmith or have the keys replaced and this will need to be charged to your account. - Please remember that our property is located in a tropical country and therefore some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We love the warmth of summer and so do these bugs. Be careful with leaving food behind and/or with leaving windows and doors open at night as these critters will find their way in. We do our utmost best to prevent this, but please do not be alarmed if one is sighted and simply inform us and we will make sure we do our best to help you - Please respect the 10am check-out time, if our housekeepers are not able to do the cleaning on time, we may need to charge you a delayed entry fee. Please do send us a message if you wish to check out late and we will do our best to help you.

Jun 27, 2019Tam was excellent with her communication with me. She responded immediately and contacted me multiple times to check how my stay was. The apartment is beautifully decorated. The balcony is huge and perfect to spend time in. Location was great and walkable to all the places including Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Eye Tower etc

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment, with the balcony being genuinely amazing! Location is not prime in the CBD which makes it hard to get to the eastern part of the city, but it’s very close to The Rocks and Barangaroo. The team were very helpful with arranging cleaning of the apartment 3 times during my stay. No microwave in the apartment though.

Jun 27, 2019Although I did not meet Tam, she is an excellent and proactive communicator. Because of this, our self-sufficient check in went smoothly and we felt supported, although she was remote. The space is clean, ideal for it's balcony and proximity to Barangaroo, CBC, The Rocks & Circular Quay. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks, Tam!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment in reality looks even better than on the photos. It is very spacious, so it felt really good to rest there after entire day in an office. I especially enjoyed all the comfort furniture: sofa in the living room, couch and armchairs on the balcony. It is very clean and elegant. It has many different sized lamps, so it is easy to make it well lit in the evenings, whatever's your preference. Especially worth mentioning is the balcony. Even though there is no view to speak of, because the neighbouring buildings block it off as it is only 2nd floor, sitting on the balcony during the weekend or in the evenings was surprisingly relaxing. It is probably due to combination of the facts that the balcony is big, the chairs are very comfortable and the sound of the city is somehow dimmed after everyone left the city center. Speaking of which, the location is absolutely great, it is close to everything I wanted to see in Sydney: Opera House, Ice Cream, Restaurants, Offices, Cafes. And if you want to go there in a fresh shirt, there are very well working appliances in the apartment: washing machine, dryer, and a huge ironing board and a very good iron. I wish I had such in my home. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019Tam was super accessible, we never felt like we were a hassle if we needed to ask a question. It's a lovely spot, surrounded by a part of Sydney we'd not explored yet. Very comfy bed, spacious bathroom, perfect for a cosy stay or a place to come home to in Sydney. We loved the balcony in particular. A great central home, hosted very well.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment in Central Sydney. We stayed in the apartment for almost all of July. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (although we did make use of our Opal card ... Wynyard station is 2 blocks away). Both Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are within easy walking distance. We very much enjoyed the gym, pool, and spa pool. Tam was the most responsive host we have encountered in our Airbnb stays: she usually responded within 5 minutes to any questions we had. We had one minor issue which Tam immediately resolved. The huge balcony has partial views of Darling Harbour. We will undoubtedly work with Tam when we return to Sydney and highly recommend this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Anne's place is in a service apartment located a few blocks away from the new office and restaurant district of Barangaroo. It is also very close to the Wynyard train station so convenient transit connections to the airport and other public transit. Everything in Sydney CBD is very accessible from the apartment. The apartment is appointed nicely exactly as advertised. I found the apartment very quiet and private, and I'm a light sleeper! The apartment is on the 2nd floor facing away from the street and toward Darling Harbour, but doesn't have much of a view of water - just the Barangaroo buildings. But it is a great homebase for exploring Sydney, with great transit access, a full kitchen, a good washer/dryer, and perfectly nice marble bathroom with large shower and large bathtub. I was pleased with the rental and would recommend it as a more spacious alternative to a hotel.

Jun 27, 2019Stayed at Anne's place during our 2 night stay in Sydney. The location was great and right in the heart of the CBD. Anne was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Sydney!

Jun 27, 2019Apartment is situated in the heart of Sydney . We walked to nearby sights such as the Rocks , Sydney Aquarium and Barangaroo . Get your Opal Card and take a Ferry over to the Opera House and take in the amazing sight of the Harbor Bridge . Wynyard Station is within walking distance . Take the train up to Katoomba and spend the day at the Blue Mountains . After a long day of sightseeing make your way back to the apartment for a quite evening on the Balcony where you can relax and take in the city views of Sydney .

Jun 27, 2019This was such a wonderful place. The balcony is way bigger than the photos depict and the decor is just adorable in the apartment. The pool and gym were also state of the art and it is literally the perfect location to stay at if you want to experience Sydney. I would highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip here!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very comfortable, well maintained and supplied with all the basics in both kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed the outside deck area for a morning coffee or evening cocktails! The building complex also offers a well equipped gym and swimming pool which was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The location was excellent for both touring the historical Rocks area or enjoying the shops and restaurants of bustling Bangaroo. We could not have picked a better location.

Jun 27, 2019We spent a very enjoyable six nights at this property, it is in great location within walking distance of the Rocks,Barangaroo and Cockle bay which has many lively bars and restaurants. The apartment building is modern and very safe with a 24/7 concierge. You should be aware that there is major development in this area for the next few years and that it can be noisy with construction work during the day, this was not a major issue for us. The apartment is well furnished and is as it appears in the photos it is up to the standard of a good four star hotel. We found the check in to be a little irksome and the apartment a little lacking in what we would consider to be expectations in a top end property such as additional towels and sufficient toilet rolls for a weeks stay. We also felt there should be a house handbook which is particularly important for overseas visitors not familiar with how the air con and appliances worked as well as providing emergency numbers and location of the local hospital.Whilst none of this spoilt our stay we have passed our comments onto the owners who’ve responded positively.

Jun 27, 2019We had a short break at Tams apartment. The photographs accurately show the apartment. It is in a great location being walking distance from Circular Quay,s, The Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Darling Harbour. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.
