Lovely New York apartment with personality. Convenient neighborhood, great artwork, very comfortable bed, super clean. Purry snaggletooth cats, friendly responsive host. Bring ear plugs and a sleep mask if you're not used to radiator clanging or early morning sun. 4th floor, no elevator,
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful, spacious apartment with two of Brooklyn's friendliest cats and lots of art. Erin really set it up for these two artists to feel comfortable with our visit and exploring the city. Highyly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Erin's place was ideally located with tons of excellent restaurants nearby so we didn't end up using the tiny kitchen for much beyond hating up leftovers. Her super friendly cats kept us feeling well-loved--it's definitely a good place for cat lovers. The artwork was beautiful and did wonders to transform an old-school Brooklyn apartment into a lovely gallery. Erin made us feel welcome and at home.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was very stylish, clean, and comfortable (including the bed!). It’s close to a subway station, which was convenient for us so we could visit Manhattan as well as explore different parts of Brooklyn. Erin’s cats were friendly and sweet. After we arrived, I had a question about the instructions and Erin responded very quickly. Highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Erin’s apartment is lovely, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated! It was very conveniently located to the subway and her cats were so sweet. We visited on a very hot weekend, and it was a bit warm in the apartment, since there’s no AC unit (there is a good fan though!) — but it was in no way unpleasant. I’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Easy to walk over to the Brooklyn museum or Prospect Park, or catch the 2 train into Manhattan as the Franklin Ave stop is a 2 minute walk. Up and coming 'hood with some good coffee shops and restaurants. Great for value shoppers. Would stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019Great place!! In a busy neighborhood just minutes away from the subway and really cute interior. Great AC for hot summer days. Her two cats were super friendly and I loved getting to spend a few days with them! Also Erin was super flexible and friendly, highly recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice and clean apartment with two friendly and adorable cats in the heart of Brooklyn with lots of shops, caffees and restaurants around. Metro station Franklin Ave is just around the corner a 30mins to midtown Manhattan.
Jun 27, 2019Great apt, classic Brooklyn, excellent location, nearby amenities on Franklin Ave, easy transportation, super communicative and generous host. If your visiting New York/Brooklyn , you won’t do much better than this.

Jun 27, 2019Erin is a wonderful host and her apartment is very spacious with beautiful art and two friendly older kitties. The apartment is located very close to many great places, though visitors should be cautious walking on that side of Eastern Parkway at night. The building itself is older and has moderately thin walls but neighbors seemed friendly and it was nothing at all out of the ordinary for Brooklyn. Overall a very stylish place to stay and Erin is a great communicator and very accommodating! The price point is very reasonable too.
