Great location, just off the M7 but quiet neighbourhood. Private entrance with car park right out the front. Easy checkin, even on Christmas Day. Comfy bed. Old bathroom with European style toilet in shower but worked well enough for us.

Jun 27, 2019Sam place is really well located to visit Sydney ! Don’t take your car if ypu have one and jump in the public transports ! Easy to take and really near the airbnb ! And whenever you need tips or help Sam and her boyfriend are really helpful for it ! The area around is nice and quiet perfect after daily trips in the city to breath out ! And plus I really enjoy doing my yoga every morning outside with the singing parots around ! Will recomend it even more for couple to stay in but no problem if you are comfy about sharing the bedroom/living room with your friends or family as we did with my mum ! Come there and enjoy your stay !

Jun 27, 2019Sam is such a great host who went above and beyond to help make sure my needs are accommodated. That does not mean travelers can be demanding of her. Be nice to this charming lady! Lol! The place is also very convenient with a nearby mall and bus station. Suitable for single or couples traveler.

Jun 27, 2019Basic facilities but no proper kitchen. Adequate for s short stay for a couple but too small for comfort for an extended stay and kitchen/cooking facilities not reaaly suitable for cooking evening meals. Great wifi and pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts.

Sam had a info booklet, which helped me alot with my stay and exploring the area- really liked that. Will surely come and stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019Great if you don’t like the city but still want to be super close to shops and things to do. As mentioned you can hear some footsteps from the home above however Sam and everyone that lived there were courteous and there was no extreme noise or anything like that. I’d stay again!
Jul 27, 2019Sam should get extra positive points... when was the last time your host UNDERSTOOD how to sleep comfortably. This is the only host to use proper pillows that support your neck, thus spine, for a good sleep. The accommodation: It is oddly picturesque as a converted garage situated at the bottom of the main house. The greatness: •Friendly residents. •The USB plug socket. Accommodation Tip: The towel rack is attached to the doorway between the main room and the kitchen. Recommendations: Go to Church Street for those evening vibes. What felt missing from an Airbnb superhost: That welcome home goody bag feeling - this would incident a typical bathroom cup to put one's toothbrush in, cold water in the fridge, a full loaf of bread or dietary snack alternatives with spreads, an option of tea/coffee during the stay; these finer super host experience touch was being missed. However there was the salt and pepper condiments. The minutiae of an Airbnb feel was not felt, like a pen and pad, a welcome book with recommended foods and attractions. The neutral (for light sleepers): 1. Only for the well instructed, and using your own power source. Good luck getting your Android to work with the MirrorCast device; don't forget to bring a 2A USB charger. 2. The 6am singing from the bird wildlife for about 30mins. This is AUS, this should be expected and accepted by residence, otherwise try the CBD. 3. The road noise in the distance (this is hardly noticed if not sensitive to sound) 4. As mentioned by the host. The acoustics are not great and you can hear upstairs. This made it into the next category below. The not so satisfying: Unfortunately as the accommodation is a conversion of the ground floor on the property, you can clearly hear the TV, conversations, wonderful chimes from the doorbell and footsteps through the front door from the property owner(s) upstairs. • The accommodation does not retain heat. • The digital signal for the TV in the accommodation always cuts off. • Bowls are provided :-) , but there are no larger size bowls... :-( • The accommodation door does not stop a cold draught • The Wi-Fi is a home network. If you're able to connect, you will be sharing your devices visibility over the router during busy times with the others in the above property. You can accidentally play your music/videos to the wrong TV or speaker and shock the people in the building upstairs. This is also a security issue for the tech. savvy. • There's only one mirror and one sink, it is head height and is only in the kitchenette-shower. •The bed blanket visually looks like it has seen better days. • Bring your own coffee capsules for the machine.

I will definitely stay at this apartment in the future. I highly recommend it if you are looking for good accommodation.

Jun 27, 2019Cute. Compact. Private. A coffee machine with coffee, milk, sugar provided was lovely. Bed was comfy and really liked the pillows, not too soft, not too hard. We liked that the toilet was within the shower stall as it’s self-cleaning. A bit of a noise issue coming from upstairs which we did not mind at all. Close to bus stops and a good 15-minute walk to shops which was handy.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic place has a base camp for Western Sydney however it is more suitable for business trips or for short stays due to the limit space. House is located in an ideal spot close to major highways and local shopping centre but nested inside the suburbs so you escape the noise pollution.
Jun 27, 2019Nice little flat. Everything we needed. Good location for me. Coffee machine and a few DVD's were nice added touches. Tv is a bit small though. The place is easy to find and access. Apart from the sound of some foot steps from time to time through the floor/ ceiling above, The place is peaceful & quiet and we weren't disturbed at any point during our stay. Would definately consider staying there again. Thanks
Jun 27, 2019Stayed at Sam‘s place and although near a busy road the place was relatively quite and peaceful. The coffee place a quick 5minute drive was my daily stop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food. Comfortable bed and overall a clean, neat place with a lovely view. Would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019The description of the property is fair but the finish in the bathroom/toilet/kitchen was poor compared to the lounge/sleeping area. Room enough for 2 people but I doubt for four, steep driveway, less suitable for older people.
