1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to L'Abode Accommodation via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. The cleaning charge on Airbnb includes linen, towels, a starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. 5. We have stayed at many Airbnb homes, this is our all time FAVOURITE place! The apartment is brand new, perfect layout, dual level which offers both privacy + space. For even the most fussiest of travellers - I highly recommend you book as this you couldn't hope for a better team then L'Abode, so thank you for making our holiday so great!!

Jun 27, 2019This is a great apartment with an awesome rooftop terrace and great sea view. Everything was brand new (Feb 2018) and barely used. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Great location close to the beach and all things you need to have in daily life are close by.
Jun 27, 2019The penthouse is clean and amazing. We loved the outdoor bbq area as well as the spacious balcony. It is only 2 mins walk to Coogee beach which is super convenient. Will definitely book again next time when we want a weekend getaway to the beach! :)
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was the best was very very comfortable and soooo close to absolutely everything we didn’t venture far just to all the amazing eating and drinking holes we didn’t cook once although everything u need is right there in the kitchen. the rooftop was everything we needed for our catch up with our girlfriends who came from nz and interstate for a long awaited catch up it was just fabulous would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing getaway.

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic stay with plenty of room for a family of 3 teenage boys. The location was ideal (a quick stroll down to the rockpool and beach each morning for a swim before breakfast) and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We sipped drinks watching the sunset and city lights begin to twinkle. The apartment seems practically brand new and is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Thanks for a lovely Coogee holiday - we'll definitely be back.

Jun 27, 2019The Bream Penthouse was perfect for our mini-break. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and cafes but far enough away to be nice and quiet. And luxury at such an affordable price!!! Thank you guys for a fabulous stay. Will be back for sure.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is a in a great location and is almost new. The furniture was modern and nice, bed comfortable. Very quite in the bedrooms. However, we had a number of maintenance issues that were clearly there prior to our arrival and left unfixed. This was disappointing and seemed careless. For example the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken and not stable to sit on, the ensuite door handle had been snapped off so if the door closed could not be opened from the bedroom, there was a broken drying rack that had been dumped on the patio, the towel rail in the main bathroom was broken off and there was no where to hang towels, the coffee machine was broken and the heating system on the top floor emitted a really bad smell. I guess there was a dead mouse or rat in the system or roof.

Spotless and everything is in great condition, bathrooms are clean and the outdoor area is the perfect spot to spend an afternoon overlooking the water. Plenty of space and great contact from the host make this the perfect place to stay. Hope to be back!!!

The quality of the apartment is fantastic and the balconies are great spaces for lounging, dining or viewing a sunset. Communication was easy and quick, with check-in and parking made clear with detailed instructions upfront. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay, I would highly recommend it.

Clean and quiet with lots of light, gorgeous patio with a view of the ocean, fully equipped kitchen with cool filtered water, close to Coogee Beach and shops, quiet and cool bedrooms on lower level with all amenities. Plenty of bedding and towels. Hosts are responsive to questions. Loved the keyless entry. Large flight of stairs inside apartment so not good for those with a disability or bad knees. Perfect space for my friend and I as we had our own bedroom and bathroom, and a hope step and jump to the beach. Thanks for a fantastic stay I will be back!
