房子超赞的,两室一厅一厨一卫,新装修,所有东西都是新的,离太子地铁站超级近,走路也就两分钟吧,路不饶,小姐姐带走一次就顺利记得,房门是密码锁,所以离开时交房很方便,如果下次住香港,一定要再选这间｡房东小两口颜值很高诶,人又nice,小哥哥超帅,小姐姐眼睛大大的,很可爱~~由于香港跟大陆的插座不同,需要带英标插头或者转换器哟~~

The host is super enthusiastic and accomodating and would put an extra effort just to make sure you will have your best stay in Hong Kong, Would definitely come back here if I'll be in Hong Kong in the future.

Jun 27, 2019What we like about wilsons apartment is that it’s near shops, mtr station and market. The place is excellent when your travelling with family because it has 2 rooms and enough beds. It’s clean and cozy. Amenities are well provided. I hope that they will add microwave oven so that it is much easier to cook or heat food. Also, please improve the hot and cold shower because it is a bit complicated to use. Overall, i will really recommend the place for everyone
Jun 27, 2019We rented 2 apartments of Wilson. Both of his units are really good and amazingly suites 7-9 adults & 2 kids. The kitchen will allow you to cook food, the water heater functions really well, and bedroom will allow you to rest really well after a long day of touring the city. Thanks Wilson & ur wife for accommodating us. We had a satisfactory stay in your place. Just note that his place is located at 4th floor, this will really test ur cadio.. but overall everything is great!
Jun 27, 2019Pro : Great place with complete home appliances like fridge, washer + dryer, stove , water kettle, water heater, smart tv (you can watch youtube) , internet, aircond etc. Feeling like in my own home. I was there on a coldest month in HK where the lowest temp I recorded was about 6-7 degree at night, I never use Aircond. Water heater works very well. Home were decorated with modern concept. The place is very near to MTR station (prince edward) about 2 minutes walking. If you want to go to ladies market without using MTR, its just 10 minutes walking from the location. Cons : Its on 4th floor without lift. Prepared your foot to climb upstairs. Another thing I doesn't like is sometimes the smell from tofu shop downstairs .

Jun 27, 2019地理位置很不错,离地铁站很近,出行方便,房间不大但是布置很温馨,美中不足的地方是新装修还有一点点气味,而且没有电梯,如果拖着行李箱可能会不是很方便｡不过总体而言性价比很高,是很不错的一次体验!

A self service laundrette (laundr yup 24hrs) is just across the street.Flat is on 4th floor but stairs are short flight,we stopped at 2nd floor,take a deep breath and carry on. My mum has bad leg but can do so without complaint. Stayed for 7nights and we all got used to it on day 3 Air conditioning in the flat was life saver as humidity was high. To us(7adults2kids), it's definitely value for money as it was holiday season. Hotel prices were high when compared to what we paid. what we save was our spending money
Jun 27, 2019I went to Hongkong with my family ( 5 adults & 3 kids) on 11-16 April 2018. Wilson’s home was a good place near the Mtr Prince Edward. The place so clean I cooked my own meal for our children with the kitchen tool. I appreciated that Wilson find me at bus stop because I didn’t know how to go to his place thank you again. If you find place to stay in Hongkong, this home is a good choice

Jun 27, 2019房东非常热情,入住当天体贴的帮我们几个女生把行李提上楼,很细心的教我们使用一些设施,还给我们分享了一些附近的美食店｡提供的住宿环境也很干净整洁,内部装饰也挺温馨,四个人住着很宽松,可以把行李箱铺地上整理这点在香港来说很棒｡电器设施挺齐全的,空调制冷快,热水器出水快｡总体而言是一次非常棒的住宿体验,下次来香港优先考虑住这｡

Jun 27, 2019Location of the apartment is within a prime spot. An MTR station is just a few steps away, and there are a lot of stores near the area. The apartment itself is big, could easily fit 7 people. Checking in was a breeze. Wilson will guide you every step of the way.
Jun 27, 2019Everything is great except there’s no elevator, which is expected since it was also mentioned by the previous renters. After a long day of walking around the city, going up to the room is a challenge. (Extra workout if you ask me, which is fine by us). Wilson’s home is almost complete of amenities; has a stock of garbage bags, salt, adaptors, tissues, towels, body wash and liquid hand soap. Although we were hoping to use the laundry, it was one of the major factors that we looked forward to since we were staying for 7 days but the washing machine was broken, we were advised after we checked in. We met Wilson when we checked in and he was very welcoming and accommodating. When we had a problem with the induction in the middle of 2am, he replied instantly and provided us resolution as soon as after lunch the next day. We weren’t able to cook food for a day, but it’s alright because overall our stay at Wilson’s home is fantastic! Definitely going to recommend to friends!!

Jun 27, 2019Staying at the place was great as it was close to public transport and the street markets. The host gave us tips on where to eat and responded quickly to our messages. Though there were quite a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment, on the day we left the host helped us to bring our luggage down.

Jun 27, 2019It’s @ the 4th floor so expect to climb. too much luggage is a challenge. But location is accessible to everything. Transpo, food and shopping tourist spots destination plus host is accomodating hospitable and firendly.

Jun 27, 2019Value for money. Overall the location of the stay is good, the only things want to concern is the stay is located at 4th floor. If there is any parent with your trips, you might put this in your concern. Host is guiding me from the airport until we reach the stay and make sure we had checked in successfully. May consider to come back with Wilson's stay in next future HKG trip. Peach !

Jun 27, 2019Wilson's unit is worth its price. Did not expect much as Hongkong's units are really small but Wilson's apartment is better. Hopefully Wilson can provide more info about the places around and how to get there as well as more detailed instructions on how to go to his unit and how to go to nearest mtr (based on experience from other airbnb that knows their visitor is a tourist :D, others provide pdf files for everything ) "2 mins away from mtr" isn't really helpful. :) I am also expecting a 4F place but i did not expect the the "1F" will start from the 2nd floor it was quite tiring after a whole day of walking but it's a good excercise Overall our stay at Wilson's place is good.

Jun 27, 2019Wil’s was a perfect host. He responded in detail whenever we contacted him. He was very knowledgable of the surrounding area and provided great suggestions. He was very concerned for my family and would check in to make sure we were okay. The apartment was very conveniently located. It was no more than a 5 minute walk to major markets, and we were surrounded by metro stations, stores, and restaurants all within 1 minute of walking from the apartment. It was completely safe, clean, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.
