The place is very quite neighbourhood. It has perfect transportation options to anywhere in the city. It is very close to Bostancı Gösteri Merkezi. My flat is 15 minutes walk to Bağdat street which is so famous for shopping and enjoying with good restaurants. You can go to Price Islands by ferry taking off in each 15 minutes. From Bostancı ferry ( Seabus ) station you can reach to Kadıköy in 15 minutes and to Yenikapı and Bakırköy in 45 minutes. You can easily reach to Kadiköy city center by yellow dolmuş minibuses in 25 minutes (It is active in 24 hours and cheap) You can reach to Taksim Square in 45 - 60 minutes with those Dolmuş busses too. There are nice fish and meat restaurants like Cunda Balık and Günaydın Steak House. It is just 10 minutes walk. You can reach any market or restaurant in 10 minutes.
