The marina with restaurants, shops and aquarium is a 5-minute walk, and the public beach for swimming, seeing turtles and walking is about a 7-minute walk from the condo. The grounds are beautiful with a fine grass for picnics, relaxing with a glass of wine or for children to play.

Outdoor Swimming, Snorkeling, Sunning & BBQing on the Condominium Grounds-- The complex provides the largest swimming pool in the Maalaea district, reef access to the ocean with a short walk to four-mile secluded beach. The unit includes boogie boards, picnic cooler, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, two adult and two child snorkeling sets and sand toys. Use the cooler to keep your wine chilled while sitting out at night on the lounge chairs listening to the ocean among the Coconut Palms on the two-acre lush grounds. On weekend evenings the manager lights tiki torches near the sea wall at the edge of the beautifully manicured putting green lawn with tropical landscaping.
