Around the building you'll find the Danks Street cafe and gallery strip, the East Village Shopping Centre as well as a range of Thai, Sushi, Mexican and Italian eateries, plus a gourmet grocery store on the ground floor.

There is a construction site next door. Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. As the apartment block is less than 3 years old the latest in insulation and design means the noise is minimal. We also dog sit my mum's cavoodle occasionally. He is hyper-allergic, but may not suit guests with extreme allergies.
