Rules
Please be mindful of our neighbours. Remember to lock the font door upon leaving as we have our dog and would hate for her to get out and lost. Having friends over is fine by us but again please be mindful of our neighbours and noise past 11:30pm. Smoking is allowed ONLY on the front porch or backyard. I am a non smokers but understand this is a need. Please make sure doors and windows are closed before you smoke. Please don't feed the dog no matter how cute she looks at you. I know this is not always possible but we try and keep her to a semi regular routine and this will help. She does like walks however, so if you feel inclined just ask me first.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Clare’s place for 4 nights in Sydney. Everything about it was amazing. Great central location, with the public transportation leaving from just a few minutes by walk. Newtown itself is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of nice bars and restaurants, but Clare’s place is secluded and very silent. Clare provided us with some useful local tips, and is really friendly. The room is spacious with a nice bed, and Mollie is the cutest puppy dog you will get to meet!! Will definitely recommend the place, we will come back here once again in Sydney!

She loves her life, she loves Newton and is willing to show the neighbourhood, additionally she helps us to find ourselves in new city. Place was clean, warm and comfortable. What's more there is a cute puppy called Molly, one of the best we met :)
Jun 27, 2019Myself and partner had a great stay at Claire's. Claire's place is clean, modern and very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. There's also Newtown, just a walk away for cafe's, shops etc. Her dog Molly was also very cute. Thanks for our stay. Would recommend to others.
Jun 27, 2019Enjoyed my time staying in Clare’s house. Her place was modern and clean. The proximity to the train station was perfect. I could go anywhere I want easily. Its in the quiet end of Newtown so you wont get bothered by the youthful crowd. Clare made my stay as comfortable as possible giving me tips and tricks around the area and the city. Wouldn’t mind staying there again in the future.
Jun 27, 2019Loved the place and loved Clare too! Lovely house, Molly the dog is lovely too (hide your socks though she likes to take em haha). The location was great, Clare was great, she let us check in at 8 in the morning as we had an overnight bus from Melbourne! Stay was above and beyond our already high expectations :).

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Clare's place while we were in town to see if we would like to move Sydney. Clarw was really flexible and responsive to our very last minute arrangements and even let us leave our bags on the last day, which was really helpful. The room was great and excellent location to see Newtown and the rest of the city via the train! Thanks for a great stay
Jun 27, 2019Clare is so friendly and a great host, Molly her dog is so lovely!!. The room is nice & clean, the bed is really comfortable and the ceiling fan is perfect for summer. Location is really good if you want to try Sydney’s great train system you get to central station in a few minutes.
Jun 27, 2019Super chill vibe, adorable dog and great location. Only a 5 min walk to Train Station which makes getting around super easy. Also a 5 min walk to bus to Coogee, which is an amazing beach. House is neat and has a lovely atmosphere which is nice to come home too. I'd stay here again!
