We really did “Enjoy the true aloha spirit!” Jon and Noe were great! Very welcoming and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. This air bnb itself is very comfortable and cozy. Parking is available right outside of the door of the guest room. Easy in and out with whatever you need to carry. Oh! The beds are super comfortable too. It was a 5-15 min drive depending to get to everything you would want to do in Hilo. This truly is a home away from home no matter where you are from!

Jun 27, 2019Jon, Noe and his family are special people. Our stay in Hilo would be nothing without them as hosts. The accommodation is extremely well located, very close to the center of Hilo and a large shopping center. The beds are incredible and the place extremely clean with all the equipment and amenities for a great stay. The information on tours of Jon and Noe were extremely accurate and made our adventures incredible. We recommend to enjoy the hospitality of the family of the hosts to whom we spend unforgettable moments.
Jun 27, 2019This place is truly a gem in every sense! The section of the house where we stayed in is newly built with tasty decorations. All the little details were thoughtfully added. We were a bit concerned about not having the AC at first but the weather in Hilo does not require AC. We slept with the windows open so at night, a little breeze would come in the room. it was perfect! There are also plenty of fans on the ceiling and portable ones for extra cooling! Jon and Noi are the nicest couple we ever met! They are genuinely the best hosts. They were attentive to our needs and were extremely rapid on accommodating them. We went up one night to Mauna Kea and Jon lent us his jacket along with a couple of tuques and gloves in case it was cold up in the mountain! We would totally recommend this place to anybody who would like a private quiet place and yet be 10-15 min away from all The main attractions in Hilo!
Jun 27, 2019Maika`i LOA!! We loved it...fabulous hosts; so much Aloha. Very relaxing; laid back, `ohana feeling. Surprisingly huge for its price, awesome for kama`ainas :-)) Highly recommend and the location is perfect "central." Keiki and Kupuna friendly... Mahalo nui for having us!

Jun 27, 2019Really enjoyed staying at this place. Jon and Noe are super hospitable and made everything available to us. We felt right at home and enjoyed the big back yard, basketball goal, and using the charcoal grill. Can’t find a more hospitable family. My wife and two children stayed for a week and had all of the accommodations we needed. Great memories!

Jun 27, 2019Jon & Noe were wonderful hosts and communicated promptly. The guest house was quiet and comfortable and located centrally. Quick drive to everything you need. Loved that it was exceptionally clean and had ceiling fans in every room to keep us cool. Beds were very comfortable and the quality of the linens and towels were great too. Space included a microwave, mini fridge and electric water kettle for tea and coffee. We found this to be enough for us as we ate out or with family and friends during our stay. For the price point it was a great value. Since we were traveling with a teenager having two separate bedrooms was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this guest home and highly recommend this rental.

Tout était très propre et moderne avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, même si un coin cuisine ne serait pas de trop pour éviter à notre hôte de devoir faire notre vaisselle. Une bonne adresse très calme (avec option grenouilles chantantes) que je recommande !
Jun 27, 2019My husband and I with 15 & 10 years old boys stayed couple of nights at Jon & Noe’s two bedroom guest house on July 25-27. We totally enjoyed our stay. Though the boys can share the double bed in the second bedroom, but one of them had the option to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so everyone was very comfortable. We really appreciate the cleanness, comfortable beds and central location of their guest house, only a short drive to Downtown Hilo. Jon and Noe are very friendly and welcoming, quick communication by emails. The covered car port in front of guest suite is a brilliant idea and much appreciated since the first night we came in, it was pouring rain. (And probably you all know, Hilo tends to rain quite a bit). The carport kept us totally dry while we unloaded our luggage, and it also kept our car cooler, out of the sun. Thank you Jon & Noe for our pleasant stay at your guest house.

Jun 27, 2019Excellent stay, well located, extra comfortable beds and sheets, clean and accessible. Perfect formula for two adults and two kids, a lot of things to do in the surroundings, and many good places to eat (thumbs up to Ponds and Pineapples !). Don’t miss the botanical garden, the zoo if you have kids and Carlsmith Beach ! Thanks to John and Noe who had a comfortable place for us to rest.

Jun 27, 2019Très bon séjour chez Jon et Noe qui nous ont accueillis avec le sourire même un peu tardivement. Tout est très bien décoré dans l'appartement et les lits très confortables. Salle de bain au top. Meme s'il n'y a pas de cuisine, il y a le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner et plats à réchauffer au micro onde. Très bon séjour en famille, nous recommandons vivement, surtout avec un tel rapport qualité prix.
Jun 27, 2019Jon and Noe are the epitome of ohana. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a lot of nice, thoughtful touches that make it very homey. It is in a convenient location but is also away from the hustle and bustle so quiet. There is parking right near the unit which is nice! The hosts are available and helpful! I would highly recommend a stay here

Jun 27, 2019Jon & Noe's place is exactly as pictured. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and covered parking was available. Noe was very prompt with replies. She worked with our changing arrival time and made check in easy. I needed a little sewing kit fairly late at night and Noe was kind enough to provide me with her sewing kit within minutes of asking, despite the late hour. I'd definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Jon and Noe were awesome hosts, friendly and available for any questions. My mom and sister stayed for 4 nights. Everything was very clean and new. Close to town and all amenities. No A/C but fans in every room kept things pleasant.

Jun 27, 2019Convenient just 10 minutes to the heart of Hilo, quiet and private (the unit is located in the back house away from any street noise), the carport is right next to the entrance which is very convenient because Hilo rains a lot and you don't want to walk in the rain to get to your unit. The unit feels very homey, both beds are Queen size and it's softness was just right, there were many pillows on the bed, fully stocked with towels, dishes, the place feels safe and is quiet, and clean, the restroom is regular size, a big storage closet in each room to hang your clothes. One of the best airbnb places we stayed. My mom and I would like to stay here again when we're in Hilo. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Jun 27, 2019This place is good for a couple of nights stay in Hilo. It is accurately described. It is not within walking distance to any sights, but the neighborhood was very quiet and the place was very clean, with comfortable beds. Not really a place to cook any meals, but Hilo town has many options. Wifi was spotty. The hosts were friendly upon arrival, but we did not interact too much during our stay as we were out most of the day.

Jun 27, 2019Jon and Noe were amazing hosts! Not only did they have a great guest suite (super comfortable beds, clean and very neat with lots of amenities, on a quiet residential road and a short drive to town) but they are also incredible people themselves. They gave us a number of great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. And on the first evening when one of our group got injured Jon and Noe took us in and made sure the injury was properly cleaned up and bandaged properly. They were so kind and welcoming and such a positive aspect to our time in Hilo.
Jun 27, 2019The room is spacy and very clean. Amenities are abundant and brand new. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. The neighborhoods are quiet. Definitely we'd go back next time when we spend vacations in Big Island.
