Neighborhood Overview
The street is quiet and beautiful rainbow lorikeets and sulphur-crested cockatoos make their homes in the native trees in the neighbourhood. During spring the Jacaranda trees bloom and the neighbourhood lights up with their distinctive purple flowers. The neighbourhood is urban living plus and is close to the city.

Smoking outside only. No candles/incense or any burning (Stove, BBQ is OK). Do not bring durians or strong smelling fish/seafood (mild smelling is OK). Big oven unavailable, there is a small oven to use. Living room air conditioning is only for the host to turn on by request when hot. Essentials provided. TV in the living room can be used with Chromecast and HDMI cable to watch movies (e.g. for a movie night) and shows but there is no over the air reception. No burning of anything in the fireplace as it is decorative only.

We spend a great time at Austin’s house. He is a really friendly, always helpful and great host we received always a promptly answers when we had questions. The house is very pretty we enjoyed a pool, a wonderful open kitchen, a beautiful barbecue area everything is very clean. The house is close to the city just a short walk to the train and 20min drive. We would absolutely recommend this room and would come back if we are visiting Sydney again. Lisa & Timon

It looks awesome, like in the pictures and you are welcome to use all the facilities, including the outside entertainment area with bbq and pool! Austin is a very polite and caring host. He wants everyone to enjoy their stay and answers all questions immediately. Canterbury train station is just a short walk away, as is Woolworths and Aldi. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Austin.
Jun 27, 2019This is a really great place. Best airbnb we've had. Spacious, modern, well presented and has everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool and bbq are the icing on the cake. It's a 10 minute walk to Canterbury station where you can be central in 20 mins. Austin is welcoming, friendly and generous. Prompt to respond and happy to help. Would definitely recommend his place. Jun 27, 2019必须为Austin打call.点赞｡其实住之前没有看过评论就订了 订的时候就知道不在市区 在郊区 不过我们自己租车就觉得没关系 入住前Austin一直给我们很多指引 我们住了4天下来 都是有保持着跟我们沟通 担心我们有没有什么需要帮助 最贴心的事 入住的时候问他吹风筒在哪里 他说他平时都不用 所以家里是没有的 我就没管了 打算早上起来就出去洗头算了 结果第二天Austin特意给我准备了一个新的吹风机!当时那个感动呀 真的是快要哭了｡总之 一切都很不错的｡谢谢Austin｡
Jun 27, 2019Austin's place is absolutely beautiful, so much so I've decided to stay a little longer. He's a fantastic host and is unbeatable in hospitality, lovely little touches like chocolates on the pillows. Combined with a flawless and tidy home + lovely pool!
