Notes
- The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot! - Beware that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is on the first floor but it is 2 flights of stairs - The apartment has a water boiler, if you are taking a shower for longer than 20 minutes, the hot water might start cooling down.

- Taxi: There is a taxi stop just in front of the square :) there are multiple cars available almost 24/7; - Bus: There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance and several others surrounding the garden; - Metro: The nearest metro station is "São Bento" 500 meters away; - Tram: There is a Tram stop just next to the building, the station is called "Carmo"; - Parking: One paid parking slot in a garage nearby available for just 9€/night. There are some parking slots surrounding the garden that cost about 14€ a day. There are parking garages available near the apartment; - Boats: By the river you will find a lot of boats that travel up and down all day. Let us know if you want to take a trip!

Jun 27, 2019Beautiful, modern, recently renovated apartment that is very centrally located in Porto while not in a noisy neighborhood. When we arrived, we found that there has been a miscommunication with the cleaning company had not come as the last person’s towels/bedding were still there. Even so, it was still prettier than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Carolina was extremely responsive and proactive about getting the cleaning staff there ASAP to resolve the issue. They came while we went out to eat and when we came back the place was immaculate. I write this not to focus on the initial lack of clean sheets but Carolina’s kindness and responsiveness to resolve the issue. We loved the apartment, the bed is very comfortable, it has a great view of the little square next door, and it was well heated during our cold and rainy stay. Carolina is an incredible host, we would love to come back again someday!
Jul 27, 2019El mejor alojamiento de nuestro viaje a Portugal! El piso es bello, la decoración es impecable, la comodidad es inmejorable. La cama era súper cómoda, nos dieron una cuna para el bebé y una silla. También podíamos regular la calefacción del piso, lo que era un plus pues en otros alojamientos de la ciudad estaba fija y con la lluvia hacía bastante frío. La ubicación es fabulosa, frente a un precioso parque, a dos cuadras de la librería Lello y de muchas otras atracciones. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía en el piso de Carolina. En particular, ella y Luìs fueron unos anfitriones inmejorables. Pendientes de cada detalle, amables y nos dieron recomendaciones sobre dónde ir. Es por personas así que la experiencia de Airbnb es única. Nuestra próxima vez en Porto, será en su departamento sin duda. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días maravillosos en una ciudad increíble!

Jun 27, 2019Perfect location. Calm and you can reach every place fast. The flat is wonderful. Everything you need is there :) And you will sleep perfect in that cosy bed. AC is also at the flat, so cold nights are no problem. Thanks to Carolina for her help! 5 Stars :)
Jun 27, 2019Emplacement 5/5. Le parking est vraiment pas négligeable lorsque vous êtes véhiculé. Donc un service au top. L hôte est réactive disponible respectueux et non envahissant. Je recommande Porto et le logement.

Mostly every night, party people woke me up.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is really great, newly equipped, neat and centrally located. All famous spots are reachable just by walking. Although centrally located noise of the city is not hearable. Very important is the provision of a safe parking place close to the apartment. Carolina was very responsive. Quick check-in and easy car parking (parking cost included). Highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019This place is epic! Highly recommend and will stay again! Porto is by far one of the best cities in Portugal! The Airbnb is close to everything and the parking garage is basically under the unit and is extremely convenient.

The location is wonderful, in a charming neighborhood close to Porto University, Lello Bookstore, shops, restaurants and night life. Even though there’s a lot of life, the apartment is quite silent and calm. Communication with The host is easy and effective. I had a very nice stay!

Jun 27, 2019Carolina's place is centrally located in Porto and underground parking is a HUGE PLUS! Not having wifi but access to Netflix did help with a rainy night in Porto. You can walk to all the major sites in Porto, good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a perfect location in Porto! Very clean and communication was excellent. Close to many good restaurants. Our favorite was D despenda, at Rue Conde de Vizela, only a short walk from the apartment. Absolutely fantastic food and service is amazing! There is free parking, but would recommend taking a taxi or public transportation to the apartment due to traffic and the difficulty in parking close to the apartment to unload luggage (you need to get into the apartment to get a parking pass) and then finding the correct parking garage is extremely challenging ..... and we have lived in Europe for 4 years. All in all a very nice place - very clean & modern, very conveniently located and communication was excellent! I definitely would stay here again, but not drive and park.

Check-in was very easy, although be advised that the parking is a bit challenging to find (and use) even with Carolina's very helpful instructions. Unfortunately some spots in the bedroom and bathroom were not as clean as we would expect.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was fully renovated and perfect. In addition to a very easy check-in, the Location provided quick access to all the major sites Porto has to offer. With a nice touch of provided coffee and water bottles, the very clean environment provided a perfect "home base" to see the city and recover from jetlag.

Jun 27, 2019If you want to be in the most gorgeous spot in Porto, book here! Fabulous location, LOVE the interior and a super comfy bed! We spent three nights and just loved every bit of it. We cooked here too and the internet was really fast. Added bonus was the free car park! Highly highly recommended!!

Jun 27, 2019Ha sido una estancia de 10. Desde la reserva hasta la salida. Ante cualquier cosa que surgió durante la estancia, están disponibles a todas horas y responden muy rápido. La ubicación es inmejorable. Apartamento muy bien decorado, limpio y nuevo. Zona tranquila que para nosotros era muy importante ya que viajamos con un bebe. Nos dieron un montón de facilidades: cuna, trona y hasta bañerita para nuestro peque. Tanto para parejas como para familias es un alojamiento de lujo. Gracias Carolina por tu hospitalidad.

Jun 27, 2019Comfortable, spotlessly clean and stylish apartment! This was our first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been a better experience. Our every need was catered for and the location was perfect - within easy walking distance to most of Porto's main attractions - lovely cafes for breakfast around the corner and numerous bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Loved Porto and this apartment gave us the perfect base - could have stayed for weeks!

Jun 27, 2019Recommended! Clean (looked newly renovated) and comfortable, central location within walking distance from all sights/good cafes and restaurants. Free parking in a garage next to the building. The apartment worked well for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 teenagers), with the kids sleeping in a comfortable sofa bed. Carolina recommended a free walking tour that we took, it was great, just sorry we didn't have time to do the second tour :) Would definitely go back!

Jun 27, 2019Un appartement exceptionnel, nickel, spacieux, confortable, super bien placé et très calme malgré la proximité des lieux touristiques. Il est géré avec sérieux et rigueur. La place du parking souterrain incluse est nécessaire et très pratique, on peut y garer la voiture à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Carolina a été adorable. Nous y retournerons !
Jun 27, 2019Appartement neuf, propre et bien équipé (la climatisation est intéressante en été !), très bien localisé proche de tous les points d'intérêt et de la vie de Porto mais préservé du bruit. Carolina est très attentionnée pour nous recevoir sans être oppressante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Porto grâce notamment à cet appartement. En complément, ligne direct de bus pour venir de l'aéroport à l'appartement ; très pratique. Je recommande.

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet appartement avec nos deux enfants qui ont dormi dans le canapé-lit, l’appartement était impeccable, suffisant bien équipé pour un court séjour, emplacement idéal pour visiter Porto, parking très pratique. Literie très confortable.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment in a great location! The apartment is brand new, well isolated and the facilities are high standard and very well installed. Everything feels very solid/luxurious and is spotless clean. Communication with Carolina was perfect as well, as she reply's very quick and clearly. I noticed some people 'complaining' about the space in the parking garage that you can use. In my opinion, this is a perfectly normal parking garage according to European standards and not very hard to manoeuver in at all. Explanation from Carolina of where the parking garage is was very clear as well and the parking garage is quite easy to reach. The traffic situation around the apartment and the garage is not that hectic at all but just like the most other city centers.

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento bem localizado, bem próximo à Igreja do Carmo e à Torre dos Clérigos, na parte alta da cidade, com várias opções de bares, restaurantes, além de muitos pontos turísticos ao redor. O local é bem aconchegante, com uma decoração clean e moderna. Mesmo sendo um local de bastante movimento, o isolamento acústico é muito bom, e permite uma noite de sono tranquila. A comunicação com Carolina foi excelente, sendo ela muito gentil em responder algumas dúvidas que surgiram. Fui embora já querendo voltar!

Jun 27, 2019This is such a fantastic, stylish, little apartment right in the centre of Porto. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need inside. It’s easy to get to and within walking distance of most of what you need to see in Porto. The apartment had more than enough room for us and our toddler and it was so nice to come back to after a long day exploring the city. The WiFi and Netflix were an added bonus...especially with a toddler. Loved every minute!

Assez grand pour 2 amis (es) ou un couple avec enfants, et juste bien pour un couple. Lit Queen hyper confortable :) This place is great, neet, well situated, walking distance of lots of interesting attractions. We were sorry we had to leave!! We did not see our host but she was always available by message. If I can, will be back!
