Jun 27, 2019The host was very kind with quick response, the room was small but clean with a comfy bed and ensuite, however no bath towels were provided upon request, only a small hand towel for the stay, the ensuite door was not working properly, and the room seemed to be right next to the kitchen and the family was very loud from 8am to 11am so we couldn't sleep in. Other than that, it was not bad for its price.

Jun 27, 2019This is a very small, private space perfect for one or two people in a secluded, residential area. It is a bit far from public transport as the bus stop is a bit of an uphill walk, but very much doable nonetheless! Xiaowen is great at communication and is fast with responses to any messages or inquiries. I loved that I had my own entrance and bathroom as well as a lot of closet space and great, modern aesthetics. My only things to specify are that guests should bring their own bath towels, and when I first booked this space it was listed as a private unit but it is actually on the side of the house and connected to the main house within the room by a locked door — I could easily hear noise from the kitchen during the morning and day, and the family also occasionally will play a piano that is located very close to the door. Other than that everything was very clean and check-in/out was very easy and convenient!

Jun 27, 2019Disappointed. The room is NOT the master room showing in the photo. It's a TINY room located at the side of the house just like a MOTEL room. LOW VALUE with such kind of room with NO access to kitchen, washer, dryer, hair dryer. In short, only access to a bed and a bathroom. Besides, the hosts were unfriendly. I arrived at about 22:30 and I knew it was late. So I was very polite but the tone of the host made me felt uncomfortable and she even hanged me up while I didn't finish talking. While the host saw my parents, she promptly return back to the house without even greeting to my parents. It was the most UNWISE choice I ever made to book 3 nights for them. That was the WORSE experience they ever had in Australia.

Jun 27, 2019Good bedroom to stay 1 or 2 nights, very nice bathroom, all very clean and neat. The bedroom is a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures, it was a bit confusing when I arrived, cause the photo is mirrored in the ad, and the picture in the wall is missing. But had a good stay regardless, and a good price. The bedroom is accessed from outside, no connection to the rest of the house, this makes the place very private.
Jun 27, 2019最大的败笔就是图片和实物完全不是一间房间 也小不少 这个感觉很不好｡不喜欢这种行为｡ 如果用实拍图其实房间不错的 干净整洁 像motel 适合临时住一晚｡有独立卫生间 基本用品 坐落于整体个house侧边单独修的一间房间 所以私密性比较强 如果你把它当成是motel其实还不错的 然后页面提到空调 衣架没看到有｡ 隔音不好｡全部如实描述｡
Jun 27, 2019The room looked exactly like the photos. It even had its own door for private entrance which was nice. It would not have been a convenient location to get to without a car but we knew that prior to booking because our friend was able to drive us around. The neighborhood is very safe and xiaowei was very nice upon arrival Everything was great for our 2 night stay!

Jun 27, 2019Good value place to stay with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Very clean and easy check in. Fast responses too. Note: there is family noise from very early in the morning on the weekend. So not good for travellers who want to sleep in, or are light sleepers. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019Clean, modern space with a separate entrance to the main house. The hosts were extremely hospitable. Do note that the room is smaller than it looks in the photo, but that wasn’t a problem at all because it was enough for 2 people to stay for just a night. Overall a lovely stay, and I would book this place again in future.

Jun 27, 2019Xiaowen's accommodation offers a clean, modern bedroom & adjoining private bathroom. The room size is on the small side, however, there is excellent storage and the quality of the amenity is very good. The bed is really comfy; the complimentary bath products are of good quality; the privacy of the room is excellent and access is easy; and the neighbourhood is very quiet for relaxing, undisturbed sleeping at night. We used this accommodation as a base when visiting family & friends (so we were out most of the day & into the evening) and it served us very well in that context. Good value for money.
