Neighborhood Overview
The place is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui - biggest shopping and dining area in Hong Kong. Around 2 minutes walk to the TST MTR/Subway station, 10 minutes away from Central, Causeway Bay etc... The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes and pubs and has terrific transportation: buses, mini buses, taxis, trams and ferries! Have many shopping malls in the area: K11, the One mall, iSquare, Harbour city etc... Probably the best place of Hong Kong for shopping and eating. Notes
Official check in time is 2 pm, check out time is 10 am. If you need to check-in late or check-out early, please inform me ahead of time. If needed, I will give you different options for luggage storage near my building. In the apartment, you will find clean towels, universal adapter, hair dryer, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery. For toiletries, I provide shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper. However, travelers are require to bring along their own toothbrush and tooth paste.
Transit
Tsim Sha Tsui is the hub for transportation in Hong Kong. The place is near the MTR/Subway, all public Bus, and taxi are in the area 24h/24. It takes less than 1 hour from the airport to reach the building by public transportation. Will send you full details on how to get to the apartment after you make reservation.

Studio très bien situé. Instructions très claires pour le check in et check out, ce qui est très agréable car on peut arriver a l'heure qu'on souhaite. Bonne insonorisation, nuit calme. Jun 27, 2019Dani's place is at the heart of nightlife of HK, yet quiet and safe. The apt is recently renovated and very clean. Can host 1 person or a couple and is the perfect choice if you travel for tourism or business. Dani is a very kind and responsive host. Definitely suggested!
Jun 27, 2019Thanks to Dani for hosting me and my wife for three days. Lovely place and quite huge room in HK. Near to everything ie. MTR, supermarket, 7E, circle K just in front of the hotel. The bed is quite hard maybe Dani will consider a new one hehe. The room exactly like in the pics given. Would recommended to others. But overall, we had a good stay here :)
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay. The flat is in a great location in TST. Extremely walkable for the MTR, restaurants, shopping. The check in instructions made the flat very easy to find and check in, so make sure you read them. Although the building exterior and elevator lobby is older, the apartment is renovated, clean and modern. Good AC, new washroom/shower, etc. during our stay, there was sometimes a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and elevator leading to the apartment, so smoke sensitive people should be aware. But this is Hong Kong, there are lots of smokers and the host can't help this (probably someone else on the floor). The smoke didn't affect our stay, especially since we were outmost of the day, and can open windows, exhaust fan. Great value, great stay!
Jul 27, 2019位置非常好,離尖沙咀只要幾分鐘步行｡雖然大樓外觀一開始看到覺得有些陰暗狹小,但房間本身是非常乾淨明亮的請放心~~ 以空間來說也足夠兩個人使用 :) 該有的設備一應俱全,唯一小小美中不足的大概是熱水持續的時間不是很長,洗澡要稍微加快速度｡房東回覆相當即時,這趟旅行一切都很美好｡

Jun 27, 2019I had a wonderful stay at Dani’s studio in Tsim Sha Tsui. The studio is located in a very central location of Hong Kong that is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants, including 24-hour markets and restaurants right next door. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient to my schedule, and Dani was always quick to respond to any questions. The studio is comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Dani's studio is very modern and clean, with lots of drawers and cupboards, and space under the bed for suitcase storage. Hot water works well, so is the air conditioning. Very close to public transport, lots of restaurants on the same street, also a convenience store right next door, and a supermarket across the road. Despite so many shops around, some are 24hours, we were not disturbed by any noise, with the windows closed and air conditioner on. We had a pleasant stay, thank you Dani for sharing your lovely studio :)
Jun 27, 2019Overall, our stay was good. The room is very nice and the room looks just like the photos. Nicely updated! The entrance and hallways to the unit are a bit dirty, so just keep that in mind. The unit itself is clean! It is in a great location, easy to find and close to a major train stop. Lots of convenience stores and shops around as well. Overall, a good find in a good location!
Jun 27, 2019Dani response was vey fast and very helpful! Place was exactly the same as the images, clean and well kept. Area is near TST station, around 2 to 3 mintues walk. Near to k11 mall which has luggage storage which was very convenient. Room looks new, check in without a fuss. Only problem is that the bed was a tad too hard other than that room was spacious and stylish. Highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019房间很好,五脏俱全,但是我找了好久room B,完全不是因为难找哦｡世界上最遥远的距离就是,房间就在我面前,我却不知道｡坐电梯到达楼层并拿到钥匙之后,大家打开masterbox 右边那个门才能看到自己的房间｡这个大门里面有三个独立房间,都有独立卫生间,但是都在同一个大门内部｡切记哦!^ ^
Jun 27, 2019Very value for money. Near Tsim Sha Tsui mtr and has a lot of bars, small eateries and convenience stores just below. However the nearest mtr station exit does not have stairs so if you are going over with luggage, it’s better to take other exits. The streets are abit hard to navigate and the pavements are narrow and uneven for luggage. The building is run down and looks like out of maintenance for a long time, from the dust and garbage pile up. The room and door are modern, clean and secure. There’s three units that share the same main door. The wall is rather thin so we keep hearing noises, especially in the morning when they lock the door. Overall it’s a value for money and everything is decent enough. If you don’t mind the exterior being run down and not a light sleeper, it’s a good choice of accommodation!
Jun 27, 2019Dani's place is really a steal considering how central it is and approximately 3 minutes walk to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR. There are really good dessert places, SASA and 24 hrs Macdonalds just right outside the building which makes it bustling and not too secluded so you know it's safe even when you come back to your apartment later in the night. The apartment is small but sufficient for 2 pax and its clean and exactly as pictured. One suggestion is to include a small table mirror for future guests as it can be rather tricky to get ready without any mirror other than the one in the toilet. Small issue but other than that, it was such a pleasant stay. Thank you Dani for the fast replies and for the seamless checking in and out process :) Will definitely recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Stayed a night here in June and it was great! The location is on a bustling street, close to the high-end shopping district, Kowloon Park, malls, and many, many food stalls. The inside of the room is comfortable and relaxing. I was there during the beginning of the World Cup and could hear just a bit of cheering during the night, and some sound bleed through from upstairs, but nothing too noticeable or distracting. Dani was quick to respond, and quite helpful. Highly recommend for a single traveler or two, especially given its location!!
Jun 27, 2019It is a nice place where you can get to any centeral place easily with subway. It is very convenient for choosing a famous restaurant or shopping mall. Dani replied message very quickly and everything was well prepared in his house.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent location, minutes away from the MTR and major shopping centres and restaurants. The studio itself is clean. Bed is quite firm. The building itself can be deceiving since it’s old and garbage is strewing on stairwells. However, the unit itself is renovated. Dani is very communicated throughout the check-in and check-out process. He even let us in half hour early because it rained heavily. We appreciated that. If you’re looking for value stay and out most of your day while in HKG, then this is the place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019I stayed at Dani’s for a few days with another friend. The location is really central and the place is nice and clean. It feels like a standard hotel room and is a good size for HK. The only downside is that the building is old and the entrance is not very obvious. However, the flat is very secure with two doors and a gate and inside it is nice and modern. Dani was very helpful and fast at replying whenever we had problems. Would definitely recommend!
Jun 27, 2019It’s a small but comfy studio. Located at the heart of Hong Kong. Just a few minutes away from metro station so it’s super easy to get around. We enjoyed the downtown walk and restaurants near here. Good for short trip.

The room is well furnished (as shown in the photos, what you see is what you get). I recommend you to stay at Dani's place as she is responding quickly in your messages whenever you need her. Jun 27, 2019Good location. I enjoyed the curry fish ball and other skewer stand downstairs, as well as the grocery store across the street, and the nearby Circle Ks and 7-Elevens. Several good restaurants are nearby as well. Jordan and Temple Street market is close by as well and walkable if you don’t mind walking for 15-20 minutes to get there, though the walk is extremely easy and there’s a lot of things to look at through the walk. Outside going to the entrance seems a bit old and dirty, but pretty typical of Hong Kong. Inside has a fairly modern appearance and the bathroom is spacious enough. Clean overall. Dani was super responsive and nice about everything. Overall a good host.
Jun 27, 2019The place itself is nice and a great value. There were two adapter outlets so I didn't have to buy my own - that was nice. As an American, the bathroom set up was unusual, but that is all, just unusual. Very small but I was traveling alone and spending most of my time outside. It was perfect for what I needed. I came to visit the convention center, which was only two train stops away. The train station is very close by, so location was great. The host was unresponsive to my messages as I inquired about a package I was expecting - so I never received it. Other than an unresponsive host and the building/elevators being dirty leading up to the place, no real complaints. Quite a pleasant stay. Will note sleeping on a Friday night, was a little loud outside from all the commotion, but hey, that's city life.

The complex itself is quiet dirty but once you are in the room you can enjoy the accommodation, specially the air conditioning. Would recommend to anyone that wants a clean quiet space in a great location.

Jun 27, 2019The station is near the house and in the best position. The house was in the busy street, so it was a little noisy. I wish there was a mirror in the living room. I stayed two nights with my friend, but there were only two towels, so I dried them and rewrote them. The house is clean and well watered. The air conditioner worked well and was cool.
Jun 27, 2019Dani's near the MTR and there are lots of shops right out of the building, eg: sasa, curry fish ball, convenient shop, dessert shop opened till late night, you can still get supper even 11pm+. Although the building was old but the room keep in clean condition and still in newly renovated condition as per pictured. I'm glad that Dani response was prompt, he provided all necessary information and tips which really make big convenient for us. We follow tips from him how to get bus from airport the the place (really easy to locate the building), although checkout time might be bit early however there are several places to store luggage. Overall ~ it's value for Money !
Jun 27, 2019The place that was advertised itself was good, clean and had no issues. Although out of the host's control, there is only one lift and we encountered issues due to a large deliveryof boxes and also somebody holding the lift whilst they renovate another flat.

Even though the building itself is a little bit old, and elevator is really small. but good news is the location is really great! Walk distance to some of the best food restaurants including Jenny cookies. And lots of snacks right there downstairs! Even though there’s a rooftop bar next to the building but it’s pretty quiet and in the evening it’s surprisingly quiet that I had very good sleep! Plus, we forgot to bring our voltage converter but we found two in the room. Help a lot!!!! All in all, it’s great price based on location and the room
Jun 27, 2019The actual apartment is nice but the building it is housed in is quite unpleasant. I expressed that to the host and he became angry. A simple word of encouragement would have prompted me to stay. However, his reaction and being a solo female traveler, I opted to leave and find other lodging. OAN - The location is great for getting around and there are plenty of food options.

Jun 27, 2019좋은 후기만 있어 그런지 저는 좀 실망했어요. 많은 후기처럼 위치는 좋았고 숙소도 청결했습니다. 이건 정말 인정합니다. 그러나 방음은 진짜 최악이었어요 창밖 경적 소리는 매우 시끄러웠으며 옆방의 소리가 다 들렸습니다. 또 홍콩숙소가 대부분 그런지는 모르겠지만 히터시스템 없어서 방안이 추웠어요. 여름은 몰라도 겨울은 추천하지 않습니다. 추워서 히터가 있냐고 물어봤는데 호스트는 하루 뒤에 응답이 왔다.....그것도 나의 질문에 대답하기 위한 메시지가 아니었다.(3박4일 투숙)다음날 체크아웃 시간을 물어보는 메시지었다. 내가 보기엔 체크아웃 시간 물어보려고 그제서야 메시지에 답한것 같았다. 기분이 좋지 않았다. 만약 이 숙소를 다시 예약할거냐고 묻는다면 아니다. 침대도 너무 딱딱해서 이럴거면 호텔을 예약할걸 후회했다. 이비스셩완과 같은 저렴이 호텔과 가격차이가 크지 않다. 그러나 방 넓이를 중요시한다면 이 방 크기는 홍콩 기준 작지는 않았다. 정리하면 이 숙소는 위치,청결도가 좋고 방음,호스트응답,침대 푹신함,난방이 좋지 않았다.

Jun 27, 2019Dani was always there online providing instant response. When we arrived earlier, we had little trouble to find place for our luggage to be stored at the place where Dani suggested. But she immediately provided other options for us. Very instant and helpful. Me and my gf benefit from the location of the place the most. Our planned hot sites and MTR are just around Tsim Sha Sui. Tho the Prat Ave. could be a bit noisy during night, we still have a comfortable stay with all of the equipment and feasibilities in the place. Overall, I’d recommend couple to stay for urban adventures here :)

(별도의 난방기구 없음) - 금액이 호텔에 비해서 그렇게 저렴하지 않습니다. * 요약: 가격대비 좋은 편. 위치가 아주 좋다. 하지만 자금 여유가 조금 더 있다면 호텔을 추천한다.
