GENERAL RULES - Treat everything well and with care as it was your own. - Smoking is just allowed outside. - Please respect the neighbors: No loud noise allowed before 10h00 am or after 10h00 pm EXTRA BEDS & BABIES - If you are 2 people and require 2 beds made, this must be requested before your check-in, otherwise we will assume you are a couple and will make only the double bed. - Babies are free till the age of 2 (max 1) when using existing beds. Baby cob is available upon request and availability confirmation on booking CHECKIN : -You must provide a check in time at least 24h hours before you arrival. We will meet you at the apartment to make you the check in at arranged time . If you are more than 30min late let us know at least 1h before your arranged hour. . If you get later than 30min without any previous notice, we will not be able to wait for you at the apartment and will be waiting for your phone call- (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to arrange another check in time

Very helpful and friendly host.
Jun 27, 2019Piso bonito, limpio y muy bien situado! Identico a las fotos. Un poco ruidoso con los vecinos. No habia calefacción, después de quejarnos, nos trajeron un calefactor al cabo de 24 horas. Y calentaba mas bien poco. En el chekin la chica llego un poco tarde. Por lo demas todo bien y hay que decir que estubimos muy agusto!

Jul 27, 2019We had an absolutey lovely stay. We loved the appartement, it was really cozy, clean and well furnished. It‘s also directly in the city center, so almoust everything was in walking distance. The communication was also very good. We arrived very late but this was no problem at all. We can totally recommend that place.
Jun 27, 2019El Piso de Sara es fantástico! Tiene un estilo súper bonito y es igual a como lo ves en las fotos. La ubicación es genial, puedes ir andando adonde quieras sin problemas.
Jun 27, 2019I had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect - main attractions are within walking distance, there are a lot of places to eat or have a cup of coffee nearby. The supermarket is 3 mins away. All given information is accurate, the apartment is very cosy, light and comfortable. Will definitely come back again!:)

Jun 27, 2019Sara is a great host , the apartments is really nice and spacious exactly as the pictures depict. The road is a bit noisy but we didn’t mind that. Great location away from lots of tourists such a great city will definitely be back.

Jun 27, 2019Sara's place was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Porto. Very central, sparkling clean and fully equiped, with amongst other things, one of the most comfortable beds I have had the pleasure of sleeping in during my airbnb adventures! Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019This is a very modern apartment close to the retail zone of Porto. Our feelings about the apartment are mixed. There apartment is very compact but it has the most comfortable bed and pillows that we have had in airbnb. We were greeted by Thomas who gave really good suggestions and tips and took the time to write them clearly on the map. The not so good - our apartment faced the road which is a busy bus route. It was too noisy with the balcony doors open and there are no other windows for air flow. The lock on the door is very tricky - sometimes it opens first time, other times it took 5 minutes to get it open. It is a good 15 minute walk to the more interesting Rebeira area. It is close to the Bulhao market but this is closed for 2 years for redevelopment. Next time I'd stay in the Rebeira area but it is probably more expensive.
Jun 27, 2019Great location. Marcel showed us in and gave us some very useful recommendations for the local area. Cleaner was still in the flat when we checked in (at 3pm) so we had to leave for a bit and come back. Well stocked kitchen also equipped with olive oil, salt and coffee. A great stay so thank you!

Jun 27, 2019The location is very central, but away enough that it isn’t too loud. The street below can be a little noisy during the day with cars, but was not an issue at night. We were able to walk to and from multiple locations and sites! Close to wonderful food, the bridge which has an amazing view, wine tours, and the train station. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. Communication was very quick! Provided a map with places to go when we arrived and helped carry our luggage up the stairs to the room! We enjoyed our stay!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Porto at Sara's was everything we could have asked for. The place was perfect with a small kitchen area, comfy bed, and great balcony. The location is perfect for walking to basically anywhere in the city but is quiet. Sara was so helpful in answering every question I had and helping us get from the airport with such ease after a long 24hrs of travel. Being understanding of our late check in time was so wonderful and made everything so much less stressful. Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this beautiful city! I can only hope to return one day and spend even more time exploring from this fabulous location!

Jun 27, 2019Sara’s flat is lovely, tastefully decorated and conveniently located (with a parking at the corner). From this flat, it’s really easy to reach all the points of interest in Porto by walking. We were welcomed by Sara’s friend, Gonçalo. He was very kind and helpful! He even brought us two natas the next day ;-) We had a wonderful stay in Porto and strongly recommend to stay at Sara’s.

Jun 27, 2019It's a nice apartment at walking distance from many spots you want to visit when in Porto. However, the apartment is rented out by a company which has 50 apartments in the city so we kind of missed the real Airbnb experience. For example, when we asked if it was possible to receive clean towels after a few days, we were told it was not included in the price. Even though that might be the case, we didn't feel it was very good service (we stayed there for 6 days), and besides this there were also no facilities to do it ourselves. The apartment looks great but to be honest it did not meet our expectations (you notice this in the quality, it's really made for short-stay rental).

Jun 27, 2019Communication before our arrival was great. Sara organised a transfer for us from the airport as we were arriving late and also organised the late check-in. The apartment overall was great and was in a really good location, close to lots of shops but quiet enough for us to get a good nights sleep. There were a few things that weren't perfect like the door to the apartment. The lock was a bit dodgy, so it took about 5-10 minutes each time to unlock the door and eventually get into the apartment, which was quite annoying. The shower wasn't the best either and felt like it might break. Overall though we were happy with our stay and for the price it was really good value for me. We would stay here again. Many thanks!

Jun 27, 2019It has everything you need and was a close walk to some of the main places to see like Cafe Majestic (delicious breakfast) and the market. It was a great starting point and Junior, who welcomed us was very kind and went out of his way to help us with any troubles.

Jun 27, 2019Really nice place! There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. The room and small balcony are lovely. Good location if you are okay walking. The bathroom was small, but clean, and the shower was decent once we figured out how to use it. The bed was very large and comfortable.
Jun 27, 2019Place is very good located with lovely big windows and also very clean. Only shower is not in its best condition (but still manageable) and one of the bath towels was stained - I asked for a new one but no answer and then we receive only late apology. Besides that we had a wonderful stay in Porto and I believe that next time these problems will not occur again. Would recommend :)
Jun 27, 2019Highly recommended the appartement is great ! The location is very convenient, the appartement was well equipped and decorated. Sara and her friend were so nice and respond very quickly to me. The aera is very nice and it was quiet at night. Easy to reach everywhere because of the metro nearby and by foot because it’s very central.
