The apartment was not clean and had dog urine on all the carpets. It took 24 hours for 1 of the rugs to get replaced and the new one seemed masked with odor spray. The owner told me the place was clean after the first day but the urine smell was still in the apartment which kept us locked in our rooms while we weren’t out and about in the city. It was very unpleasant even after getting the cleaning fee and one nights stay refunded to us. It was a total break down in communication between the management company and the own, but that shouldn’t be at my expense after I had just taken a 14 hour flight from California.
Jun 27, 2019Naveen's place is located in a great central area of Sydney - close to shops, bars and restaurants (can thoroughly recommend the Spring salad from Tropicana at the bottom of the building!) as well as the station (King's Cross) and the Hop On Hop Off bus route. As a host Naveen was very responsive and made some great suggestions for places to head to around and about Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019A lovely large apartment. Perfectly clean and really comfy beds. It's great to have the bedrooms on one floor and then the large living area below - feels like a house! Naveen left a welcome basket of fruit and veggies from the market which was a lovely touch. I have to admit I fell in love with Darlinghurst as Victoria Street outside has lots of great cafes and restaurants and it's an easy walk into the city or lots of trains and buses. There is a stunning view of the harbour bridge and opera house from the gym and pool. Having a concierge is good too, a sense of luxury and security. I had an issue with the washing machine but Naveen was very quick and easy to respond and sort everything out for me. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Jun 27, 2019Naveen’s place is absolutley amazing for style location and price. Naveen has a great eye for quirky things, the artwork and decorè is fabulous.. The gym and pool are on the same level right next to the apartment and are a real bonus. This place is truely a rare gem.. Thankyou Naveen!

Jun 27, 2019The place is very classy and conveniently located, near enough to walk to the CBD during good weather and very near the Kings Cross station to access all parts of Sydney. Just ensure that your arrival is clear so that the unit will be ready when you arrive. The concierge service is top notch and makes a big difference. Tons of restaurants around covering all cuisine, price levels, etc. Would recommend the place to friends. Naveen is very responsive and will make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Check is and out was super easy and the concierge is great and adds a professional touch The property is in an ideal location close to so many awesome places to eat and drink. Jun 27, 2019This little gem was so so delightful, better then what I was expecting, Naveen was so lovely to suggest places to go out and eat and have a few drinks. The two bedrooms was accommodating for both me and my co-worker. Had a lovely time in Sydney I recommend staying here to everyone, the location is so good near the station and local restaurants and bars.

Jun 27, 2019A bright and spacious loft apartment. The decoration, styling was stunning. The bedrooms are awesome for the views and the comfort. The location is so user friendly, close to everything from great cafes for the morning brunch. To an array of restaurants for dinner. And easy access to the city. Best for people arriving via public transport. Puppy friendly, which meant our cavoodle was safe and comfortable too.

Jun 27, 2019We attempted to stay here on business trip to Sydney. The apartment was not at all what we expected, there were blood stains on the sheets, hair left in the sink, grim on the shower floor and the toilets were dirty. Naveen was very unprofessional in her response to this and we ended up leaving because we felt very uncomfortable.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is comfortable and roomy. The location is amazing, just a short walk to Kings Cross station and very close to the city. Plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants very close by. Communication with host Naveen is excellent. Concierge service was excellent also.

Jun 27, 2019Great location! Close to transit, restaurants, pubs, shops, everything you need. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Host responded to our needs very quickly. The concierge staff at the front door were all very friendly and welcoming.

Jun 27, 2019Very nice and Creative arquitecture industrial design apartment High end range and oven , stainless steel kitchen counter . Two floor design with hard wood and steel staircase. I loved it. Naveen is so helpful, friendly and attentive. The place needs deep cleaning, not the everyday clean that’s ok
Jun 27, 2019Clean, well appointed, very handy to food and transport. Gym on same floor as apartment is well equipped with a great view. Did not use pool just outside but a valuable additional facility. Naveen left coffee pods and tea bags etc and plenty of utensils for cooking. Caution to older people, it is a split level apartment so be prepared for steep stairs between bedroom floor and living area floor. The bed spaces are also sunken. Very comfortable big beds and plenty of power points. Concierge at ground floor entrance handles admission, very attentive service.
Jun 27, 2019Naveen's place was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location in vibey Darlinghurst and close to Kings Cross Station and buses. Loads of restaurants nearby. Check in was super easy with the building concierge who also kindly kept our suitcases after check out when our flight was delayed. High end toiletries provided. Washing machine and dryer available. Gym on the same floor. Excellent communication. Only notable thing is that there is bottle collection early in the morning which didn't really bother us but if you're a light sleeper or wanting somewhere quiet then maybe stay outside the city. For the city slickers, this apartment is definitely an excellent spot!

Jun 27, 2019Naveen’s place was perfect for my family and I. Since I have children, I always prefer places with minimal carpets especially in the bedrooms and this is just what we need. Prior to our arrival, Naveen already informed me about the AC breaking down and she tried her best to offer solutions to make us feel as comfortable as we can. We stayed the first night without AC in the middle of summer but it was ok since there’s a cool breeze at night. However, it does get loud especially with the window open but it is expected as with any convenient locations. Naveen was super nice replied us promptly with any of our concerns. We enjoyed our stay there.

The place is ideally located in Darlinghurst with shops and restaurants right outside, Coles and Woolworths are within a couple minute walk. It was great to have a place with a fully equipped kitchen and plentiful space, with the two levels and set up you don’t feel cramped and can comfortably hang out in the apartment without being on top of each other. Most other hotels in Sydney don’t have that luxury. Thanks for having us!

Jun 27, 2019Naveen’s place was wonderful! The location is perfect to get to anywhere cheaply, especially by public transit. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived, however, Naveen had great communication and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. My only complaint would be that there was renovations going on within the building (which is out of Naveen’s control), but we were unaware before we arrived and they were noisy and at one point were painting our door and elevators when we were trying to exit the apartment. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing and I would stay again!
Jun 27, 2019Great location and at the heart of the city. Tap was broken when I got there but host was responsive and assured us it'll be fixed. There was miscommunication between us, the host, neighbours and reception regarding things stuck on the wall and late checkout but it got resolved in the end. There were a few roaches walking around that I suspect were from recent renovations to the apartment
