This is a very big one bedroom especially for the location. It has beautiful arch ways, high ceilings, and wood floors. There is a courtyard that is accessible where our wifi does reach too!

There is a separate queen size, comfortable, and new blow up bed for the other room that is huge too! This is a very big one bedroom especially for the location. It has beautiful arch ways, high ceilings, and wood floors. There is a courtyard that is accessible where our wifi does reach too! This is for the whole apartment I will be available if you have any questions about how to get around or anything in general about the city! This neighborhood is great as it is in the center of Manhattan and still quiet to compared the rest of the city. The unit faces a courtyard too which helps a lot with the traffic noise. You are close to all trains and can pretty much walk anywhere in the main part of the city easily!

Rules
You must be respectful and clean as this apartment is my home and my everything. The couch is brand new and there is no food or drinks aloud near it. The breakfast table does open up and has 2 more chairs to make a full 4 place dining table where you can eat comfortably.

Nice neighborhood. Very conveniently located. Even though I never met ashley in person, she was very helpful and accommodating on check-in time.
Jun 27, 2019Ashley was a great host and was able to accommodate our late arrival and late departure. She was friendly and very responsive. I did not spend much time in the apartment but it was very spacious and the neighborhood was nice.
Jun 27, 2019El tiempo que pasamos en el departamento de Ashley fue fantastico! Si bien no pudimos conocerla, coordinamos la entrega de llave y todo estuvo listo a nuestra llegada. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de las estaciones de subte y fácilmente se llega caminando al centro y a otros destinos. Fuimos 3 huespedes y nos sentimos muy cómodos en el espacio, el dpto esta equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Lo super recomendamos!! Gracias Ashley por abrirnos tu casa :)
Jun 27, 2019I did not meet Ashley personally, but check in and check out process were incredibly simple and accommodating. Apt is located in very accesible area, close to the subway. Ashley was also very fast in responding to any inquiry we had. Did not spend much time in the apartment, but overall we had a good experience. Thank you Ashley
