Rules
Smoking is only allowed at the window-sill. Electric devices and water taps should be off before check-out. Dishes should be done and the garbage should be left in the deposit, located in the neighbourhood. Keep the apartment clean and take care of the apartment stuff and equipment. Be careful with noise, after 10pm. No pets allowed. For your safety, you should be carefully with doors and windows. The check-out must be done until 11am. Oporto's tourist tax (2€/person.night) is not included in the announced price and should be paid at check in.

Jun 27, 2019Great place. Immediate replies. Is as described. Close to all types of transportation, restaurants, grocery store, etc. João kindly allowed us to store our suitcases after check-out to pick them up later for a late flight out.
Jun 27, 2019El piso está situado muy bien, cerca del centro a pie y es tal cual aparece en el anuncio. Ideal para pasar unos dias en Oporto. Joao estuvo esperandonos en el piso a la hora acordada y nos facilitó información sobre lo que podriamos encontrar en los alrededores del piso.
Jun 27, 2019Belo apartamento em uma excelente rua em Porto. Localizado próximo a Praça da Batalha o que garante restaurantes e comércio de todos os gostos, podendo se deslocar a pé. O anfitrião é muito educado e atencioso, prestou-nos informações sobre atividades turísticas e foi sempre muito solícito! Recomendo!!!
Jun 27, 2019El lugar es genial, la ubicación es muy céntrica y tiene de todo lo necesario (incluso a veces pensábamos que no había algo y luego lo encontrábamos en alguna puerta que no habíamos abierto). Dónigo fue muy atento, se tomó el tiempo para esperar os, mostrarnos el lugar, darnos recomendaciones y hasta regresó para ayudarnos con el T. V. Uno de los mejores apartamentos donde nos hemos quedado.

La ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos andando del centro y de los sitios a visitar, con un supermercado en la misma calle y cerca de las estaciones de metro y de tren. El apartamento estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. Joao fue muy atento con nosotras y nos permitió dejar las maletas en otro apartamento hasta la hora de irnos. The apartment is great, modern and bright, equipped with all the conveniences. The location is perfect, just a 5 minutes walk far from downtown and the sightseeings, with a supermarket in the same street and it is close to the train and metro stations.The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Joao was very kind and helpful and let us keep our lugagge in antoher apartment until we left.

Jun 27, 2019The location of this place really made our trip in Porto. Everything was very walkable and easy to get to. There is a small market on the corner and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. This flat is a new listing so was quite basic in amenities. It could use some better cleaning supplies and hooks and things, basics that are nice to have. It also gets quite hot from the sun in the apartment and unfortunately the one fan is not enough to cool both rooms. However, the flat was very clean and the host was very kind when we met at check-in. He even allowed us to store our luggage so we could go out and explore some more before leaving. All in all, this is a good place for a short stay.
