Rules
- No partys or loud TV or loud music, etc. Hilo is somewhat remote. All efforts are made to keep appliances and the elevator in good condition. However, if something does stop working, it may take weeks or months to get the parts and repair people to fix it. Also, it is reasonably quiet here but, there can also be some noise from occasional planes, etc.
