First Island Realty was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and staying at the location process. Every question we had was answered quickly and with a friendly Hawaiian welcome. The location is unbeatable, only a 5 minute walk from downtown Kona and the view of the pool and ocean was fantastic. Entirely updated kitchen made for great cooking enviornment. Would highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019First of all we are more than thankful for the last minute booking and the communication! Everything was beautiful the location is amazing! My wife and I are originally from the big island and I grew up surfing as a kid right outside the kona reef complex! It felt so good to get away from Honolulu and come back home to kona to relax! Everything was perfect! The ambiance the way the condo was decorated! Everything was A1 perfect! Definitely be staying here again soon!!!

Jun 27, 2019F5 is a incredible unit! The interior is just beautiful with everything you need and more! And the Lani is HUGE with the most amazing view. Location is perfect. Walking distance to excellent dining and shopping but just barely away from the crazy! We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Place was great! quiet location to Kailua, walking distance to bars and restaurants, with its own small beach area (if you understand that a beach is filled with rocks on the big Island!!). Great sunset view. Perfect for a couple.

Jun 27, 2019Location of the condo was great. You walk 5 minutes to city center but the condo itself is quiet enough. Easy parking on the same level as the room. You can truly enjoy both of them. Support from the owner was very quick, which I appreciated very much.
Jun 27, 2019The location was superb and within walking distance to downtown. The view of the surf was great too. The unit is mostly remodeled but glass sliding door was dated (frame is loose). The unit is in main floor which helps with getting things to and from car but also means you get noise from parking lot and other guests walking around. The amenities were awesome and had everything we needed for our stay, even some gear to enjoy the beaches and water.
