Nancy's place is in a great location right near Sai Ying Pun MTR station. The flat has all the essentials with a shower, kitchen and bed. It's a great base from which to explore Hong Kong.

Jun 27, 2019Nice place, convenient, and really good location, close to Sun Yat Sen Park and next to a subway entrance! The neighborhood is lively but the room quite quiet. Check-in was easy, check-out even more . The place is small But not that much for Hong Kong and well-equipped, perfect for a solo traveller.

Jun 27, 2019Location of place is very convenient. Like many places in Hong Kong, space is at a premium, but there is more than sufficient space for a single traveler or a couple. Place is an excellent value for those looking to spend more of their time enjoying Hong Kong and just need a place to sleep late at night. Nancy was very responsive and the place was all set up when we arrived. Would definitely stay again in future.
Jun 27, 2019The location of this place was perfect! You are very central and in a cool up and coming area. It's easy to get to from the airport. It is quite small but perfectly fine for 1-2 people. The only downside is the bed, which was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. I would still recommend this place as it was very convenient!
Jun 27, 2019We didn't enjoy our stay at Nancy's place due to the extremely hard bed. Whilst the host was helpful in answering any questions we had unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned. Whilst this may be a one-off issue the unwashed bedding and lack of working air conditioning left us feeling unrested and unable to sleep comfortably. The apartment is a private lockable room in a shared flat in an apartment building - about 2 minutes from the A2 MTR exit and 1 minute from the tram stop. We got the impression that other residents/the landlord did not want non-residential guests staying in the building - this made us feel uncomfortable several times throughout our stay.
