Space

We've recently moved out of the house to live with our parents and are now renting it out. Older style house and furnishings are very basic but we are more than happy to supply anything you might need for your stay. Apologies in advance for our (non-existent) backyard as we're building a granny flat!

Neighborhood Overview

Beverly Hills is a 20min from the CBD but it really has everything you need. You'll be within walking distance to the main strip which is full of restaurants and cafes as well as the local movie cinema. You are also surrounded by parks where you and/or your kids can run around (we can provide sporting equipment).

Notes

It's a quiet neighbourhood so please keep the noise down after 10pm. As mentioned, let us know in advance if you have any special requirements and we'll try and accommodate as best as we can!

Transit

Street parking is abundant however the train network is the best way to get around Sydney (we are only 7min from the nearest stations).

Access

You'll have the house all to yourself except for the backyard. Rooms will be made available based on the number of guests/requested room configuration.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our house. As your airbnb host we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To help us to do so we would really appreciate if you can follow the following simple house rules. Check-in & Check out - Check-in is at 2pm, and check-out is by 10am. Whilst we would try our best to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out but due to the time required for cleaning we may not always be able to accommodate, please check with us when you make the booking to clarify. No Smoking - No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied. Lights & A/C - Please turn off all lights, TV and air conditioning when you are not at home. Kitchen and food - We welcome you to use our kitchen but would ask you to PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES AFTER USE.     Fabulous family sized house! Very clean & Tidy. Well equiped ammenities. Delighted to find toiletries provided as we forgot to pack ours. Very close to train station, IGA and restaurants (all within walking distance). Alice and Richard were great hosts, willing to provide any request. Will definitely book this very affordable house again.

    Alice and Richard are very sweet hosts. They were in touch with me from the moment I booked the AirBNB to when we checked out of their place. They welcomed us with a little gift basket of food and kept a little note to make us feel at home. Their hospitality was excellent! I’d highly recommend their Home to anyone!

    Alice's place was exactly as advertised. Great space for great value. The location was also fantastic in that everywhere we had to go was within an hour. We especially loved the personal touch like the box of chocolates that greeted us on arrival. Very happy with everything including comms with Alice.

    The place : Plenty of room in a nice and cozy house.. located close to the train station and parks and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Not too far from the airport. There is ample parking - off street or on street. The hosts : very prompt, flexible and most of all they respect your privacy.

    Alice and Richard are great host. Very easy to reach and responded quickly when needed. As a welcome gesture,they even offered us free timtam and multiadaptor. All rooms were well kept and equipped with comfy beds. Great location walkable distance to Beverly Hills train station. Lots of shops and restaurant nearby. The only downside is the shower pressure and temp control which can either be too hot or too cold. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone

    A fantastic experience - a beautiful home with amazing hosts. Our little family loved the place and we were able to access public transport, playing spaces and public facilities such as cafes and supermarkets very easily. Alice and Richard ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable and were very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Great value for your money, especially if you’re on a budget. A good location with easy access to many services such as the train station, cinema, a park and Uber eats. Would recommend to others trying to travel with 5 or 6 people on a budget. The house comes with an above average TV and great wifi which can handle many devices connected at once. Overall our stay was enjoyable and Alice is a fantastic host.

    Special thanks to Alice & Richard for being a nice host. Both are responsive. The house is near with Beverly Hills train station, located in a quite and beautiful neighbourhood. We found that the kitchen utensils were well provided and we got comfort bed and clean bedsheets. The living room was spacious & TV was provided. There was a washing machine, iron with iron board and a cloth hanger in laundry area but it would be great if there is a dryer as well. Overall I had a nice stay in Alice's place because it is such a cozy and spacious house
