We had a pleasant week end in the flat. It was all brand new, it's well located and comfy, perfect for couple.
Jun 27, 20193일 예약했는데 첫날 가자마자 전기가 바로 나가서 하루만 지내고 나왔어요 ㅎㅎ 연락은 바로바로 됐으나 와서 고쳐지는게 없었어요 :-) 에어비엔비에 연락해서 환불받았네요 그리고 새집 냄새가 넘 나요
Jun 27, 2019Very tidy, brand new apartment. Everything was as it should be. One problem we had, upstairs electricity went off and it did not work while our stay. But otherwise nice place, aprox 10 min walk to best shopping places and to River Douro 20 min.

The quarter is great 'cause we are in the main street which bring you to the river and historical center very easily in 15-20 minutes by walk and sloping gently down... See you next time ! Jun 27, 2019Great stay. The perfect house with the perfect service. We did a last minute booking and everything went smooth. Everything was very clean and the comunication was perfect. The house is incredibly luxorious and fully equppied. Highly recommended

Jun 27, 2019We had a nice stay in this apartment. It's very clean, stylishly designed and well located. We only needed 10 minutes to the center and 5 minutes to the metro station. By the Check In we got some good tips for eating and sightseeing. Just the view from the terrace was weird, because the backyard was old, deserted car service station and we found it a little bit spooky, so we don't sat on the terrace. The neighborhood was not the best, some deserted houses and so on, but we accustom us there very fast. Nevertheless, we are happy to had book this nice appartment and can recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019Espacio muy bien diseñado, nuevo y con todos los servicios. La salida de la terraza da a un concesionario abandonado, no es muy bonito pero sí muy tranquilo
Jun 27, 2019La casa è ben arredata e pulita. La cucina è nuova e funziona tutto. Il soffitto del soppalco non permette di alzarsi in piedi e gli scalini per salire non sono adatti a persone anziane. L'area esterna è all'interno di un parcheggio abbandonato abbastanza inquietante e di conseguenza non l abbiamo usata. Le prese di corrente vicino al letto non funzionavano e abbiamo chiesto all host di sistemarle. Non abbiamo ricevuto risposta ma confidiamo che le metterà a posto.

Jun 27, 2019Philipe's flat is gorgeous, and stylish. You get a sense of real getaway pad for a weekend in a city. The extra touches like an iron and ironing board (as we were in town for a wedding), a bottle of complimentary wine were really lovely. The flat is beautifully bright and located in a great neighbourhood, easy to get to the centre of town.

Jun 27, 2019Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Stilvoll eingerichtet, hell und gut gelegen. Gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war es etwas ärgerlich, dass das Wasser beim Duschen nicht ablief und der Rollo an der Tür zur Terrasse geklemmt hat. Ansonsten haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Management is not efficient at online communications, so I recommend calling and not relying on email or airbnb messages. Once you can get ahold of them, they are extremely receptive and will make sure you're comfortable and happy

Jun 27, 2019Really good location, about 10 minutes from the Balhou metro station that's direct from the airport and about the same distance into the city centre The apartment wasn't easy to find at first, maybe add an airbnb sticker out front to let guests know they're in the right place? Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Would reccomend 100%

Jun 27, 2019Muy buen alojamiento, bien situado y muy amables. Muy recomendable , para volver sin duda! Un detalle la botella de vino que regalan. La cocina está completamente equipada. Un estancia inmejorable!
Jun 27, 2019El alojamiento es más pequeño de lo que aparece en las fotos, ya que juegan con las perspectivas, pero para dos personas están bastante bien. Además, la localización es buena, ya que se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos del metro.
Jun 27, 2019Joli appartement bien situé MAIS gestion affreuse. - Nous avons envoyé plusieurs e-mails à l’agence qui s’occupe de l’appartement à la suite d’un sac oublié dans la cuisine et jamais eu de réponse. - Nous nous sommes retrouvés enfermés dans la hall d’entrée le jour du départ, car nous devions laisser la clé dans l’appartement mais la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble ne s’ouvre qu’avec une clé depuis l’intérieur. Conclusion: enfermée dedans à 4h du matin le jour de départ. - Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine et très sales - Propreté médiocre
