omer is very helpfull, the appartment was clean everything available even basics items for cooking , the toilet was good clean and so everything available like towels soap etc.. comfortable safe place and near to taksim 10 min by walking i like it too much
Jun 27, 2019it looks like a brand new suits. the room was very clean & convenient. not too far from Taksim main street but the hill which is connected the main road to this place was quite steep. other than that it was a very nice place.
Jun 27, 2019Ömer's aparthotel is a great stay in Istanbul! Before we went to Istanbul, the communication with Ömer was good; he replied quickly. We took the Havabus from the airport to Taksim (from Atatürk it's +/- 40 mins & from Sabiha Gökçen it's +/- 70 mins; depending on the traffic of course). From the Havabus station to the aparthotel is only 10 mins walk. Once we got there, we were welcomed nicely and the check-in went really smooth. The room itself is like the pictures: neat, clean and modern. The bathroom is perfect as well. Everything you need is provided (clean sheets, comfortable bed, kitchenware, towels, hairdryer, soap, AC, etc.). The location is good: 10 mins walk to the Taksim square and to the metro line. Ömer is a great host; friendly, kind, patient, honest and always willing to help. His colleague too. This aparthotel is one of the reasons why we enjoyed our stay in Istanbul. It's such a nice place to come 'home' after a long day of walking and sightseeing. I definitely recommend this stay to everyone who is visiting Istanbul!

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic place with everything you need! Small convenience stores are less than 20 metres from your doorstep, and restaurants are a short 5minute walk. The room was spacious and clean with a perfectly designed bathroom. Even though temperatures were freezing outside, the room was well insulated without me having to adjust anything. Omer and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire trip.
