We have just rehabilitated the apartment so you get to enjoy its debut! The rehabilitation was a complete overhaul. A semi-loft by design, we mixed different styles that I hope you find attractive and make you feel at home. With a notable touch of Catalan design, yet retro and vintage at the same time, you will find icons of international design such as the SMEG fridge or the lamps by renowned firms that you will love. A very practical loft, open and with movable doors to reconfigure the spaces to your convenience and liking. The kitchen opens to the living room with custom furniture. The highlight of the kitchen, in my opinion, is the thick marble (5cm) that cascades to the floor, offering a feeling of robustness and personality. In the bathroom, since we were unable to recover the original ceramics, we have integrated modernist-style tiles and retro-style toilets. This will be your home, plase treat it as you would treat your home Also please respect the neighbours and keep noise down to a minimum, there are full of Bars on the street to make fun! Visitors are not allowed at home. if you are planing to invite some other person at home, you must ask me in advance. Enjoy a lot your stay! IMPORTANT (it has never happened but you must know): I am very strict with security and safety, that is the reason why I have a very secure looks at home, but for your security and for future guests security, if you lose the keys of home, I will immediately call a company to change the lock, what I have a cost of 500 euros. Also, never forget the keys in the lock and leave the house. If you left the keys in the lock on the inside you will not be able to enter the house again. Forgetting the keys in the lock will carry a penalty of 150 euros, because a specialized company has to come and unblock it.
