The wife and I spent five days at Mark's apartment in Kihei. It is a great place - very comfortable, clean, well furnished and well lit, a couple of minutes walk from Charley Young beach and located close to the major highways of Maui. Mark was super responsive to emails and our entire stay went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends.

Jun 27, 2019The description of the apartment was very accurate. Mark gave us all the resources necessary to enjoy our stay in Maui and really let us do our own thing. You get a real local feel of Maui and it served as the perfect home base for when we decided to check out other parts of the island. All in all, you get what you pay for, and I'd recommend this apartment to friends & family.

Jun 27, 2019L'acces au logement se fait vraiment facilement et ce, via un code. Un beau panier de produits locaux nous attendait pour notre arrivée. Tous les produits ménagers (papier toilette, savon vaiselle, savon linge, etc.) étaient fournis. Tous les articles de plage ainsi qu'un lit de bébé étaient disponible. Belle piscine! A proximité de belles plages, restaurants et supermarché. Le complexe date des annees 70 et l'appartement ne semble pas avoir été renové depuis.

Jun 27, 2019Ladies and Gentlemen, this condo is superb! It is so well located in Kihei, a pretty laidback town with lots of nice restaurants and spare time activity offers, right next to the beach. The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an outstanding beach vacation. Chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. First we were worried, because we flew only with carry-ons but Marks appartment had everything we needed and did not bring by ourselves. Also, it is very clean and has an AC. The tennis court is right next to the appartment door as well as the BBQ area. Mark did provide us with all required information upfront so that a smooth check-in was possible. There is nothing left to say besides: Thank You for this amazing experience Mark.
Jun 27, 2019Mark's Sunseekers apartment is a wonderful place to stay! Mark is a fantastic host and went beyond expectations to make us feel very welcomed (and special!). The apartment has everything you need to relax, make dinner, enjoy breakfasts on the lanai. Plus there is a pool and a BBQ area very close by - both of which are very nice and we made good use of them. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is great. We spent a day in our car exploring the beaches and snorkel spots north of Kihei, and the next day doing the same south of Kihei. Just wonderful. Highly recommend both this accommodation and this location. I hope we can come back sometime.

Jun 27, 2019Perfect place to stay with my little family. It had a nice pool to cool off, all the things you need for dining in. Close to the beach and to resteraunts and stores. When I had an issue with chevking out in time (totally my fault) Mark was there wen I called and was understanding snd helpful. I would totally stay here again if the opportunity ever arose.

Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay. The place was great: clean, nice furnishings, and well located. We used the BBQs and the pool in the complex. Parking good: never had a problem finding a good spot near the unit. Mark also provided beach toys (example boogie boards) which were a lot of fun for the kids. The unit was spacious, with large closets. The in-unit laundry was a huge bonus. Great location - a short stroll away from a lovely beach to watch the sun set. Highly recommended! Would love to stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Bei Mark fühlt man sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl! Alles ist sehr sauber und heimelig eingerichtet. Das Appartment hat Vollaustattung, es ist von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler alles da. Es wird auch alles für den Strand angeboten, inkl. der tollen Tommy Bahama-Stühle! Ein paar Willkommensgoodies machen das Ankommen sehr angenehm. Jederzeit wieder würden wir bei Mark einchecken!! Mahalo

Jun 27, 2019Mark's location on the south portion of Maui was only walking distance from several beaches and restaurants. You will truly enjoy staying here. There are also several amenities which include a pool, BBQ, and tennis courts! This place was truly a nice "home away from home" to return to after a long day of exploring Maui. Jun 27, 2019We were 3 girls and stayed a whole week in Marc's apparment. We had a blast. The condo had everything we needed. From beach towels and beach umbrellas to kitchen supplies. Beach and pools we're super close. Marc responded immediately and was a great host. Definitely a good place to stay on Maui.
Jun 27, 2019Great location in Kihei. The condo is nice and well kept. Close to amazing beaches and we loved the atmosphere in Kihei. Mark has everything you need. Snorkeling gear, body board, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. We loved our stay!
Jun 27, 2019Mark's place is really nice and practical! It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach holidays: beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. I even saw fins, which we did not use since we had ours. It is quite big for 2 people, stays cool during the day so no need for AC, the terrace is directly on the grass so very nice to have breakfast, it has a washing machine in the apartment, it is quiet, and you do not need a key as it is a keypad with an access code so no risk to lose it. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and You can have a BBQ just 30 seconds away! The swimming pools are nice even if they are small. The best thing is going to the beach in 5 minutes, especially early in the morning. Plan on snorkeling and seeing turtles there! There is plenty of parking spots. Don't forget to get your parking permit! Being in Kihei allows to go easily everywhere on the island. One of the best spots to buy food is ABC (2 minutes drive). Finally, Mark is easy to contact and replies in minutes to your questions and makes you arrival in Maui event nicer with a nice basket of gifts. He really practices the Aloha! If we ever come back, we will most probably contact him again.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time at Mark's. The location was great and we were within walking distance to a beautiful low key beach and to restaurants. Beach towels and chairs were provided as well as kitchen stuff. we had a wonderful time!
Jun 27, 2019Everything was amazing as described.!!! :) I've enjoyed staying this place very much. Mark gave us 3 hrs early check in due to our early arrival from international flight. Super sweet! One thing to remind to the party who might come as 4. (Only because it said this place could take 4 guests. ) Sofa bed in the living room .... is really not comfy. Me and my mom was trying to sleep in the sofa bed. It felt like as though my body was floating on the top of bunch of squicky metal springs. It makes too much noise and sinks here and there. So don't rely on the sofa bed. You might as well end up sleeping on dinner table chairs. Other than that I loved staying on this palce so much! ♥
Jun 27, 2019Mark's place is at an amazing location since it's in between the west and east side of Maui. It's also a great place to catch the sunset at a clear day since the beach is right across it. It came with a lot of amenities which my family and I did not expect and we are overall very impressed with his place. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book an AirBnB

Jun 27, 2019Mark's unit is fantastic, very clean, well kept up, and I enjoyed staying there. Large TV, Cable was fine and the WIFI worked great! Location/complex is a little old, but fairly close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Really quiet at night and overall positive experience.
Jun 27, 2019This place was so well equipped for our week in Maui. 4 beach chairs, 2 body boards, large cooler bag for beach, 4 sets of fins/masks, beach towels, ketchup mustard and all the essentials in the fridge. Even sunscreen, makeup remover, mouse, bug spray and some toiletries! We also arrived to find a pineapple, bag of Maui coffee, Maui cookies and Maui chips! Can not say enough about how well stocked the place was. The parking was easy and always available, there were security guards patrolling constantly, the pool was the perfect temperature and the hose and bbq were super close to the room. The AC was super helpful for the hot trip. We didn’t need to reach out to our host during our stay bc we had everything we needed and he was super helpful when booking. I would stay here again. Jun 27, 2019Grate place to stay, home away from home, very comfortable, useful the chairs and the umbrellas for the beach, many towels available and grate the use of the washing and drying machine in the unit, nice the lanai on the ground floor with direct access to the outside and the table for having breakfast.

Jun 27, 2019A really well sited apartment with everything you need for a great stay on the Kamaole Beach area of Kihei, you'll love staying here. With a cool and shady lanai looking out over a green lawn, comfortable living spaces, easy access to pool, tennis court and barbecue and plenty of parking, this is a top spot. We loved our stay here.

Jun 27, 2019This condo is everything you could need for your stay in Maui! The location is prime, the condo is clean and air conditioned. From beach towels to boogie boards, there is anything you’d need for a trip to the beach! Mark was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns about our stay! We felt extra welcome in the space with some local treats, and a delicious fresh pineapple! Mahalo, Mark!

Jun 27, 2019Great unit and exactly as described and pictured. Mark was a great host, accommodating to my check in time and quick to respond with any questions that I had. Have been coming to Maui for many years and would definitely recommend Mark's condo. Close to all amenities and literally across the road from the beach yet far enough away to avoid any road noise. Even if you don't go to the beach, the complex has three on site pools and a few tennis courts. The onsite BBQs were perfect for cooking and eating "at home". There were plenty of nice extras in the unit from having a small amount of laundry soap to beach toys to a blender for making frozen drinks. Would definitely stay again if available.

Mark had everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, shower and beach towels, and any type of kitchen supplies. He left a large note with all the best suggestions for the area as well as se Hawaiian snacks and coffee! Having the laundry right there was great too. Right across the street from a great beach.
