A good place to rest before a big day. the Mtr is at 10 min walk, 7eleven 2 min walk, tramway stop is 2 min walk, supermarket 3 min walk. The area is full of restaurants (sushi, noodels, duck). You are at 15 minutes from Central and 5 of Causeway Bay. Definitely a good spot!
