Jane is excellent super host. She is kind, thoughtful (bringing tape for us to pack boxes, etc) and very responsive. We rent her van for disney drop & pick up, hakone & Mt Fuji 1 day tour, and going to the airport. She also picked us up at Tokyo Station when we arrived Tokyo. She is very generous with her time and drive us to many interesting places. Her destination choices & options are She also helped me on researching the trains line in Tokyo that can be combine with JR Pass and recommended places when we go by train on our own. The apt is a bit small for 4 adults & 2 kids. 15 mins walk to train station and 4 stops to shinjuku. Overall, her place and tour service is very recommended
