The room is located in a building 10 minutes away from the beach and only 15 min walking away from Born/Gotico and other central neighborhoods. Also, the metro station is conveniently 1 block away. The neighborhood is quiet and easy going, outside of the regular tourist paths, but still very close to everything. There is a lot of restaurant choices and coffee shops in the area.

The space is 80sq meters big, very cozy, with lots of sunlight, and some plants that make the place lively and comfortable. We are an artist couple so the space is full of our works and has a playful atmosphere.
