The Beach Cork Patio was one of my best Airbnb-experiences so far. Since we were one of the first guests of this new location run by the tpc Organisation, the price was extremely low and every item in the little house was brand new. Thy even gave us beach-towles, a volley ball a foot ball, 4 beach-ball rackets and stuff to build sand-castles... the kitchen was brand new and had every thing you need. There was a new coffe-machine, a new microwave, a oven, an induction-cooking-station and every thing else you can imagine. The guy who made the check-in with us was extremely nice and gave us many sight seeing tipps and explained us every thing we needed to know. The garden and the patio ar quite roomy so we could even play football. There is a big table in the garage to pull out for dinner outside. The bathrooms were very clean an roomy, the shower is new. There is a shop (continente) where you can buy every thing you need 850m away and a Cafe/Bar/Bistro were you can buy friesh bread and pastel de nata (must try!) just around the corner. The location is a 20min-Uberdrive away from the city-center (cost for the uber drive was around 10euro). The beach is 5min walk away and very clean and calm. The only little downside were the dogs in the neighbourhood barking the hole night... every thing else was absolutely perfect!
Jun 27, 2019Casa bien situada al lado de la playa, en una zona tranquila. Carril para bicicletas muy próximo: puedes ir hasta Porto en bicicleta. Espacio de aparcamiento en el patio para dos coches. Estancia muy agradable. Tiene ventiladores en las habitaciones. Buen equipamiento.
Jun 27, 2019Bonita casa, muy bien equipada, situada muy cerquita de la playa. Detalles como hamacas y toallas para ir a la playa y juegos para los que van con niños. La localización excelente. Vila Nova de Gaia con mas de 15 kms. de playas, con senderos de madera a lo largo de todas ellas, con un monton de chiringuitos en los que se puede comer a precios muy asequibles y con un transporte publico organizado muy bien para poder visitar Oporto, es un sitio inmejorable para pasar unas muy buenas vacaciones.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment has a perfect location if you want to visit Porto but also spend some time at the beach. It includes a parking spot which is convenient especially because Porto is a 20 minute drive away. All in all, the flat lived up to our expectations. It gets a bit loud at night sometimes because there are some noisy dogs in the neighborhood. Our host welcomed us on time and was ready to answer any questions.

Jun 27, 2019Casimiro house is very well located next to some of the nicest beaches of the area. There are restaurants and a lot of places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner and the sunset is worth it! Porto is only a few minutes away by car. The house kitchen is very well equipped and the bedroom are small but well equipped with large cupboards. Two bathrooms make it easier when 6 people have to get their shower. Bed were done and we all received two towels per person (small + big one) + beach towels. If the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the space in front of the house, private area with a table and chairs, well arranged. Very good wifi available for free. There is no heating (as in most of the house in Portugal...), so if you go when the weather may be colder, bring some warm cloths for the night. We had a good stay in this house. Thanks.

Elle est très bien équipée (nécessaire pour cuisiner, dosettes de lessive pour machine à laver, dosette pour lave vaisselle, des sèche cheveux dans chaque salle de bains, la tv, le wifi...). L'accueil et la gestion de la location sont assurés par "The Porto Concierge", société qui met tout en oeuvre pour vous sentir bien, équipe sympathique chaleureuse et disponible. Je ne manquerai pas de me rapprocher d elle lors de mon prochain séjour et ce, les yeux fermés. Merci à tous pour le partage de votre culture !
