Saim was friendly, helpful and communicative from our very first interaction. The apartment is nice and to our surprise someone came in to clean and replace the towels everyday. It's very centrally located, all the main sites are 10 minutes casually walking, which is ideal and it was easy to get there from Ataturk on the tram (one person in our party just had knee surgery so being walking distance was our no 1 priority). The neighborhood is very cute, and full of small tourist shops, corner stores and fruit/veg stands. There are two excellent affordable restaurants close by: Ortaklar and a small place just around the corner that Saim recommended (just ask). We were 4 adults staying in the apartment and it was crowded. The apartment is comprised of 2 rooms, one has the bathroom, the other has the kitchenette. It's a small space but we weren't in the apartment much, so it wasn't a big deal. I would recommend staying here!
Jun 27, 2019Saim was the greatest, he waited for us in spite of our very late flight, and he was very arranging. The apartment is nice and perfectly located, close to the main tourist spots. I recommend staying here if you need a clean, simple, complete and perfect home for a few days in Istanbul. Enjoy!

Jun 27, 2019The host made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. He can easily be contacted in case for any help getting around Istanbul. The apartment is clean, nice and quite spacious for a group of four. the location is also good as it is within walking distance to most attraction sites. However, the location of the apartment is a bit isolated and may be quite unsafe at night.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is located close to the old city. It is just 5 min walk to all interesting tourist attractions i.e. Blue mosque, Tokapi palace. Also, there are few groceries around there. The room is large and comfortable. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights. The housekeeper cleans room everyday. The toilet is clean, however, a little bit drain from shower but not matter. Host is kind and very helpful. He provided us all significant info when we arrived and provided us map and tourist guide for more information. He is also available for supporting us anytime.
Jun 27, 2019Location was close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia...perfect for walking to restaurants and close to the sea. Saim was extremely helpful and kind..he provided us with a map and recommendations, he carried our gigantic bag up the three flights of stairs! And he is always quick to reply to messages. He arranged for transportation to and from the airport...easy to find after a red eye flight! We had such a wonderful stay...we would return with pleasure!
Jun 27, 2019Saim was very helpful and friendly, he was on the phone with the taxi driver who didn't speak english to describe the way to the appartment. However the first nigth we stayed not in the appartment, but in his mini hotel (i'm not sure actually it was HIS hotel but still he made all the arrangements
Jun 27, 2019Saim is an amazing host! He went out of his way to be helpful in many ways, like providing a space for my bicycle, helping with baggage, helping me find the place. The place was a bit hard to find at first because it didn't show up on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps, but once you find it, it's actually pretty easy to get around, and the location is great! The location is mildly touristic, but you get more of a taste of the local lifestyle than even just a couple of blocks away. There's also great food nearby with good prices. My family and i really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Jun 27, 2019At Istanbul , and in this appartment was ok, clean and nice. The stairs is a bit small (in width).....for the young people without any problem. Saim was there and he provide us a map and info. Nice guy....:)

Jun 27, 2019Perfect cozy stay with a very helpful host who's is always available. It's a 10 min walk uphill to the tram. Many cute restaurants and bars around just when you get down. I would definitely recommend this space.
Jun 27, 2019Saim was great host. We got lost on our way to apartment, but Saim was helpful and picked us on place we were at. Apartment is big enough, but bed in kitchen is suitable for only one person because it's broken. It folds when you push on wrong spot. Bed in another room is excellent. It was rainy weather when we were in Istanbul and water drops from ceiling on the floor. Also, in apartment was quite wet. Close to apartment is abandoned building, which is occupied by some weirdos - squatters I think. Overall, our stay was good for the price. Around the apartment is couple of groceries, fast foods, bakeries. Bathroom is OK, we got new towels every day.
