Gràcia is a charismatic, bustling, cosmopolitan and bohemian district. The house is located 8 minutes away from the FONTANA metro stop (L3 - GREEN) and 12 minutes from the JOÀNIC (L4-YELLOW) stop, the two lines connect to the most popular areas of the city. Walking connects quickly with Passeig de Gràcia, the commercial area of the city and after 30 minutes walking you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya. Within 15 minutes you reach the famous PARC GÜELL.

From the street you access the apartment and in the hall of the house there is the room. A corridor gives access to the bathroom that is shared by another single room. At the end of the corridor there is the part of the house that the owners use and that is not in common use for the guests of the room.
