Additional rules -No smoking is allowed in all indoor areas of the building -No Waiting/Blocking of building Lobby & Entrance -Please be respect to the neighborhood, keep the voice down in the pubic area of building -Please keep the apartment clean. -Please help to empty trash bins when full to avoid cockroach -To save the environment, please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the apartment. -Please do not disturb the neighborhood and keep your voice down at night and early morning time. late check in after 21:00 and 0000, additional charge of HKD200 and HK$300 will be applied respectively as taxi fee for me or my dad to go back home -Check Out before 11:00 noon, Late check out will have fee of HKD300 charged to deposit We provide two sets of keys to guests normally. In case you need one more, kindly let me know before your arrival so that I can prepare well before :)Remember leave them all in the apartment when check out. Otherwise, it cost $200 for one set if lost ^^ **

Jun 27, 2019위치는 셩완역에서 도보 5분정도 걸리고, 트램이나 버스도 많이다녀서 이동이 편했습니다. 근처에 마트가 있고 주변의 유명 맛집들과 소호거리도 도보로 이동가능한 위치였습니다. 화장실내의 샤워부스가 작아서 좁긴하지만 크게 불편함을 느낄정도는 아니였고, 타월도 다 새거에, 침구류도 보송보송한 향기가났어요. 저희는 네명이 이용했는데 네명이 지내기 딱 적당한 정도였습니다. 호스트도 연락이 잘되는 편이고 불편함없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다.^^

Jun 27, 2019位置比较舒服,如果是偏向观光旅游,建议选择这里｡但是希望能提供一次性牙膏牙刷,因为这一点我认为非常重要｡房东能耐心解答所有问题,入住除了空调吵了点这个问题,其他都比较满意｡
Jun 27, 2019If you know Hong Kong well enough, this location is superbly sat in the middle of everything - the hipster / upscale part of central/sheung wan; to the local sai wan. Try travelling on tram, it’s a nice ride that takes you throughout the whole island side. If you’re around long enough, take a 10 minute walk to one of the best government managed swimming pools in Hong Kong, a nice swim is just 17 HKD. The flat is not too spacious - but expected in Hong Kong, yet the three rooms are properly spaced for 3-4 guests. The host is attentive and responsive. In general we had a great time here; would recommend for the location.
Jun 27, 2019GOOD location, close to metro station and ferry port. It's truely a pleasure to stay in the apartment, small but has almost every things you need. House owner is very actively response to any issue you face in the place we reaching the house. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Overall, it's prefect for a small group of 4 or 5 ppls to stay in HK.

Jun 27, 2019Good location, close to MTR and tram. Basic kitchen facilities, enough for light meal cooking. There are plenty of shops and restourantes around.
Jun 27, 2019I loved the stay in the apartment. It was well suited and great location for our family. Was a little confused on the check in process, especially we had so many bags and kids, trying to find one location for the key then the next location for the apartment, the street names look the same Bonham Strand, Bonham Strand West. We spent an hour working it out. Plus it was late and we had a very long flight from the US. Other apartments have made this process easier.
Jun 27, 2019The location is perfect for traveling. You can easily take subway to get to places for shopping and eating. One thing that we hadn't expected was that, even it located in such a hectic and crowded place, once we were in the house, we couldn't hear any noise and had really good sleep! As for the size, it's pretty okay for 7 ladies like us, maybe a little bit smaller to accommodate male guests. But it's reasonable since it's in Hong Kong. We enjoyed the stay here for one night!
Jun 27, 2019私が行った時12月5日〜は､ｴﾝﾄﾗﾝｽの内装と外装工事をやっていて､部屋の窓のすぐ外を職人さんが通るのでｶｰﾃﾝは閉めっぱなし､ｴﾝﾄﾗﾝｽは密室でｺﾝｸﾘｰﾄを電動ﾉｺｷﾞﾘで切ったりしているので物凄く埃っぽく子どもたちを連れて行くのはかなり躊躇われました｡ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰはすぐ閉まるので気をつけて下さい｡ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝの際の鍵の場所は､物件から少し離れていてｷｰﾎﾞｯｸｽを見つけるまで時間がかかりました｡ 電子ﾚﾝｼﾞはありません｡ｼｬﾜｰﾙｰﾑと洗面所は黴汚れがあります｡そして窓の目隠しがないので､ｼｬﾜｰ前後の裸が外から見える感じでした｡ｺﾞﾐは毎日外に出すと回収してくれて快適でした｡ MTRもｾﾝﾄﾗﾙ乗り換えが必須であまり便利ではないかな｡ 周りは乾物の卸売屋さんが多くて匂いがしますが､香港ぽくて楽しいです｡公園も近いし､公営ﾌﾟｰﾙも近いです｡あと､ｽﾀﾊﾞの方に歩いていくと､朝飲茶の美味しいお店に徒歩4分くらいで行けます｡夜ご飯も近くのﾌｰﾄﾞｺｰﾄがｲﾝﾄﾞｶﾚｰとかｲﾀﾘｱﾝとかあってｵｽｽﾒです｡ 路面電車は乗り場がすぐです｡それと､ﾀｸｼｰも大通りに出ればすぐ捕まります｡

Jun 27, 2019Pleasantly decorated bedrooms and living room. Small but adequate for a short stay. We loved having the common space to be able to have breakfast, sit around and unwind in front of the TV. The bathroom needs major cleaning and updating. Water pressure in shower is low when temperature is turned up. Kitchen equipment/utensils is basic. Location is excellent and very convenient.
Jun 27, 2019Good place, comfortable and has everything you need. Any more than seven people would be a push as it is small. If you’re staying during winter the apartment can get fairly cold at times and it was difficult to get towels to dry. The location is excellent.

Jun 27, 2019位置不错,按照导航走,大概5~6分钟能到｡房间在香港已算豪宅,还有客厅｡其他功能一应俱全,不错的一次居住｡就是有间房门锁稍微有点问题,会自动反锁｡差点就要破门而入了,幸好房东及时回复有钥匙,也是一点小插曲｡

Jun 27, 2019本以为会很破,比预期好,虽然很小很好的利用了房子的每一个空间,家具和用品包括餐具杯子都是宜家的,地铁出来只能从房东提供的那个出口才好找,不然真的不好找,一家六口人住这样的套房算是划算的,也有家的感觉,附近有超市,去香港大学和太平山都很近,出门不到10分钟就能坐巴士和丁丁车,除了不提供拖鞋这件事以外别的都还不错的
