My friend and I were happy this place was instant book. We booked it the night before and it fit our needs. We were given a nice tour upon arrival. There was plenty of pamphlets with info on things to do in Barcelona. Here my friend and I found a bike tour we would not have found otherwise--the bike tour was the highlight of our trip! Wifi worked best in the living room--not very well on our own room. The kitchen area was nice. We didn't use much because we only stayed one night. Other people are staying here too so it was a little loud but not too bad. Our bed was comfortable. The people running the place live right downstairs if you have questions, so that is great. Thank you for a great place to stay in Barcelona for a night!

Jun 27, 2019It was a rather cold welcome from Moniques cousin. She explained everything to us, however in a manner that was not quite welcoming, but neither unfriendly. At the end of our stay we asked if we could leave our baggage there, because we were departing in the evening, and that was no problem, which was nice. The neighborhood is fine - things are not quite in a walking distance (for example to the Ramblas it is about 1 1/2 km), but you can reach everthing with the subway. The station Poble Sec is around the corner, a bit less than 5 minutes walking. The room itself was OK, it was spacious and bright, but there were also some defects. For example there are no wardrobe and no beside tables. So in the few days we were there all our clothes that we unpacked (we travelled with backpackes) laid either on the bed or on the makeshift "wardrobe" (which is more or less a hallstand with a little place where the extra blanket was). Really a problem to fix. Minor problem: I had my difficulties to lock up the door. About the other rooms: the bathrooms were rather dirty, the shower, as well as the water-tap and the mirror. The size of the bathrooms is nice and also there is no problem getting along with the other guests because there are two. Kitchen: we didn't use it very much, but it was fine, everything there you needed. The apartment as a whole was OK, but nothing more and for me not worth the price, sorry.

Jun 27, 2019As this is our first time in Barcelona, we were very worried about our stay. We contacted Monique and Monique told us that her brother, ignor provided shuttle services from airport to the house for 25 euros. ignor fetch us from the airport and as it was only 9 plus am(which is too early to check in), he brought us to a neighborhood cafe. He treated us for breakfast and we really appreciate it. Ignor warned us about the pickpockets and told us about the places of interests, entertainment outlets and our surroundings. He make us feel very comfortable in Barcelona . He has been a great help. As for the room, it was fine. Simple and perfectly good enough for travelers to stay in. The train station was about 15 mins away. The neighborhood was pretty safe. I would recommend for travelers to stay here .

La habitación un lujo y la ubicación de la casa de 10: Nos permite estar en pleno centro de BCN y llegar a cualquier sitio caminando o en metro, pues la boca más próxima de metro está a 50 metros de la casa. Una zona súper tranquila y con muchos servicios de tiendas, restaurantes y demás. Los anfitriones encantadores y todo en la casa muy ordenado y limpio. Recomendable cien por cien. Mucha privacidad.

Jun 27, 2019Positiva esperienza, abbiamo soggiornato per 1 notte, ospiti di Monique. Camera in ordine, pulita e come da fotografia. La camera è parte di un appartamento di 4 stanze con 2 bagni condivisi. In zona tranquilla, comoda per i mezzi, la metropolitana più vicina è a 300 metri circa e permette di raggiungere la zona turistica in un attimo. Gentilissima la proprietaria e sua cugina Natalia. Consigliatissimo.

We didn't run into the host very much but we know we could contact her if we needed too. It's really just a bed and honestly it was all we needed because we were never in the room.

Jun 27, 2019Very good neighbourhood with good infrastructures and transport network, also great if you don't mind walking some lengths. A nice transition from Barcelona's busy downtown. Natalie was very welcoming and kind. However, the house is extremely dusty and you're going to have a hard time sleeping if you're allergic to dust. Plus, I never saw or met the airbnb hosts. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you want to save but it is disappointing to see that the "SUPREME DOUBLE ROOM" turned out to be an allergic nightmare.

Apartment is in the middle of the city with excellent connection with most important places in BC. One problem which we had was internet connection. It was not working properly.

Jun 27, 2019It was a pleasure staying in monique apartment tho i never met her because she's working on my arrival day. I was welcoming by her roommates natalie. She was nice. The apartment was exactly the same as the real room. The nearest metro station (poble sec) can be reach within approximately 10 minutes walking and within 2 or 3 stop you will be arrived at placa de catalunya. The area was quiet and also there is a 24hrs mini market nearby. I recommend this place for you who wants to visit barcelona. Ciaoo :)

Jun 27, 2019We told the host we the time we would arrive, which is before the check-in time and she said it was fine and we can go straight to the apartment and there will be someone waiting to get us in. We arrived by the time we told the host but there's nobody home, we have to wait about 20 mins until her niece came, without saying a single word about her being so late, and of course no sorry at all. The room is quite okay but there's not enough space to put all of our stuffs, we ended up placing our clothes on the floor and on a chair since there's only one table and one chair without closet. I don't know if the wall of the room is so thin or what. I stayed with a friend and we talked in a totally normal level of loudness, then Natalie (the host's niece) came and said we were talking so loud!? the location is not too good but also not too bad.

Jun 27, 2019I arrived at the apartment to a warm welcome and was shown round by Natalie. The apartment was in an amazing location, situated right next to the metro and walking distance from the plaça catalunya and drassanes. I went to sonar festival and the location was perfect to get to walk to the day, and get the metro/train at night. Did not meet Monique but met Igor and Natalie who were both incredibly humble people who were always there to help (and spoke perfect english). Room was as shown in the pictures and perfect as i didnt really spend much time there apart from sleeping. Apartment was next to a busy road although not directly situated ON the road meaning it was quiet at night. Overall my stay was excellent and I will definitely be coming back and staying next year for sonar or monegras.
Jun 27, 2019We were greeted by their cousin Natalie and she was friendly and accommodating. The apartment is about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and only a 10 to 15-minute walk away from Placa Espanya (where the aerobus from the airport stops, and where a shopping mall and the Magic Fountain is located), so it was quite well located. There were 2 toilets in the apartment so it was very convenient despite there being other guests staying in the apartment as well. We were there during the heat wave so it was extremely warm, but thankfully there was a fan in the room which helped a little!

Jun 27, 2019Although, Monique and Igor were not at the apartment and I didn't see them, their friend Natalie was helpful and welcoming. The apartment was ok and the room and the bathrooms were clean. I did share a balcony with another room and my balcony door could be opened even from the outside, easily, so I wasn't sure about leaving my money in the room. However, the overall experience was good.

Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful three night stay at Igor's and Monique's place. We were welcomed warmly by Natalie. The apartment is very close located to a Metro station and is surrounded by cute bars and restaurants. The view is lovely. The flat is in the third floor and luckily they have an elevator (which is not common). The two bathrooms were clean, and so was the big kitchen. We will be back - thank you for everything.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement correspond bien à l'annonce, l’accueil par Natalie était chaleureux. Il est possible de se poser dans le séjour, utiliser la vaisselle, le frigo. Point négatif en revanche sur la connexion internet un peu capricieuse. Je ne sais pas si cela était passager ?

Les photos ne correspondent plus à 100% (j'en ai prise sur place) Chambre : petite, pas de place prévue pour mettre son linge, le lit n'est pas très confortable (les ressorts font mal au dos), pas de Wi-Fi, 2 malheureuses chaines de télévision, fils de la TV qui pendent du mur, mur sale, tapis de sol sale, oreillers qui sentent mauvais, serviettes rêches et malodorantes . Ventilateur capricieux, ne fonctionne que par intermittence. Lorsque l'on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit... Terrasse communique avec la chambre d'à côté, difficile donc de la laisser ouverte en journée. Salles de bain : les diffuseurs multi-jets des 2 salles de bain sont plein de calcaire, le fil de douche rouille, tapis de sol sale, sol d'une des 2 douches sale, W-C peu nettoyés et pas très propres. une des 2 cabines de douche est trop petite et la paroi vitrée de la seconde douche n'a pas été nettoyé une seule fois en 8 jours, chasse d'eau d'un des 2 W-C met 8 minutes à se remplir (pas très pratique) Cuisine : essuies sales, vaisselle de la "cousine" qui n'est faite que le lendemain de l'utilisation (24 heures après), frigo pas propre. Il manque une table pour pouvoir manger à son aise. Salon : canapé plein de taches, le mur n'est pas celui de la photo car il est tout blanc, coussins sales, TV multi-chaînes. Balcon arrière : petit, il y a une machine à laver et le linge personnel de "la cousine" qui sèche toute la journée, donc pour le petit déjeuner en terrasse c'est raté. Toit aménagé : dégueulasse, vieux frigo, bbq, vieux sofas de plage et autres qui traînent. L'endroit ne donne pas envie de s'y attarder. Situation : quartier vraiment sympa et situation géographique intéressante pour visiter la ville. Divers : on sonne à toute heure pour les arrivées, ce qui est normal... mais la cousine n'entend pas cela à cause de sa musique ou du fait qu'elle dort et l'insistance de la sonnette devient dès lors embêtant. "La cousine " (désolé, j'ai oublié son prénom) est sympa et donne des conseils touristiques si nécessaire. Le commentaire est chargé et négatif mais je l'estime sincère . C'était ma première expérience en Bnb et je crains que ce sera la dernière. J'estime que cela ne vaut absolument pas son prix et je regrette de ne pas avoir réserver un hôtel car la différence de prix n'est pas si énorme. Bref, je regrette cette malheureuse expérience et c'est moche lorsque l'on s'offre une semaine. Je regrette mais je ne recommande vraiment pas l'endroit.

Jun 27, 2019I needed a room at short notice and Monique and Igor's place was able to fit me in. The room was exactly like in the photos. The room was one of a number of rooms in two apartments that Monique and Igor don't live in and rent for Air BnB, so the experience wasn't the most friendly or personal. Natalie, who runs the rooms for Monique and Igor was lovely though. She also let me leave my bag after I had checked out for a couple of hours so I didn't have to carry it around with me. The location was pretty good, but I could have done better for a similar price had I not been looking around at the last minute and for only one night.

We had a really good time also with the other people staying there. Everything you need, kitchen, balcony, 2 bathrooms, living room, so it was enough space for everyone. Jun 27, 2019Muy buena experiencia el quedarme en este lugar, me dejaron claro todo dese un inicio, no pude ver a los anfitriones porque no coincidimos con los tiempos pero la verdad recomiendo mucho este lugar limpio, el cuarto muy cómodo y amplio, a 15 minutos caminando de las ramblas y muy cerca de restaurantes muy buenos. Lo recomiendo mucho. Saludos!

Jun 27, 2019I've had a good time staying at Monique&Igor, the place is clean, shared bathroom, but this was not a problem, quiet, near Placa Espanya which is a great place to spend your evenings because of the shows that are held at Magic Fountain. I recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Monique and Natalie are great hosts, friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy as the pictures show. The flat is located within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a heater in the room in case of a cold. I recommend! =)
Jun 27, 2019Had a amazing time in Barcalona the weather was perfect for me during the day a little chilly at night but not too bad.Meet Monique briefly she came across a lovely girl her cousin wasn't well loaded with the cold while I was there.the apartment was fine for me had everything you need was only sleeping as I was out most off the day and night the area was just 10 minutes to the Rambles on the metro.Love the Gotic area .

Jun 27, 2019I would recommend this flat to everyone, walking distance from the centre and many attractions, only 7 min walk from Magic Fountain (with music and light entertainment in the evenings, ''must see'' when visiting Barcelona), easy to access by metro. Only 25-30 bus drive to airport (bus 46 or Aerobus). Natalie was very welcoming and helpful (she also lives in the apartment, which is convenient). My room was very spacious with TV and balcony. Access to roof terrace for anyone residing in the flat.

The room was as pictures and very neat although the door lock to my room didn't work all of the time and concerned me since it was a multi-group Airbnb with me just renting a private room. The place has a washing machine; however, the host asked for 5 euro to use it. Overall it was a positive stay

Jun 27, 2019The place was easily reached from the airport. Room was exactly as on the picture, very comfortable and spacious. Hosts replied to my calls promptly. No fight for the bathroom or toilet was needed, although shared, there were 2 of them. Shared kitchen looked promising for a longer stay, although I didn't have the chance to use for my stay was very short.

Jun 27, 2019I had a positive experience at this apartment. Monique and Igor's friend was there to meet me when I arrived at 10:30 pm (my plane had been delayed). She handed me the keys and left, trusting me to enjoy the apartment by myself! The bathrooms, kitchen, and TV area were shared with guests in other rooms, so it felt more like a guesthouse than an apartment. Nevertheless, I had no problems with my stay. I could tell my room was a little bit "used," but the bed was clean and comfy, which is what mattered. For the price, it's much better than staying in a hostel. Thank you so much!

Jun 27, 2019Monique was away when I arrived but her cousin Natalie was there to meet me when I arrived. The flat was super clean with 2 bathrooms and 4 rooms. The neighbourhood was very central and one block away from a metro station. I walked easily to la Rambla and was able to access all parts of the city easily from the metro. I would definitely recommend this apartment to visitors of Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019I don't recommand this room! Nobidy was here to welcome you at the expected time of my arrival. Finaly, the cousin of the host arrived and made me enter the appartment. She could not speak a word of English and did not explain me anything of the flat and the city. When I entered the room sheets where durty with stains and hairs everywhere and it was so bad I had to open the cupboard to find clean ones and do my bed myself... the host does not live in this appartment... The toilets were broken and the bathroom durty! They just rent the 4 rooms available to make money. That is definitely not what I expected from the airbnb experience... I was disapointed...

Jun 27, 2019I was greeted by Nathalie (Monique relative) she was nice for meeting me late upon my arrival to hand the keys to me. The listing was as described, room was spacious but bit old furniture, but the glass window had a part that doesn’t have a lock, and it was cold one of the nights during my stay and was concerned if anyone can open from outside the balcony. Room was value for money, was away all day and just wanted a place to sleep. Bathrooms were ok. Couldn't find a kettle to boil water at kitchen. Wanted to leave my luggage till I travel at night and I was not allowed, had to run to Sants station to keep the baggage. Neighborhood was just perfect, close to alot of buses and Poble Sec station.

Communication with Monique was easy and check-in and check-out very easy. Apartment is clean and well equipped. We would recommend this place.

Jun 27, 2019Pokoj vypadal ve skutečnosti jako na obrázku. Byly zde dvě koupelny a základně vybavená kuchyně k využití. Byt se nacházel na dobrém místě, kousek od stanice metra. V okolí byla spousta obchodů, supermarketů, restaurací a dokonce jedno velké obchodní centrum. Všechny památky byly v dostupnosti do 15 minut metrem. 20 minut pěší chůzí byl park Montjuice s lanovkou a úžasným výhledem na celou Barcelonu.
Jun 27, 2019My boyfriend and I had a great experience! We would highly recommend staying here. The location is very central and easy to walk or take public transportation. There are many great shops and fresh produce markets near by. The room was clean and quite spacious.

Jun 27, 2019Eine Freundin und ich haben ein Zimmer bei Natalie gemietet. Am Flughafen haben wir ihr geschrieben, dass wir später kommen und sie hat freundlicherweise auf uns gewartet. Als wir das Zimmer betraten ist die Freude aus unseren Gesichtern geglitten. Leider war nicht gesaugt oder geputzt. Unter dem Bett waren Wollmäuse, auf dem Bett Haare und auf dem Nachtisch eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Fenster waren nicht ganz dicht und es hat sehr gezogen. Die Matratze war schon komplett ausgelegen, wir haben jede einzelne Sprungfeder spüren können. Die Küche war sehr dreckig. Jeden Morgen haben wir daher vorsichtshalber, vor Gebrauch, das Geschirr nochmal gespült. Auch der Herd, Backofen und der Kühlschrank haben schon lange keine Putzmittel mehr gesehen. Wir haben einen Staubsauger gesucht, jedoch keinen gefunden. Die Badezimmer waren schimmelig und waren auch nicht geputzt. Es war unschön sich auf die Toiletten zu setzen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung, daher nur aufgehalten, wenn es nötig war. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse entsprechenden leider nicht den Bildern. Wir hatten auch nie bis selten Natalie fragen zu stellen da sie nie da war oder noch geschlafen hat. Die Location war ansonsten aber gut und man konnte durch mehr oder weniger kurzen Spaziergängen alles gut erreichen. Die Metro war auch sehr nah.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is well located, right next to Poble sec metro. On our arrival, the hosts cousin welcomed us on time and had no issues. The amenities were however poorly maintained. Also the window in the room was broken so all the sound from outside was unavoidable, incl the party goers at 3 am.

Jun 27, 2019I was greeted by the beautiful Natalie who showed me the ropes (keys, layout of the place, etc.), and it was smooth sailing from then on out. Monique and Igor provide a great, cozy little room in a clean, modern, and quiet apartment. This was the first time I rented a room only and was a bit apprehensive about any noise from the other lodgers, but the place was quiet and relaxing at all times of day and night. The apartment is located in downtown Barcelona--it would be difficult to find a more central location--and is near all the tourist and practical amenities (e.g. stores) one could ever want. A great experience!
Jun 27, 2019Wir wurden trotz später Stunde sehr nett Willkommen geheißen!! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und zur Metro sind es drei Minuten zu Fuß. Bäckereien und Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe und wenn man zum la Ramblas laufen möchte, ist man in 15 min hingelaufen. Also wir kommen gerne wieder!!
Jun 27, 2019El departamento está muy bien ubicado, la habitación es como en la foto, tiene luz natural y un balcón a la calle. No conocimos a Monique pero nos recibió su prima Natalie quien nos enseñó el lugar. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en día del check out para volver por ellas más tarde porque el tren salía a las 6pm. Él check out es a las 10 y se nos hizo tarde, tuvimos que apurarnos pero no hubo mayor problema. Todo estuvo muy bien solo que se percibía un ligero olor a humedad en la habitación pero no en el resto de la casa.

Esto sólo sucedió por la tarde ya que por la noche todo estuvo en calma. La casa es preciosa, con mucha luz y muy limpia. La habitación muy cómoda al igual que la cama. Volveré pero no dormiré siesta :P

Jun 27, 2019The room was the right size, with a queen size bed. Tge room has a small balcony with a view to the main street. The location is fantastix, just 10 minutes from Plaza de Espania, steps away from the bus and Metro stations. The fantastic Barcelonita beach is just 30 minutes away by bus, and so is Sagrada Familia. There is a common living room, kitchen with fridge and stove, and a larger balcony available. A bit too crowded with guests becauae there are 5 rooms for rent i the apartment, but all young couples.

Location is excellent. 10 mins walking distance to Magic fountain metro station for L3 is 5 mins away. It's perfect for city tour. Her cousin waited for us and gave us instructions on house roles. In general recommendations for this place.

Only their cousin Natalie who was unhelpful and unwelcoming specially after I refused to buy the beach towels she was trying to sell me that her mom brought from Brazil. I'm glad I only reserved the place for one night. Even though my room was not ready till 3 PM, checkout was at 10 AM next morning, somehow the wireless stopped working exactly at 10 AM which made my (Hidden by Airbnb) map search route harder. After this Airbnb experience, I've decided I would rather pay higher rate and stay in a hotel.

Hosts were not there but people who were living there showed us around and explained how to get to the beach and city centre. Room was cosy. Bed could be a little bit softer but overall experience was great. I would recommend this flat to people who looking for tight budget stay in Barcelona. It is both walking distance to magic fountain or 20min metro to the beach, if fancy 50min walking distance to city centre.

El lugar estaba limpio y tiene una ubicación formidable, muy cerca a los sitios turísticos, con estaciones de metro y buses muy cerca. El apartamento tiene dos baños con ducha y están muy bien.

Jun 27, 2019I stay in Monique and Igor's house for two days with a friend and I found the house location really comfortable, it has near a bus stop and underground station, like in 10 minutes you can arrive in the Main Streets. We had a really good time!! About Igor and Monique we've never meet them! We wanted to see as much as possible so we stay at home just to sleep! About the cleaning I would give them 3 above 5 but I think that for 37€ per night it was a really good room! I would suggest you to book a room from them!

La rue est un peu bruyante le soir, et la connexion internet n'était pas accessible dans la chambre, mais uniquement dans le salon. El apartamento contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una estancia agradable y en cuanto a la comunicacion para cualquier problema ha sido genial en todo momento.

В доме есть лифт, комната находится на 4 этаже, два санузла в распоряжении, общая кухня. Цена приятно удивила. Всем рекомендуем остановиться тут!

Jun 27, 2019Monique was quick to reply to questions/messages and although I didn't meet her, she arranged for her friend to meet me on the day I arrived. The apartment was nice and clean, including the two shared bathrooms and the kitchen. My bedroom was large and it was nice to be able to open the balcony doors in the evening for a breeze. During my stay, the other guests were quiet - no problems at all. I was in Barcelona for a conference at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, which is an easy commute on the Metro line 3 from the apartment. The apartment is also close to the bus stop for the no. 46 bus from the airport. I'd recommend this apartment for anyone who wants reasonably priced accommodation in Barcelona.

Jul 27, 2019This is NOT staying in someone's home. This is run like a 4 bedroom hostel. Very badly run down. Although it had everything you needed for a very basic stay make No mistake that this is a private hostel run under the ABnB banner. We never met the hosts, and we were given a 2 minute introduction to the room. I.e. Keys and location of bathrooms etc. from there we had to wing everything. Not the experience we expected as we are traveling Europe and have used ABnB many times with great experiences. But this was the worst we have experienced. The Brazilian girl looking after the rooms was great but the apartment was not worth the amount asked for. Had it been advertised as a hostel then we would be aware of where we were booking but this was not it.

Jun 27, 2019Wir hatten einen freundlichen Empfang als wir anreisten. Wir hatten ein Surpreme Doppelzimmer direkt am Balkon. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nachts war es sehr heiß, aber das lag daran, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt und sich die Hitze staut. Die Lage ist absolut prima und man ist schnell an der Placa Espana. Auch ist der Stand nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit
Jun 27, 2019Round the corner from the metro which opens up the city to explore, and a 20 min walk to la rambla, some restaurants and bars round the corner, 20-30 minutes on metro to beach. Means we got to see a lot of Barcelona, offers great value for money and a great base to explore. Girl who helped us check-in was so nice and friendly:) overall very happy:)

Jun 27, 2019The only good thing is the location. The hosts are far away from hospitality. There is no personal attitude at all.The property is looked like low cost hostel. According to me it is not AirBnb style. If the host would leak to be part of shared economic, it will be better to share good and hospitality attitudes first then the apartment in this case.

The bathrooms are shared, so are sometimes occupied and unclean. The bed is very uncomfortable. The linens in the room did not feel clean. Overall, the stay is okay if you are not spending much time in the place. If you are looking for a more comfortable stay, look elsewhere. The hosts do not live there and are not available for any suggestions or recommendations.

There is also a terrace above with sun loungers if you would like to sunbathe. Busy area and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Jun 27, 2019Enjoyed our stay at Monique and Igor's place. Very close to the nearest Metro for access to town, or a 30/40 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter. Lots of little restaurants, bars and cafes are well within walking distance if town is too far . Two bathrooms are shared between four rooms, but we never had an issue finding a free one.

Jun 27, 2019We never met Monique but she responded to e-mails promptly. Felipe and his girlfriend were VERY nice and answered all my questions and offered great suggestions to make our stay better. The apartment is very well located close to the metro and bus stops that take you all over town. The room was ok but very hot even with the balcony door open. For people coming from the US and used to air conditioning, this can be a problem. There is a fan in the room but it was small. Also, the bed was very hard. Overall it was a good experience and rated it a 4 because of the two things mentioned before. For younger people these may not be an issue and like I said it is very well located.
Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay at while in Barcelona. It was clean and roomy and it's also in a great location. You can walk or take public transportation to anywhere. Deapite being central, it gets quite at night. It is also easy to get to and from the airport, there are bus stops only a few blocks away. You will find many restaurants and markets in the area to get whatever you need. I would highly recommend staying here to visit this amazing city!

Jun 27, 2019일단 사진이랑 내부는 똑같고, 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 주인은 같이 있던날도 있고 아닌 날도 있었고요. 위치가 스페인광장이랑 가까워서 공항이나 시내 다니기에도 좋았어요. 주변 치안도 괜찮은 편이었었어서 저는 추천합니다. The room condition was quite same with those photo and bathrooms were very cleaned. I have willing to use this house again in the next time.

Jun 27, 2019The location is wonderful for those who love walking! Only a 20 walk from the train station and a 30 minute walk to the cruise ports. The balcony was an excellent surprise as well! Only cons would be that the bed was a little tough to sleep on (but I must admit I love a super soft mattress) and the water pot wasn't the nicest on the inside. This didn't matter though as you a literally minutes from some of the best small coffee and tea shops I've been too. It's was an absolute pleasure and when I come back, i hope I would be able to stay here!

Jun 27, 2019This place is just perfect. Close to metro station in Plaça d’Espanya and Sants’ train station. The host was very friendly and approachable, always answering my queries in a short period of time. Will definitely try to stay there if I happen to go back to Barcelona in the future.

Jun 27, 2019Great location, steps from the Metro. Very walkable neighborhood. Having an elevator was a nice touch. For a shared apt it was as expected. Overall great value for the price.
Jun 27, 2019The WiFi stayed connected for maybe 20 seconds max at a time. I would go into settings, have to reconnect the WiFi, and by the time I pulled (Hidden by Airbnb) back up the WiFi wasn’t connected anymore. The bed was also very hard. Besides these two things, I would 100/10 recommend. It was clean, quiet, and a great first Airbnb for me to stay in.

Jun 27, 2019It a nice place. The location is good. The neighborhood is safe and there are a lot of cheap cafes and supermarkets. The metro is pretty close to the apartment. The room is nice and clean. There are 2 bathrooms, but you have to know that the apartmen has 5 rooms, and 4 of them are for Arnbnb guests. Despite of that, the price is really good. I had only 1 problem, the window in the room is very old, and it has some damages. There was a windy night, and the door and the window were opening.

Jun 27, 2019Worked for a quick stay, was a bit cold tho. Marlon was helpful. The room was clean. Couldn’t really use the balcony as there was laundry drying out there. Minimal noise besides some cars. They were accommodating with letting us stay in the common areas and leaving our luggage a bit later after check out.

Llamé al anfitrión para que la arreglase o la apañase con un candado y 2 hembrillas y, a pesar de que me prometió que lo iba a hacer simplemente me ignoró. Supongo que no salía rentable atender a un huésped que sólo está 2 noches. Lo que no sé es cómo el resto de huéspedes de esa habitación tragan, uno tras otro. Por supuesto, olvida la factura... es mucho mejor defraudar a Hacienda y a todo el país. Me había quedado antes, pero no vuelvo. No me gusta que me tomen por imbécil.

Jun 27, 2019Monique and Igor's place was in a great location, just 2 mins from the Metro station. It was a great value for the price. Check in and check out were easy and Monique was very communicative. Only downside was the room smelled liked cigarette smoke our whole visit. We had to open the balcony door to air it out. I have sensitive skin and allergies so I was sneezing the whole time and broke out in a couple rashes.

Jun 27, 2019The room, linen and towels provided were clean however the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. The bedroom smelt of smoke even though it is listed as a non-smoking room. The biggest issue was that the door of the bedroom does not lock and as this is a room in an apartment with other people renting other rooms- we were not comfortable with this and think that it should be communicated to guests before.

Jun 27, 2019Nice and decent apartment. This place had everything you needed, especially with communication with the host. He was very friendly and will provide anything needed. This place had a rooftop and had a great view of the streets and other buildings. It had a very rustic view and is a 30 minute walk to the gothic center. I’m glad I was able to spend a few nights at Monique and Igor’s house.

Contact with other guests was a pleasure, we hung out at the rooftop terrace, which is a great plus. Interior is a little more worn than on the pictures, but all in an OK condition so that is nothing I care about too much. I'd recommend it. Thanks so much!

Jun 27, 2019The locations is great!!! It is easy to walk everywhere and transportation is just right there. You can find multiple restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies around the corner. I suggest to stay here. My room was comfortable and with a very nice view.

Jun 27, 2019Cringe guy who lives there generally! Bed is so uncomfortable, hardly possible to sleep. There is no AC, the heat is hardly bearable in summer and the manual ventilator is broke so incredibly loud so you can’t keep it on at night.
