This apartment offers 2 double rooms and a private bathroom for guests. I share my home with my guests, this is not a full apartment reservation. The kitchen, equipped with all necessary gears and utensils, features a nice open plan on which to enjoy a drink or a dinner. The apartment has heating system in all rooms as well as air conditioning in the living room but bedrooms have only fans. This central 75m2 apartment is strategically located near Ramblas and the port of Barcelona. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant with many bars, restaurants and many opportunities to enjoy the city. A unique place to be for a fantastic Barcelona experience, surrounded by everything you need to know, visit and taste.

El Raval offers a central location within walking distance of many of the other popular areas—such as the Gothic Quarter and Eixample—and many of the city's main attractions.

You have all flexibility to move in the apartment, you can use the balcony for smoking and enjoy just the vibe over the street. If you feel like a home-cooked meal, the gorgeous remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and gadgets. The living room area enjoys the rustic original ceilings and patterned tiles that give the property its cozy feeling. We offer you the following: - High speed Wifi at 300Mb/s; ⁃ The new modern kitchen has all brand new appliances such as fridge; oven, cooker, kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, pans and more; ⁃ Hair dryer; ⁃ Fresh towels. Please note that the apartment faces the street in Raval quarter and it is very close to Las Ramblas. It is a very lively street, day and night. The rooms have double glazed windows, so you can barely hear noise at night time.

Rules

My apartment has 2 rooms for guests that accommodate up to 4 people. The base price is for one of either room. The 3rd and 4th guest have an additional charge, this is automatically reflected when you chose the number of guests in your reservation. You can book the 2 rooms if you'd like just by selecting the number of guests to 3 otherwise you will be booking one room only, either the double bed with balcony or the double room with window. I share my home with my guests, this is not a full apartment reservation.
