Manuel was very friendly & help. The apartment was very cosy, clean and quite centrally located. Fully equipped with with all the resources & supermarkets close by. Our only issue was the main bedroom did not have curtains, Manuel did attempt to put these up but never managed to, other then that it was all good. It was only 15 minutes walk from the rambalas. Very close to the national museum & a shopping mall. Transport links very close, with metro station on doorstep. Ideal place for a comfortable stay & to explore the Barcelona. Would stay again.
Jun 27, 2019Perfectly located, equiped and outstanding clean apartement. Never thought it would be exactly as shown and described in the anouncement. We (3 girls, 1 guy, 22 - 27 years, from Austria) had 3 very nice days at Manuel´s place. The fact, that it´s a 15 min walk to La Rambla is soon forgotten, cause the metro stops right in front of the flat. And we were able to buy the only things that were missing in the flat (toilet paper and dishwasher liquid) next door....
Jun 27, 2019Manuel was a great host. Very flexible and easy to work with. The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures, very clean and perfect for our trip (4 people). The neighborhood was very nice with many shops, markets and bakeries. Not right in the middle of the action as to be too loud and busy, but just close enough to walk to most of the good sights. If you don't feel like walking the metro is literally steps form the apartment with access to all of Barcelona in minutes. Very nice place that I would return to for my next visit.

Multitude de commerces à proximité. Point important: état de propreté impeccable, couvertures douces et sentant bon la lessive! Nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
Jun 27, 2019We had a nice stay at the apartment. Everything was just as in the pictures. Everything worked, it was clean. Although the place is close to Gran Via it was quiet enough for us to sleep at night/early morning. Manuel was a friendly and service minded host. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed a lot our stay in Manuel's appartment. It is very well located, in the center of Barcelona, very close to Rocafort metro station (line 1, directly related to the Plaza Cataluña) so perfectly located to discover the city. The appartment was very clean and well-equipped (wifi, fitted kitchen, bedrooms etc). Finally, Manuel welcomed us warmly and took care of stay in Barcelona. We strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to spend several days in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, bien decorada, de techos altos y abovedados. Muy bonita y perfectamente situada, en metro y andando. Buenos colchones y almohadas. Manuel nos ayudó con todo y nos dió buenos consejos sobre restaurantes y ocio en la ciudad.
Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately we did not end up meeting Manuel but he arranged for another lady, Ingrid to welcome us and show us the apartment. Ingrid was very helpful, friendly and obliging - helping us with car parking and going out of her way to help us settle in. She provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was as pictured, well located and clean. We were very happy with our choice. Garry and family.
Jun 27, 2019Appartment was almost as pictured. But you should keep in mind that the rooms (2 bedrooms and living-room) are not real rooms. Looks like it was 1 big room and they made some separation walls - those walls have a gap to the ceiling about 1 meter. So no real privacy. And actually very noisy from the street (how it comes noone mention it before me?). I used earplugs - so much noise. This was the first time (of about 10 time renting via airbnb) I didn't enjoy communicating with the host. Manuel asked for 35 euro (in cash) for late check-in. I think that it's normal practice, but it should be in the home rules! Otherwise it's not nice. And Manuel was out of town (since the day after we ariived) and can't (or did't want to) help us with the appartment (no soap and no wash liquid). He just answered in the end of the day "sorry I'm out of town". I think that if host is out of town - he should be able to arrange some people to help guests while he can't do it by himself.
Jun 27, 2019My sister and her adult daughter and I shared this suite in wonderful Barcelona for one week in November. Manuel arrived at our pre-arranged time to give us the keys and explain a few details, such as how to operate the wifi. He was very welcoming and told us a bit about Barcelona. The apartment felt safe - there were 3 locked doors to get in. We enjoy walking and felt safe walking in this neighbourhood. There are many interesting places to visit within walking distance, such as the Eixample area, La Rambla, and the National Art Museum. However if you are not a walker, cabs are easy to hail - cabs with a green light indicate they are available for hire. The suite is represented accurately in the photos. The supply of linens and towels was ample. The apartment is near a busy road which generates traffic noise at night - this may disturb light sleepers. Our first night was a Saturday night which might be a noisier night or we may have been suffering from jet-lag, but our sleep was disrupted. The rest of the week I slept well. The bathroom is an ensuite off the master bedroom. Because we are family we were okay with this arrangement, but some people may feel uncomfortable passing through a room with sleeping people to use the toilet in the night. There are loads of nearby shops to pick up groceries and other supplies such as hand soap, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Overall, the apartment was clean and it suited our needs well. I would stay again if I visit Barcelona again.
Jun 27, 2019Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. El barrio perfecto cerquita de mi familia y al lado de una boca de metro hemos tenido una estancia perfecta. El piso es tal como se ve en las fotos pero en realidad no tiene tanta luz.
Jun 27, 2019At the check-in there was a girl welcoming us on time, at the entrance of the building. Our stay was comfortable, the flat is very well connected as the tube station is under the building. The flat was clean and fully equipped so we didn't have any problem. A garage for the car parking was 5' on foot and it was convenient. the location is central that's why it's a bit noisy, being on one of the main Streets leading to the centretown. round the corner there's a nice coffee shop called 'fish and chips' where you can have lovely breakfast. A pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019Good welcome, from Lucia, with useful advises ant tips about the city, tapas restaurant, etc. The house is very well cleaned and equipped, but the actual strength point is the transport connection: 10 mt to the metro, 100m to the stop of the autobus to the Airport, 100m to the citybus. The district is elegant and some brand new tapas restaurant: I advice Lolita (VERY GOOD) and Tickets (but we have not tested because there is a waiting list of 2 months....). Some noises for the traffic and not very illuminated, but it's not relevant to me for a very good stay in Barcelona.

The property is located very central in Barcelona with the metro connection right outside the front door. This was the perfect gift for my parents birthday and I would definitely stay here again.

(Pas de torchon pour la cuisine, le four est sale,il faut faire la vaisselle avant de pouvoir l'utiliser, certaines ampoules sont grillées appartement plutôt (Website hidden by Airbnb) situé au dessus des poubelles collectives, attention au moustiques si vous ouvré la fenêtre... une prise de la chambre principale ne tiens pas au mur.) Ne soyez pas surpris de payer la taxe de séjour a votre arrivé cet appartement est gérer par une agence. Sinon, il est très bien situé, il y a une bouche de métro a 10m de la porte de l'immeuble, un parking sous terrain très proche avec des prix avantageux pour plusieurs nuits (3jours => 30 euros)

Jul 27, 2019호스트 대신 다른 여자분이 집을 안내해 주었습니다. 야간에 도시 소음이 조금 거슬리긴 하지만 종일 돌아나녀 피곤한터라 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 집이 생각보다 좁습니다만 세식구가 지내기엔 부족함이 없었고 세탁기가 건조기능이 있어서 편리했습니다. 메트로 역과 가까워 관광지로 이동이 편리했고 주변에 식당이 많아 편리했습니다. 대체로 만족한 숙소였습니다.
Jun 27, 2019THE DESCRIPTION IS MOSTLY ACCURATE. THE LOCATION , OFF THE GRAN VIA, IS OK BUT THE BUILDING IS NOT MAINTAINED AS WELL AS OTHER PROPERTIES ON THE GRAN VIA. THE AIR CONDITIONER NEVER WORKED AND JUST BLEW AIR AROUND. IT SORT OF REMINDS ME OF A STAY HOTEL. THIS IS A MANAGED PROPERTY AND NOT A PRIVATE OWNER PROPERTY. THE CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH AND THE INTERNET WAS AROUND 8.5 MBPS WHICH WAS MORE THEN ADEQUATE. THE SECOND BED IS TINY..JUST BE AWARE, I USED THE ROOM AS A CLOSET FOR MY BELONGINGS. METRO IS CLOSE AND PLENTY OF CABS ON THE GRAN VIA. IT IS ADEQUATE BUT NOT SOMEWHERE I WOULD WANT TO HANG OUT IN. MANAGEMENT COMPANY WAS IN GOOD TOUCH.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment gave us the space and comfort we needed (group of 4 friends), the beds were comfortable, the living space nice, good kitchen and nice proportions. The only problem we had was with the WIFI, it seems to be working only sometimes which was annoying for moments, besides that great experience! 20 mts from the metro station and still really quiet, we slept with the windows open and was perfectly ok. Thanks Manuel for making our trip to Barcelona a great one!!

Была одна проблема - на 4 чел. и помыв посуды вечером не хватало горячей воды. Надо сначала всем искупаться, потом мыть посуду.

Jun 27, 2019Foi tudo bem com o apartamento. Somente acho que caberia ao Manoel deixar claro que nem sempre o cheek out é flexível. De fato, este foi um critério importante para selecionar seu imóvel, já que minha mãe, uma senhora de mais de 70 anos, exigia isso pois seu vôo saiu a noite ( ao contrário do meu). Fora isso, nada a reclamar. Apto limpo, bem situado e interessante. Agradeço sim ao Manoel!!??

Jun 27, 2019My family and I really enjoyed Manuel's place - his agent was friendly and helpful, and the place was fine for our needs (self and wife, with our two adult daughters. There was sufficient space for the four of us and the neighborhood was pleasant and safe. Recommend!!
Jun 27, 2019This was a great location to stay at. Just steps away from the metro station which made sightseeing easy. And it's on the second floor so we didn't have to climb too many steps. Know that the bedrooms and living room share an open space above the walls...could make a difference whether staying with friends/family. Living room has an AC, but the cooling effect doesn't carry over to the bedrooms as much.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement presque conforme aux photos, avec tout de même une particularité ce n'est pas un appartement avec des murs séparant les chambres mais plutôt un grand studio avec des cloisons qui ne vont pas au plafond . Ce qui est proche de la tromperie par rapport à ce que l'on attends, c'est donc un appartement pour deux/trois max si vous êtes très intimes. Pour le reste , bon niveau d'équipements . Par contre, il faut savoir que c'est très bruyant: bruit de la rue comme beaucoup d'appartement à Barcelone mais aussi de la cour intérieur ( voisins). Dernière chose qui nous a le plus déçu, c'est la propreté , en particulier des draps et des serviettes. Pour moi, c'est la base pour se sentir bien et là c'est raté . J'ai contacte Manuel pour la propreté car le premier ménage a été fait "rapidement" et il a fait revenir la femme de ménage mais sans changement de draps et serviettes.
Jun 27, 2019Sehr netter Kontakt, Übergabe und Kommunikation top. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Anfrage nach späterem Checkout wurde schnell und postiv beantwortet. Für 2 Pers in Bezug auf den Standard ( auf den bearbeiteten Fotos sah es doch schöner aus)zu teuer, für eine Familie oder mehrere Pers jedoch ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr störend ist die laute Umgebung durch die Hauptstrasse genau an der Wohnung. Schlafen war für uns nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich. Lage gut, Metro 50 m von der Haustüre
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was exactly as described. The equipment was complete and also the WIFI worked properly. Manuel is a very friendy host. Although our arrival was earlier than expected he was very helpful and arranged for us the check-in at about 11.30 am. So we had a perfect start in our Barcelona weekend. The apartent is located in a safe area and very convenient just a few steps away from the Metro-station. We can recommend Manuel and his apartment ! :-)

It is ideal for a couple planning to spend most of their time exploring Barcelona. We appreciated the drip-style coffee maker, and there is an excellent fish-and-chips restaurant located on the corner.

Jun 27, 2019The flat was spacious, clean, and very conveniently located. Rocafort metro station is litterly 10 seconds away. Mauel was a great host, he was very welcoming and explained everything with so much care, he even booked a taxi for me to the airport. I will certainly rent this flat again on my next visits to Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Highly recommended! Centrally located and near public transportation. Walking distance to a trendy street (carrer parlament) with tons of cool bars and restaurants. Comfortable accommodation, very clean, and accurately described. The entrance to the bathroom is inside the main bedroom which is something to consider for group travelers. Manuel was very responsive and helpful. Lucia (check in) was amazing and gave us several local recommendations and explained the public transportation system to us. Overall, great stay.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento está muy bien conectado, tiene la estación del metro a la puerta, está bastante céntrico, la chica (Lucia) que nos recibió, nos dió unas estupendas indicaciones sobre la ciudad y el barrio, donde comer, cosas que hacer, etc. La comunicación con Manuel es fluida. El piso es cómodo y amplio, totalmente equipado. Quizás comentar que si tienes el sueño ligero, el ruido de la calle te puede molestar. Comentar que las paredes entre habitaciones no llegan al techo.
Jun 27, 2019Las fotografias reflejan bien la realidad del piso, sólo destacar que para acceder al baño hay que pasar por uno de los dormitorios. En ciertos casos puede ser importante tener en cuenta este punto. La segunda habitación tiene el tamaño justo para que duerma una persona. La ubicación es muy buena y está cerquísima del metro.

Jun 27, 2019Manuel was a very kind and accommodating host, working around his other bookings to allow us to check in a bit early and out a bit later. He also arranged a cot for my friend's young child, which was excellent. The apartment is all you need for a weekend away - a decent size for both bedroom and living spaces, in a great location, with an excellent fish and chip shop below and only metres to the metro if you're not keen on the 20 minute stroll to the centre of town. Two sets of keys meant we could come and go as we pleased. Note that there is no proper division between the two bedrooms and the living area (i.e. the walls don't reach the ceiling). So while there is visual privacy, you can hear everything between the three rooms. Also, the bathroom can only be accessed via the main bedroom. If neither of these are an issue, then I'd certainly recommend this apartment!

Manuel was very sweet and accommodating during the length of our stay and messaged us back very quickly. The apartment is not too far from anything although I would recommend a taxi to go farther downtown towards the night life. Overall great place to stay in Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019La ubicación excelente a pie se llega perfectamente al centro neurálgico de Barcelona. Es muy silencioso y se descansa perfectamente. Tal vez un poco lenta la conexión de internet para poder ver alguna película. Hay muchos lugares para comprar y salir a desayunar o cenar.

It's very well located, the metro station and buses are just two steps away but it is also in a walking distance from the city center. Manuel is very responsive and helpful and communicating with him is very easy and pleasant. I recommend this place to anyone who want to visit Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is just alright. It's definitely not worth the money you will be paying. Poorly decorated, with holes in the walls, it's missing shampoo and gel and the kitchen utilities are super basic (there was not a single breakfast bowl!). Photos look much nicer than the real thing – it is not as beautiful as it looks and it is not (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication with the host was OK until I arrived, then he did not reach out a single time to double check if everything was alright. Check-in was poorly performed too – I waited for the son of the host, who simply opened the door and said "Well, this is it". I had to ask him questions about the amenities, otherwise he would have just left. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Barcelona, I would not recommend you this place.

Jun 27, 2019Very central location. Subway station and shops are only a few steps away. Kitchen equipment does not invite to prepare 5 course meals but is ok for breakfast and simple meals. High barrel vault ceiling is creating great atmosphere. Nice and warm welcome with great tips.
Jun 27, 2019Good location, easy access to public transportation and a plethora of brunch places near by if thats your jam. Apartment is a bit out dated while parts of the wall missing plaster but otherwise nice. Shower is really small and flat of a walk up one floor. Market right next door which is convenient. Great check in process and extremely responsive.
Jun 27, 2019If you’re looking to stay somewhere in the center of the whole action in Barcelona, then look no further this is the place. Manuel’s place is centralized within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping stores, and sightseeing. The apartment is as describe with all necessary amenities. Communication with host (Manuel and Dani) was great.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great experience with this apartment! Check-in was easy - someone was there to meet us with keys at exactly the agreed-upon time and also left us with restaurant recommendations for the neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious for two people. It was conveniently located as well with a metro stop and small grocery just outside the front door. Would definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Хозяин был гостеприимен и приехал в назначенное время. Ответил на все вопросы. Но, квартира оказалась теснее и темнее чем на фото, вторая спальня явно не для высоких людей, мне с ростом 176 было комфортно, но руки на кровати вверх головы не вытянешь.
