A very cozy and historical building has 4 private floors. Every floor consist of a large bedroom with a private toilet and shower. The building has one entrance door but each floor is independent, private and lockable. Your room (your floor) is in the second floor has 5 large windows, a double bed, wardrobe, coffee table, armchairs, mini fridge, mobile fan, bed linen, pillows, duvets, towels, curtains. Toilet papers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, kettle, coffee cups are included.

Throughout its history, Balat has been one of the most popular settlements of Ottomans, Greeks, Jews and Armenians. Neighborhood Overview

Please note that, it is not an apartment, it is a renovated historical building with 4 floors. The building has only one entrance but each floors are independent, private and lockable. Every floor has private bedroom and private bathroom & toilet. In the bedroom, there are free potable water in fridge and some delicious green tea, herbal tea and coffee which all are free. We kindly request you to not step inside with your shoes in order to protect the historical floor covering in the house. We provide you slippers for free.
Transit
20 minutes to Ataturk Airport 10 minutes to Taksim Square 15-20 minutes to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Church of Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya), etc. Bus station for public transportation is 3-5 minutes far away from house. Many touristic and famous places are only a short bus ride away

The building has a basement floor where located a shared kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a cooker, a dinning table, chairs, pots, plates, cups, spoons, forks, etc.

Die Unterkunft hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Gegend in Balat ist ebenso wundervoll mit sehr vielen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants. Als Frau habe ich mich sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ich bedanke mich an den Gastgebern und empfehle die Unterkunft an jeden weiter !!!
