If you are interested, I would love to hear from you! It really is an excellent authentic Brooklyn apartment in an amazing location!! THE ROOM The bedroom is located at the back of a spacious, sunny apartment. The room itself is spacious, it has great furniture and a really comfortable queen size bed! It has two large windows which cast sunlight in during the morning. The room would be perfect either for one person or a couple. THE APARTMENT The apartment is really spacious with nice furniture and wood floors. The kitchen is great, it gets loads of natural light and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a storm! I have a cozy little dining table perfect for any meals. The Bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub but no sink so I use the one in the kitchen! I have a comfy couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of strolling around NY! I don't have a TV, but I have high speed internet. LOCATION The location is truly perfect! Located in South Williamsbur

Me and my girlfriend had our first trip ever to NYC, and it was the first time ever we used Airbnb. Eva and her boufriend have been absolutely welcoming since our first email contact: they provided us lot of informations about the apartment and the sorroundings, and we immediately felt comfortable about our booking. We had the chance to meet them a our arrival, and we exchanged some more details about the apartment and the sorroundings, key return, minor duties for apartment care (such as watering plants) and neighborhood attractions. They kindly wrote us down a list of attractions, restaurants and things to do in Williamsburg and in the sorrounding area. The apartment is located 50 meters away from Bedford Ave, a very busy street fullfilled with bars, restaurants, 24/7 shops: not very much car traffic, but a lot of people going round which made us feel completely comfortable and safe even when coming back late at night. Wiliamsburg is a good place where to stay in general, a residential area with many restaurants, live music bars, busy but not chaotic The subway station is about 7-8 minutes walk from the apartment, and it is 3 stops away from the Greenwich Village in Manhattan, an area we enjoyed during our stay. The apartment itself was comfortable for us, big enough for two persons (kitchen, living room, bedroom, studio), especially for us which spent a lot of time touring the city and didn't really need that much living space. The fast internet connection allowed us to call home through (Hidden by Airbnb) , and the AC helped us survive the NYC summer heat! Neighbors were quite silent, and the experience was very positive. We surely recommend Eva and Kent.

Jun 27, 2019Ken and Eva's place is really nice. It is very well located, the neighbourhood is awsome with lot of shops, good restaurants... Communication was very easy: they send us before our arrival a folder with good adresses they recommend. I would definitely stay there again!
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful time at Ken and Eva's flat. They made it extremely easy to pick up keys and left clear instructions as to how to get in and out, along with other useful information about the area. Williamsburg is fantastic and buzzing, however the flat is in a quiet street which means you get the excitement without the noise. The flat itself is really cosy and comfortable and although we were hardly there it served all our needs: great internet connection and really useful to have the studio area to leave our luggage and computers. We recommend Ken and Eva's flat wholeheartedly! Plus, we hope to be back again one day!
Jun 27, 2019Ken's apartment is better than the pictures. Great location, right in the heart of Williamsburg and around 10 minutes walk or less to the L train into Manhattan. I loved it. Ken is a fantastic host. Highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Ken's apartment, it's very roomy for two and really nicely laid out. Williamsburg was brilliant, lots of local shops, restaurants & especially bars to try out and Ken gave a good list of places to go. Very easy to get into Manhattan, we walked over the Williamsburg Bridge and through the city one day, but for the other days the L train was quick and convenient. Ken met us at the flat to give us the keys, wifi password etc and was very helpful with any further questions in the week. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Ken is a very good host & the appartment is very nice. The location is perfect and my husband especially enjoyed the beamer and netflix ;) We furthermore liked the neighbourhood a lot! We would recommend you staying at Ken's place!
Jun 27, 2019we had a great time staying at Ken's place. the apartment is beautiful and spacious and you will find everything you need. ken is very helpful and get back to you very quick if you contact him for questions. the neighborhood is nice with lots of little shops, bars and restaurants. Would recommend it to everyone and I am pretty sure I will come back myself.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent first experience! We have not met Ken but he was very quick to respond to each email (less than an hour!) And extremely accurate in the details necessary for a successful trip. Williamsburg is a very nice area of Brooklyn & we does not regret our choice. A remake eyes closed! Excellente 1ère expérience ! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Ken mais il a été très rapide pour répondre à chaque mail (moins d'une heure!!) et extrèmement précis dans les détails nécessaires au bon déroulement du voyage. Williamsburg est un quartier très agréable de Brooklyn & nous ne regrettons nullement notre choix. A refaire les yeux fermés !
Jun 27, 2019Ken's flat was perfect for what we wanted - a real home away from home. It provided us with a genuine feel for Williamsburg. The location was second-to-none, just a stone's throw away from the ever lively Bedford Avenue and very close to the subway into Manhatten too. Being our first time to Brooklyn, we felt safe and secure in both the building and the area. Ken was also a great host. Not only was he incredibly quick to reply to any queries, but left a useful guide list of things to visit. I would not hesitate in recommending this flat or Ken as a host!

Jun 27, 2019We had an amazing time at Ken's apartment! It was located perfectly - just a short walk from everything we needed, it was close to the subway, and the place had everything we needed. Ken was the perfect host, and provided all the info we could need and was super helpful when something went wrong with our reservation. I would recommend everyone to stay at his place!

Jun 27, 2019The apartement is nicely located in a quiet side street of busy Bedford Ave, where you can find all kinds of food (trucks), shops, bars etc. Only one stop away from Manhattan by metro, this makes a great starting point for your NY trip. The apartment itself is spacious and nice - recommended!

Jun 27, 2019My girlfriend and me stayed in Ken's apartment for one week. We found the apartment in perfect condition, clean and tidy, like in pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything is needed during our staying. The location also very nice and quite. Nearby a lot of nice places where take a drink, coffee and have dinner. The subway station for Manhattan is also at a few minutes walk distance. The host is really responsiveness to the emails. He provided detailed information about the apartment before our arrival. Overall, we had a really great experience and we suggest this location to anybody. Alessandro
Jun 27, 2019Ken a été parfait, nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés directement, mais il a été facile à joindre, rapide à répondre en cas de questions et il nous a donné une liste d'adresses très utile; Son appartement est charmant et parfaitement placé. N'hésitez pas à séjourner chez lui!
Jun 27, 2019Ken was a brilliant host. Two days after we left the apartment, we noticed that we had forgotten our passports in Kens apartment. He was super helpful and met up without any problems. We are super thankful about this. The instructions we got before and during our stay was super. The apartment is a bit bigger than it looks in the ad, but also a little bit more dark since all windows are facing a backyard. During our stay the temperature was about 36 degrees celsius (96 fahrenheit) and the AC didn't manage to keep the temperature down and was a bit loud (if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem). The neighbourhood is very nice, and its close to all types of convenience stores, bars, restaurants and we really recommend the cinema "Nitehawk" and the bar Skinny Dennis. Over all this is a perfect spot if you want some action without the Manhattan hysteria! Ken was great. The recommendations he emailed us before our stay was splendid!
Jun 27, 2019Ken was very nice and help a lot with the check in and out. The neighborhood is the best, really. All is near the apartment: Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, and the Williamsburg bridge. The apartment was nice with all you need. The highlight was the bedroom. The only down side for us was the bathroom and the fact that's at all day no light come to the appartement (only on the bedroom).

Ken was a really good host - very responsive and helpful for any questions you have on getting places or just what to do in the area in general. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was really close to Bedford Avenue - near great restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket etc. Williamsburg is a great spot to explore and it’s really easy to pop over to Manhattan, with two subway stops closeby. Ken was a responsive and attentive host. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and homely, with everything you could want. Would definitely stay again!
