- Late check in fee HK$200 will be applied between 21:00-00:00 and HK$300 after 00:00. - Check in time need to be fixed and noticed 24 hours before you check in. - Check out (with all luggages) before 10:00am sharp is needed. For late check out, it’s HKD300 till 17:00 but can only be confirmed the day before you check out. Only if we mutual agree and paid the fee treated as late check out - Once confirmed the period and no. of guests, there will be no refund if shorten the period and the no. of guest. - There will be no refund for any situation of cancellation. location is the best, there are a lot of nice restaurants and convenient shops around the area, even walking distance to Causeway Bay shopping district. beds are clean, aircon works fine. wifi was quick even when 10 of us were streaming video all together. Overall, its satisfactory.

Jun 27, 2019제가 머물렀던 동안에 수많은 호텔과 타숙소와 비교했을 때, 가성비가 좋습니다. 주방있고 넓습니다. 홍콩을 관광하기 좋은 위치는 아닙니다만 홍콩은 좁은 곳에 명소들이 집약적으로 몰려있고 교통비가 저렴하기 때문에 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 어느 홍콩숙소가 그렇듯 교통은 편리했습니다. compared to other hotels, houses, It is more cheaper and has huge space. Transportation is convenient, but it is far from the main attractions. anyway I strongly recommend.

Jun 27, 2019Clear instructions from Fion for checking-in and out. Her place was very accessible. Turn left towards Wanchai MTR station, and turn left to lots of eating places at Causeway Bay. Her place is very near the infamous Kam’s Roast Goose – Hong Kong’s Michelin Starred Roast Meat Restaurant, at Hennesy Road (just a street behind). But we had kids with us and they were too tired to queue for 45mins for any kind of food, haha! We usually went out about 10am in the morning and came back at night. Loads of dining choices for us, including little cha chaan teng (literally: 'tea restaurant') , dim sum, Japanese, Malaysian, Seafood, and Italian cuisines. There were convenience stores like 7-Elevens, OK and Circle Ks every 100+metres....even a 24-hr McDonalds! Her apartment is spacious by Hong Kong standards. We enjoyed the Queen-sized beds in one bedroom and the living room (most apartments offer double beds, which is super single by Malaysian standards). Her place was hygienic and there were clean towels and linens. Just note that you would need to switch on the heater for hot water and wait approximately 15 minutes for the water to heat up. Although there were shops on the ground floor, there weren't any noise at all, not even in the day time. Most of them were hardware shops and tiles shops and they were closed by the time we came back from dinner. So we all had restful sleeps. Her place is very accessible with MTR stations, trams and buses. Tram rides were fun and they run daily from early morning until midnight. No matter how far you travel, each tram ride costs the same flat fare and exact change is required if you are paying by cash. All trams accept Octopus cards. You need to get on the tram at the back and then pay the exact fare at the front when you're getting off. Cheapest transport at HK$2.3 (adults) and HK$1.2 (for kids 3-11yrs). Jun 27, 2019Fion is hospitable and accommodative, the place is definitely of great value for its number of people it can house along with an amazing location with mtr closeby and great eateries! there is stable and good wifi as well! definitely recommend if you are staying in HK!
Jun 27, 2019It is considered huge in the town. Went with 8 of my family members + 1 infant. All felt comfortable and cozy. Near to all public transport. 13 minutes walk to Causeway Bay Plaza and Time Square, also Islamic Centre for the Muslim. I recommend people with a group of 6 - 7 person to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019位置算方便,房东联系算及时｡其他一无是处｡知道图片加了滤镜,到现场还是吓了一跳｡床单有血迹,客厅有异味｡中间一晚热水器是坏的,导致全部人冬天要洗冷水澡｡住过不下20次Air bnb,这次是灾难｡不知道其他的好评论怎么来的,希望后面住客看清楚,不要踩到雷｡
Jun 27, 2019Location is definitely great for this place. Excellent restaurants nearby and 5 mins walking distance to Causeway Bay. Large area of living as compared to other rooms in Hong Kong. However, the room is old and furnitures are a little dirty. So don't expect the place to be as clean as a hotel. The water heater in works but not consistently and toilet floor has no drainage. If location and room size are your main criteria, this is the place to be. Just expect the place to be a little old.

Jun 27, 2019It is spacious but OLD apartment. We were 5 SENIOR unlucky guests who had to experience a faulty elevator n bath shower without hot water. Horrible experience to say the least.
Jun 27, 2019住的时候,不是很满意热水器,我们只一个大家庭住的,洗的全是冷水,开了热水开关等了半个小时,还是冷水｡卫生间和厨房可能因为陈旧,所以满是水垢｡总之 满意度真的不是很高｡
