Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Parties are a big no no. Trade winds blow nicely throughout the house. Mostly sunny days bless this home :)

There may be guests occupying the downstairs unit. Common areas to share will be the marina access. Also, the life vests, BBQ grill shared from 11am-7pm and water sports gear. Call me if there are any concerns. The cleaners may use the washer and dryer once or not at all during your stay. We will keep communication lines open if and when this may occur during your stay.
