It is a great community of both expat and local cantonese with many fabulous restaurant, bars and facilities e.g. supermarkets, hospital and the Happy Valley race course for horse racing enthusiasts Public transportation is excellent with the tram, buses and minibuses serving Central, Causeway Bay and other areas of Hong Kong

Whilst street parking is challenging in the vicinity of the apartment, the public transporation options are excellent. The 30 minibus goes from just outside the apartment and is only a 5-10 minutes short bus ride to Causeway Bay (MTR). The #1 bus serves central in 20-30 minutes. Taxi's are easily accessible from the street outside the apartment. The close MTR station is Causeway Bay.
