No shoes in house - Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am -My listing is not prepared to accommodate children below 12 years old. -Cooking is fine - but please avoid any fried meals with rich spices or other foods that leave long lasting odors (bacon, fish etc. and other fried foods- we have allergies at!!! ) in respect to us, our insurance and other guests. Please clean your room and any space after using it! We live in a quiet residential area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. Parties are strictly forbidden and extra Guests not mentioned in the booking are not tolerated. Please advise us if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 10 am checkout since cleaning crew must prep the place for the next guests. If you do a late check out without notice, a penalty fee may be applied. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside. Thank you and e
